112 A textual research on Whitmania pigra Whitman as the origin of Hirudo
HE Changhao CHEN Xiaoying ZHANG Xiaomeng WANG Lei HU Sumin
Since 1963, Whitmania pigra Whitman has been regarded as one of the basic elements of Hirudo in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. With the development of animal taxonomy and zoologists’ in-depth study on the family and genus of hirudo, some researchers have questioned the use of Whitmania pigra Whitman as the origin. By consulting the monographs of materia medica and natural history, the blood sucking feeding habit is not the only standard to judge the basic source of medicinal leeches. Whitmania pigra Whitman meets the characteristics of “mazhi” among the medicinal leeches: living in a fresh water environment, with an average body length of about 10 cm, yellowish brown on the back, yellow on the belly, many dark longitudinal lines on the back, spindle shaped, slightly higher on the back and flat on the belly. Whitmania pigra Whitman should be the “maqi” in the notes to the collection of Bencao Jing Jizhu. It has been one of the basic sources of medicinal leeches since it is recorded in the northern and Southern Dynasties. Combined with modern pharmacology, medicinal and chemical research results and clinical application, Whitmania pigra Whitman family should be used as the basic source of medicinal leech and should not be eliminated.

DU Wenxia1* MI Lingyu2* HU Junli3 MENG Qingbing3 BAI Wenwen4 GAO Hengbo3
In recent years, cellulitis has a higher incidence of disease and it is a common disease in the emergency department. This report in the patients with facial edema repeatedly as the main performance, the preliminary diagnosis of maxillofacial cellulitis, after the onset of the anti-infection treatment for a long time, the illness repeatedly, after multidisciplinary consultation, imaging examination and biopsy, eventually diagnosed with breast cancer lymph node metastasis, he was transferred to a local hospital for treatment. The early diagnosis of this patient was not timely, and related case reports were rare, so the experience should be fully learned, and the causes of facial edema should be recognized. For patients with axillary lymph node swelling, the possibility of breast cancer lymphatic metastasis should be considered, and early diagnosis should be made by puncture. For patients with delayed recovery, detailed medical history and comprehensive physical examination were conducted after admission to find abnormalities and broaden the diagnosis and treatment ideas. This article summarizes the relevant diagnosis and treatment experience, and reviews the references for clinicians’ reference.

ZHAO Chunhai LI Wenjuan ZHENG Jie SU Xiaoguang
Through the implementation of systematic mental rehabilitation in hospitals, communities, and families, it can promote the recovery of patients’ social functions and the improvement of mental disability, improve the quality of life, and reduce the recurrence of mental symptoms. The mental rehabilitation of military personnel is different from ordinary mental rehabilitation. There are differences in personnel distribution, institutional settings, discipline management, organizational training, and rehabilitation needs. Through the implementation of path-based management of the military’s mental rehabilitation, the needs of the military’s mental rehabilitation are combined with the hospital’s rehabilitation management, and efforts are made to apply the achievements of modern mental rehabilitation to the practice of military mental rehabilitation. In terms of the form of rehabilitation, the content of rehabilitation, and the standards of rehabilitation, it meets the actual needs of military personnel, so as to achieve systematic rehabilitation from the hospital to the family and the army.

192 Exploration on the construction of an integrated platform based on “1+4” smartinternet for medical care and maintenance
DING Xiufang1,2 HUANG Kui3 SONG Qingyang4 SUN Jia5 CAO Hongjing6 TIAN Zhijun7 WANG Yuanli7 LU Yanli7
The increasing proportion of “empty-nest” elderly people has led to a sharp increase in the demand for health protection services for the elderly, and the proportion of disabled and partially disabled elderly people has also increased rapidly, leading to an increasingly significant demand for medical services and daily care for the elderly. However, the current medical, health and elderly care service resources are limited and cannot effectively meet the needs of the elderly. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to actively provide the elderly with services that combine medical, health and elderly care. Based on this, as the first specialized hospital for geriatrics in Dongcheng District, Beijing, after more than 20 years of exploration, it proposes the construction of an integrated platform based on the intelligent interconnection “1+4”, that is, “one platform supports, four major services are implemented.” Taking Dongcheng District, Beijing as a model, provide closed-loop services for the regional elderly with integrated medical care, and gradually promote the intelligent interconnected “1+4” medical care integrated platform to form a replicable and extendable model across the country.
