| Application of multidisciplinary cooperation and lean management method in hemodialysis infection management of patients with nephropathy#br# |

Abstract Objective To explore the role of multidisciplinary cooperation and lean management method in hemodialysis infection management of patients with nephropathy. Methods A total of 90 patients with hemodialysis nephropathy in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Qinghai Province from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, according to random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nephrotic hemodialysis infection management, and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative lean management. Clinical efficacy, physiological indicators, survival status, complication rate, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the clinical efficacy of observation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Systolic blood pressure (SBP) in both groups decreased compared with before treatment, while diastolic blood pressure (DBP), hemoglobin (HGB), and albumin (ALB) in observation group increased compared with before treatment, and SBP in observation group was lower than control group, while DBP, HGB and ALB were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The psychological state, physical recovery, and social status scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the psychological state, physical recovery, and social status scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The satisfaction of observation group was better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperation combined with lean management can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy of nephrotic hemodialysis patients, improve their physiological indexes and survival status, reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
