集束化干预在急性冠状动脉综合征患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of cluster intervention in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group, while the observation group was treated with cluster intervention on the basis of the control group. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular posterior wall thickness in diastole (LVPWd), cardiac function indexes and quality of life scores, and nursing intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, LVEF in both groups was higher than before intervention, and LVEF in the observation group was higher than the control group; LVEDD and LVPWd in both groups were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The scores of physical function, physiological function, psychological function, and social function in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster intervention in patients with acute coronary syndrome can improve the cardiac function of patients, improve the quality of life and nursing intervention satisfaction.
