加速康复外科临床路径用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的效果

Abstract Objective To study the effect of clinical pathway of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic panhysterectomy. Methods From October 2017 to October 2019, 96 patients with hysteromyoma undergoing hysterectomy in the Department of Gynecology, Taicang First People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province were prospectively selected as research objects. By drawing the odd-even number plate, patients with odd numbers were assigned to the control group and patients with even numbers were assigned to the study group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group were treated with previous clinical common nursing path, while the study group were treated with clinical treatment path of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. Perioperative indicators (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, defecation time, hospital stay), inflammatory mediators (white blood cell count [WBC]), C-reactive protein [CRP], and interleukin-6 [IL-6]), and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, anal exhaust time, defecation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Three and five days after operation, the levels of WBC, CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Patients undergoing laparoscopic panhysterectomy receiving clinical treatment path of accelerated rehabilitation surgery has a better effect, for the improvement of patients’ clinical indicators and the reduction of the incidence of complications have a positive significance.
