睑板腺按摩配合Croma角膜保护剂治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effects of meibomian gland massage combined with Croma corneal protector in the treatment of dry eye after phacoemulsification. Methods According to the random number table method, 82 patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification in Foshan First People’s Hospital from October 2018 to April 2020 were divided into study group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with meibomian gland massage, and the study group was treated with Croma corneal protector in addition to the control group, all were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacy, dry eye before and after treatment, disease remission and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05); the objective scattering index (OSI), corneal fluorescein staining (CFL), ocular surface signs, and sensory symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the OSI, CFL, ocular surface signs and sensory symptom scores of study group were lower than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05); the Schirmer I test (SIt) value in two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the SIt value in study group was higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Meibomian gland massage and Croma corneal protector can effectively prevent dry eye symptoms after phacoemulsification with definite curative effect and high safety.
