Research progress of IgA-mediated mucosal immunity and regulation of intestinal flora in the onset of childhood asthma
HOU Shuting1,2 LU Yuan3 ZHAO Xia1,2
Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease in children, which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of children. The airways and intestines of children with asthma have varying degrees of damage to the mucosal epithelial cells, and immunoglobulin A (IgA) is the main antibody secreted by mucosal immunity, which can limit the colonization of the intestinal flora and maintain the balance of the intestinal flora and protect the epithelial cell layer Integrity, thereby preventing asthma and improving its prognosis. In addition, Chinese medicine has cloud “exteiror-interior relationship between lung and large intestine”, and “lung and bowel combined treatment” is a common method of clinical treatment of asthma, IgA may be a bridge between the lung and large intestine. This paper summarized the literature from the perspective of the effect of IgA in mucosal immunity on children’s asthma, in order to provide new ideas for the mechanism research of children’s asthma, provide new targets for clinical treatment, and provide scientific theoretical support for “exteiror-interior relationship between lung and large intestine”.

Research progress on molecular mechanisms of autophagy and apoptosis in endometriosis
CONG Huifang1 LI Yang2 YU Yang1 ZHANG Tianchan1,3
Endometriosis is an estrogen-dependent progressive disease, the occurrence and development of the disease are mostly related to the autophagy and apoptosis mechanisms of endometrial cells. Patients with endometriosis promote the occurrence of endometriosis by inhibiting the level of apoptosis of endometriosis cells to protect cells and promote cell proliferation. However, the role of autophagy in endometriosis is still controversial. However, whether autophagy is an “enemy” or a “friend” in endometriosis is still controversial. Both low and high levels of autophagy have been observed in endometriosis lesions, and can promote the development of endometriosis via inhibiting apoptosis in different ways. Therefore, the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis in endometriosis and the expression level of autophagy still need to be explored continuously.

Research progress of mitophagy in sepsis
ZHANG Xintong1 LIU Jingzhuo1 LI Pan1 MA Desheng1 MA Li2
Sepsis is a common disease in intensive care unit, which is characterized by high morbidity and mortality, and is easy to cause systemic multiple organ damage and even failure. At present, the treatment of sepsis mainly focuses on etiological treatment, fluid resuscitation, anti-infection and other targets, but the treatment effect is not good due to the rapid progress of the disease. Mitophagy can clear damaged, aged and dysfunctional mitochondria through Parkin-dependent and Parkin-independent pathways, effectively avoid excessive cell damage and maintain homeostasis of intracellular environment, which plays an important role in many diseases. Mitophagy, mediated by Parkin, Fun14 domain-containing protein 1, Bcl-2 interacting protein 3, dynamin related protein 1, can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors and reactive oxygen species, reduce the occurrence of multiple organ dysfunction, and play a protective role in sepsis. This article reviews the aspects of the mechanism and treatment of mitophagy in sepsis, so as to provide a new basis for the treatment of sepsis.

SHUI Linhui1 HE Huixin1 PENG Sai1 DENG Chaowen1 TENG Yongjie1 LEI Huajuan1 LI Zikui2
Objective To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of acupuncture combined with intraspinal analgesia in labor analgesia. Methods The databases of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang Data, CBM and VIP were searched by computer, and the randomized controlled trials of acupuncture combined with intraspinal labor analgesia were collected. The retrieval time was from the inception to August 2020. The literatures that met the criteria were screened and meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3. Results Ten literatures were included, including 872 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that the conversion rate of vaginal delivery to cesarean section (OR = 0.45, 95%CI [0.26, 0.77], P = 0.003), postpartum hemorrhage volume (MD = -45.14, 95%CI [-85.32, -4.96], P = 0.03) and intraspinal drug dosage (MD = -4.35, 95%CI [-5.97, -2.74], P < 0.000 01) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. However, there was no significant differences between the two groups in visual analogue scales of cervix with full open (MD = -0.19, 95%CI [-0.45, 0.07], P = 0.15) and the time of active phase of the first stage of labor (MD = -15.79, 95%CI [-32.83, 1.24], P = 0.07). Conclusion Compared with intraspinal labor analgesia, acupuncture combined with intraspinal analgesia can reduce the intraspinal drug dosage and postpartum hemorrhage volume, and reduce the rate of vaginal delivery to cesarean section. However, it still needs to be verified by large sample, multi-center and high quality studies.

Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility from “liver is the pivot of reproduction”
XU Di1 LI Nan2 BAI Jun2 ZHU Hongli2
Numerous doctors believe that kidney deficiency is the main pathogenesis of ovulatory disorder infertility, which is often clinically based on tonifying the kidney. However, with the changing role of women in society, some scholars think that liver is closely related to female reproduction, and liver is the pivot of reproduction. According to traditional Chinese medicine, liver dysfunction is the core of ovulatory disorder infertility. Liver dysfunction can lead to disorder of qi activity, affect the growth of menstrual cycle, and destroy the coordination and balance of each link of female reproductive axis, resulting in ovulation disorder and infertility. The treatment should be based on dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, regulating qi movement, regulating spleen and resolving phlegm, and paying attention to tonifying kidney for consolidating semen. It is supported by a proven case.

WU Changyi1 ZHANG Huadong2
The psoriatic arthritis complicated by herpes zoster sequelae are acute and lingering, which is refractory to modern medicine. Professor Zhang Huadong thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of the two diseases are due to kidney deficiency, qi and blood obstruction of meridians, and re-sensation of exogenous pathogens. Wupi Wuteng Yin is a famous prescription for treating arthralgia by Professor Zhang Binghou, a famous national traditional Chinese medicine doctor. Wupi are used to dredge collaterals and remove skin, Wuteng are used to dredge meridians and activate blood, the effect of removing blood stasis and removing arthralgia by barks and rattan. Professor Zhang Huadong uses this prescription as principal drug, he starts from dredging meridians and activating collaterals to promote qi and activate blood circulation, so as to achieve the goal of unblocking bi obstruction and removing external evil. This paper introduces Professor Zhang Huadong’s commonly used couplet medicines for milkvetch root and Chinese angelica, unprocessed rehmannia root and prepared rehmannia root, draconis resin and sanqi, and a case of effective treatment.

Dynamic manifestations of lung ultrasound with different types of corona virus disease 2019
LAN Changli
Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute infectious pneumonia. The pathogen is the newly discovered β coronavirus. It is rapid onset, rapid progress, many complications and high mortality and the population is generally susceptible. Its outbreak has become a public health event that seriously affects China and the world. Therefore, timely and accurate diagnosis of pulmonary edema progression is very important for clinicians to adopt correct and effective treatment plan. However, it is inconvenient for critically ill and highly infectious patients to go out for CT examinations, but the bedside lung ultrasound has the advantages of simple, fast, effective and mobile and so on, which has a strong substitute. This paper describe characteristics and signs of lung ultrasound (lungs ultrasound was performed at different stages of the disease progression by the author) of three patients with different symptoms (once case of critical illness, severe and ordinary) which positive by viral nucleic acid test in isolation wards of COVID-19 fixed-point hospital (the Fourth People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region) from February 10 to March 16, 2020, in order to provide valuable data for coping with the increasingly serious epidemic situation and the urgent need of clinicians’ monitoring means.
