CAI Zhenlu1 FENG Yunran2 LI Xingxing1 LI Mu3▲ LV Haixia1
Objective To investigate the effect of green tea on the survival and proliferation of neural cells during development. Methods PC12 cells were selected as the cell model for toxicological analysis, green tea leaves were boiled in distill water of 100℃ for three times, tea solution was then filtered and freeze dried. The powder was dissolved with sterilized pure water. DMEM medium was applied to make different concentrations of tea extraction (diluer for 100, 200 400, 800, and 1600 times) before use. The morphology of PC12 cells was observed, cell viability and apoptosis were detected by CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry assay after treatment. The proliferation of PC12 was detected by Ki67 immunostaining. Results Compared with low concentration (diluer 800 and 1600 times), after treated with green tea extraction in high concentration, PC12 cell morphology changed dramatically and cell viability was decreased significantly (P < 0.05). Proliferation of PC12 also declined dramatically, as showed by the reduced number of Ki67+ cells (P < 0.05). While the apoptosis of PC12 had no statistically significant difference compared with control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion Green tea in high concentration, so it is recommended to reduce the drinking of strong green teadurn pregancy could reduce the survival and proliferation of PC12 cells

Advances in the treatment of neuroparalytic keratitis
SUN Yaru ZHAO Haixia
Neuroparalytic keratitis is also called as neurotrophic keratitis. When trigeminal nerve suffers from trauma, surgery, inflammation or tumor destruction, the sensitivity of cornea losing eneurosis will be decreased and the dystrophia will be occurred, the defense capability for the external harmful factors will be weakened, thus, the corneal epithelium will turn dry and be susceptible to mechanical damage. What's worse, it will probably result in corneal ulcer, fusion and perforation. The therapeutic aim of neuroparalytic keratitis is to promote corneal healing and prevent the progress of corneal damage. The treating methods include physical therapy, drug therapy, operative treatment, and so on. In recent years, the novel therapeutic strategies, such as local application of nerve growth factor, pay attention to improve the eneurosis of cornea and support corneal growth and healing.

Progress of non-immunosuppressant therapy for IgA nephropathy with residual proteinuria
HU Yanqi LI Liusheng
IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is a common cause of end stage renal disease in the world. Any intervention to reduce proteinuria is helpful to slow the progress of IgAN. At present, sometimes complete remission of IgAN with proteinuria cannot be achieved through the use of renin angiotensin system inhibitor, thus other non-immunosuppressant drugs, including fish oil, active vitamin D, Sulodexide, adrenergic inhibitor, aldosterone receptor blockade, statins and so on are often needed. By analyzing the related literature, this paper reviews the progress of non-immunosuppressant therapy for IgAN with residual proteinuria.

Objective To survey the prevalence of anxiety and depressive disorders in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA), and examine the interrelationships between demographic factors, anxiety and depression. Methods This is a cross-sectional pilot study. In this study, 156 patients in the Center of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM from August 2016 to October 2017 were selected. They were diagnosed with KOA. The following information ware acquired: age, gender, body mass index (BMI), duration of disease, education, marriage, occupation, employment status, and score of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Results Among the 156 patients with KOA, 74 cases had anxiety and (or) depressive symptoms (47.43%). The patients with KOA had higher rates of depression and anxiety compared to the norms of HADS in Shanghai, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). In addition, the anxiety and depression symptoms were negatively correlated with age, gender, BMI, duration of disease, education, marriage, occupation and employment status (P > 0.05). Conclusion There is a certain degree of anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with KOA. It is necessary to adopt a muleidisciplinany approach in treating patients with KOA. Furthermore, there are poor correlations between demographic variables and mental symptoms. It suggests that other undiscovered factors may affect anxiety and depression symptoms in KOA.

A case of severe chronic renal tubular-interstitial injury induced by Cyclosporin A
WU Huiyi1 PAN Yuhua2 LAO Haiyan2
One patient with membranous nephropathy used Cyclosporin A and low dose of glucocorticoid for treatment, after continuous medication, the patient′s serum creatinine and blood pressure progressively increased. The pathological changes after repeated kidney biopsy suggested the phase Ⅲ membranous nephropathy associated with severe chronic renal tubular-interstitial injury. In combination with medical history, clinical manifestations, laboratory and pathological examination, excluding other factors, Cyclosporin A is considered to be the main contributor to irreversible chronic renal tubule-interstitial injury. By analyzing and summarizing of the case, chronic renal toxicity is the obvious side effect of Cyclosporin A. Although the renal toxicity depends on the dose or concentration of Cyclosporin A, it can still happen when the plasma concentration in the normal range of treatment. Therefore, clinicians should attach great importance to the use of Cyclosporin A, fully grasp its relevant knowledge, prevent early and interfere timely to Cyclosporin A related nephrotoxicity, reducing the risk and harm.

Exploration of development strategy of hospital preparations in hospital based on SWOT analysis
WANG Chenguang LIU Xiaoliang ZHAO Huaping CAO Guoying▲
Beijing Hospital (“our hospital” for short) preparations has a long history. Our staff and resources are well-configured and the management system is scientific and efficient. We have always strictly implemented the GPP for production, testing, storage and distribution. The preparation varieties are consistent with the medical characteristics of our hospital and it is well known in Beijing. The downside is that the hardware conditions limit the expansion of production, so it can not suit the clinical needs. And we are week in the new formulation development technology. For a long time the pricing is too low, so we suffered heavy losses. Using SWOT method to analyze the development trend of the preparation in our hospital, combined with current situation of hospital preparations and the new healthcare reform to explore the development strategy of hospital preparations, increase R&D investment, expand production, strengthen the introduction of qualified personnel, develop new varieties to better adapt to academic development and clinical needs.
