4 Effect of abdominal vibration on the projection temperature of uterus surface and prostaglandin E2 and prostaglandin F2α of cold coagulation dysmenorrhea rats#br#
GENG Nan1 HU Hui1 XIE Dandan1 ZHAO Siyu1 WU Fan2 SHEN Qian1
Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal vibration on the projection temperature of uterus surface and prostaglandin E2 and prostaglandin F2α of cold coagulation dysmenorrhea rats. Methods Thirty SD female six-week-old rats with body weight of (230±20) g were divided into control group, model group, and abdominal vibration group with ten rats in each group by random number table method. Model preparation was performed in model group and abdominal vibration group by freezing combined with subcutaneous injection of Estradiol Benzoate and intraperitoneal injection of Oxytocin combined with pain, while control group was injected with the same dose of normal saline. After the model was successfully prepared, abdominal vibration instrument was used to simulate the abdominal vibration method for treatment. After that, the writhing response of rats and the projection temperature of uterine surface were observed, and the levels of prostaglandin F2α and prostaglandin E2 in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The writhing incubation period of the model group was shorter than that of the control group, the writhing number of the model group was more than that of the control group, and the writhing score of the model group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The writhing incubation period of the abdominal vibration group were longer than those of the model group, the writhing number of the abdominal vibration group was less than that in the model group, and the writhing score of the abdominal vibration group was lower than that of the model group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The uterine surface projection temperature in the model group was lower than that in the control group and the uterine surface projection temperature in the abdominal vibration group was higher than that in the model group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Serum prostaglandin F2α in model group was higher than that in control group, and serum prostaglandin E2 was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The serum prostaglandin F2α in abdominal vibration group was lower than that in model group, and the serum prostaglandin E2 was higher than that in model group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Abdominal vibration can improve the local temperature imbalance of the uterus, regulate the level of prostaglandin in serum, inhibit the spasm and contraction of the smooth muscle of the uterus, improve local tissue ischemia and hypoxia, and thus achieve the effect of “warming womb and channels and relieving pain”.

CHENG Yanan WANG Yan SUN Rongxin LANG Jianan CAO Bin YANG Longyan ZHAO Dong
Objective To investigate the effect of triiodothyronine (T3) on proliferation of papillary carcinoma of thyroid cells TPC-1 and its mechanism. Methods TPC-1 cells were divided into control group (0 ng/ml T3 treatment group), 12.5 ng/ml T3 treatment group and 50 ng/ml T3 treatment group, and treated with corresponding T3 concentration, respectively. Real-time unlabeled cell function analysis technique (RTCA) and clonal formation assay were used to detect the proliferation ability of the cells, and Western blot was used to detect the expression level of PDZK1 in the cells. TPC-1 cells were divided into knockout PDZK1 (shPDZK1) group, knockout control (shNC) group, overexpression PDZK1 (PDZK1) group and overexpression control (Vector) group by lentivirus transfection method. The expression level of PDZK1 in TPC-1 cells was detected by Western blot. Meanwhile, cells in each group were treated with different concentrations of T3 (0, 12.5, 50 ng/ml), and the clonal formation ability of cells was detected by clonal formation assay. Results The cell index and clone formation number of TPC-1 in 12.5 and 50 ng/ml T3 treatment groups were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The expression levels of PDZK1 in 12.5 and 50 ng/ml T3 treatment groups were significantly higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Compared with shNC group, the expression level of PDZK1 in shPDZK1 group was significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the Vector group, the expression level of PDZK1 in the PDZK1 group was significantly increased, and the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). Compared with the shNC group, the clore formation number in the shPDZK1 group was significantly decreased after T3 treatment of 0, 12.5, and 50 ng/ml, and the differences were statistically significant  (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Compared with Vector group, the clone formation number in PDZK1 group was significantly increased in 0, 12.5, and 50 ng/ml T3 treatments, and the differences were statistically significant  (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion T3 may regulate TPC-1 cell proliferation by up-regulating PDZK1 expression.

30 Research progress of refeeding syndrome in critical illnesses#br#
WANG Qingyuan1 XIE Tuxiu2 WEI Jei1 LYU Jingjun1
Refeeding syndrome (RFS) is a potentially life-threatening condition caused by the body’s return to eating after prolonged starvation that encompasses a range of signature laboratory abnormalities (e.g., hypophosphatemia, hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, and Thiamine deficiency) and / or clinical symptoms. It involves intricate metabolic and nutritional transformations and is common in critical illnesses. In recent years, RFS has made some progress in critical diseases such as anorexia nervosa (AN), sepsis, and malignant tumor. To prevent and treat RFS, long-term hunger, malnutrition, low body mass index, and other related risk factors should be screened as early as possible. An initial high-calorie (30-40 kcal/[kg·d]) refeeding regimen is recommended for high-risk patients with AN, and an initial low-calorie (10-20 kcal/[kg·d]) refeeding regimen is recommended for other critically high-risk patients. This paper mainly focuses on the risk factors of RFS in critical diseases and the research progress of RFS in common critical diseases, so as to improve the attention of clinicians.

42 Research progress of non-surgical treatment of old ectopic pregnancy with traditional Chinese and Western medicine#br#
ZHANG Guowei1 LIU Jinxing2 LIU Pengfei3
Old ectopic pregnancy (OEP) is a special type of tubal pregnancy (TP). If it is not healed for a long time, it will have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of women. The purpose of the treatment of this disease is to eliminate the pelvic mass and preserve, restore and improve the function of the fallopian tubes. Conservative treatment can relieve the pain and risk of surgery. Western medicine is based on anticipatory therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on “removing blood stasis”, and traditional Chinese medicine, such as oral administration, external application, enema and comprehensive therapy, has the characteristics of less side effects, economical convenience, and clear effects in the treatment of this disease. At the same time, clinical trials have shown that the rational combination of traditional Chinese medicine with methotrexate, mifepristone, and low-dose antibiotics can also achieve good results.

WANG Mengmeng GUO Hongwei WANG Chaozhong
This article mainly discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment of edema based on the theory of “qi” in traditional Chinese medicine. By analyzing the physiological function and pathological changes of qi of zang-fu viscera related to edema, and combining with the literatures of ancient and modern doctors in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of edema, it puts forward the dysfunction of qi movement (disordered qi movement) and qi deficiency are the pathogenesis of edema. Among them, the dysfunction of qi movement includes lung qi loss in diffusion and descending, liver qi loss in conveyance and dispersion, qi movement stagnation of triple energizer; qi deficiency includes qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, and yang qi insufficiency. It is suggested that regulating qi movement and tonifying qi deficiency are the key points in the treatment of edema. It has certain theoretical and clinical guiding value to enrich and expand the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of edema in modern medicine based on the theory of “qi” in traditional Chinese medicine.

142 Professor Liu Huayi’s experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis from the theory of “phlegm stasis and turbid toxin”#br#
BAN Yanran1 ZHANG Nannan1 LI Yupeng2 LIU Huayi2
Based on the mechanism of inflammation and cancer transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis, this paper discusses and summarizes Professor Liu Huayi’s experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis from the theory of “phlegm stasis and turbid toxin”. Professor Liu Huayi believes that the inflammatory and cancerous transformation stage of chronic atrophic gastritis not only has the deficiency of spleen and stomach qi and yin, but also has the connotation of blood stasis, phlegm, and turbid toxin. Professor Liu Huayi puts forward three principles of cancer prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in treating this disease: first, strengthening spleen and body resistance; second, removing blood stasis and phlegm; third, detoxification and elimination of abdominal mass. Fuzheng Xiaoyu Huazhuodu Prescription is added and subtracted with syndrome, which can effectively control or even reverse the degree of gastric mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia, so as to delay and control the transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis to cancer. A medical case is attached to provide a new idea in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.

177 A case of acupuncture assisted treatment of acute sensory neuropathy#br#
WANG Mina1 LIU Lu2 LI Bin2
A patient with acute sensory neuropathy was reported. The patient was a 61-year-old male, with acute symmetrical numbness of limbs, subjective swelling, slow movement, fatigue, panting. Tongue and pulse in traditional Chinese medicine showed: with dull-red tongue, and string-like and rough pulse. Superficial sensation disappeared below C3 level, and tendon reflex attenuated or even abssented. Electromyogram studies represented injured sensory nerve of the limbs. The diagnosis of modern medicine was acute sensory neuropathy, and that of traditional Chinese medicine was numbness, and the syndrome was qi deficiency and heat stasis. Modern treatment included high-dose hormone and nerve nourishment. The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion is divided into two stages: first, bloodletting and acupuncture reduction manipulation technique was used to clear heat and remove blood stasis, then, replenishing acupuncture technique and moxibustion was used to replenish qi and eliminate stasis. After treatment, the numbness of the patient's limbs gradually eased, and the condition became stable. The electromyogram studies indicated that the injured nerve was well recovered. This study demonstrates that acupuncture is effective in treating acute sensory neuropathy as an alternative therapy, which can be referenced for future study.
