老年性股骨颈骨折围术期采用舒适护理联合中医情志护理的效果

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in perioperative period of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 74 senile with femoral neck fracture in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects, 37 cases were divided into observation group (comfort nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing) and control group (routine nursing) by using random number table method. Pain, joint function, psychological state, nursing satisfaction effect of two groups were observed. Results After the intervention the visual analogue score of pain in the observation group was lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The hip function score in the observation group was higher than before, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The comfort score between the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of inpatients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of senile femoral neck fracture to give patients comfort nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing, can reduce the pain of patients, promote the recovery of joint function, increase comfort level, improve bad psychological state, and enhance patient satisfaction.
