13 Study of the role and mechanism of C-terminal Src protein / focal adhesion kinase / E-cadherin pathway in invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer
TANG Qunhua MU Xiaoqin HUANG Shilan TANG Zhikang LIAN Xiaoling▲
Objective To study the role and mechanism of C-terminal Src protein (c-Src) / focal adhesion kinase (FAK) / E-cadherin (E-cad) pathway in invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. Methods Thirty cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) tissue samples and 30 normal cervical (NC) tissue samples were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020. Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the positive rate of E-cad in CSCC and NC tissue samples. The relationship between E-cad and clinicopathological features of CSCC patients was analyzed. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression levels of c-Src, FAK, and E-cad in CSCC and NC tissues. In addition, cervical cancer Caski cell lines were selected and divided into Caski group and Caski+ c-SRC inhibitor group. The Caski group was not treated, and the Caski+c-SRC inhibitor group was added with c-Src inhibitor (2.7 nmol/L). The migration, invasion, and apoptosis of the two groups were observed, and the protein expression levels of c-Src, FAK, and E-cad in the two groups were detected by Western blot. Results The positive rate of E-cad in CSCC tissue samples was lower than that in NC, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). E-cad expression was correlated with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics staging, differentiation degree, and recurrence of CSCC patients (P < 0.05). The expression levels of c-Src and FAK protein in CSCC tissue samples were higher than those in NC tissue samples, while the expression level of E-cad protein was lower than that in NCT, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The count of invaded and migrated cells and the expression levels of c-Src and FAK protein in Caski+c-Src inhibitor group were lower than those in Caski group, and the apoptosis rate and expression level of E-cad protein were higher than those in Caski group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion C-src may lead to decreased invasion and migration ability of cervical cancer cells by up-regulating FAK and down-regulating E-cad, the mechanism may be related to increased apoptosis.

17 Law of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome
SUN Haojie1 WANG Zhou2 XIA Changjun2
Objective To study the characteristics and rules of acupuncture for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS). Methods Wanfang, VIP, CNKI, China Biomedical Literature Database, Web of Science, Embase, PubMed, Cochrane Library were used as data sources to search clinical research literatures on acupuncture treatment of PGS collected from the database establishment to July 2021. Descriptive statistics, systematic cluster analysis, association rule analysis, and other methods were used to analyze the characteristics and rules of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of PGS. Results A total of 116 literatures were included, involving 118 acupuncture prescriptions and 62 acupoints. Zúsānlǐ was the most frequently used, followed by nèiguān, zhōngwǎn and so on; there were many acupoints on the limbs and abdomen; the commonly used meridians were stomach meridian, conception vessel and spleen meridian; the specific acupoints with more frequent use were lower he-sea points, five transport points, front-mu points. Through the analysis of association rules, 22 strong association rules were obtained, including nèiguān→zúsānlǐ, zhōngwǎn→zúsānlǐ, zhōngwǎn- nèiguān→zúsānlǐ, etc. Four cluster groups were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of PGS focuses on the use of specific points. “Acupoint selection along meridians” is the main method of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of PGS, which embodies the idea of “treating the disease according to the meridians”. The compatibility of acupoints embodies the principle of “giving consideration to both deficiency and excess, and regulating yin and yang”.

144 Summary of Professor Song Aili’s experience in treating menopausal-like syndrome in endocrine therapy of breast cancer
LIU Bingwei1 SHI Guangxi2 LIU Xiaofei2 LI Jingwei2
Professor Song Aili is a senior well-known traditional Chinese medicine physician, who has rich clinical experience. She considers that the deficiency of kidney essence is the root cause of menopausal-like syndrome in endocrine therapy of breast cancer. And the pathogenetic character is that deficiency of kidney is the root, phlegm and toxin is the manifestation. According to years of clinical experience, combined with the relationship between the five viscera, Professor Song Aili thinks the disease can be divided into three syndromes, such as the yin deficiency of liver and kidney, the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, and the disharmony between heart and kidney. The general principle of treatment is focusing on nourishing kidney and tonifying kidney to treat its root, and removing dampness and dissipating phlegm, clearing heat and removing toxicity to treat its manifestation, in the deficiency while not forgetting to remove evil to inhibit the development of cancer. According to the difference between these syndromes, she uses treatments like dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, nourishing qi to invigorate spleen, clearing heart and removing trouble. Professor Song Aili pays attention to the function of spleen and stomach, and thinks that the prescription should be stopped as soon as the syndrome is cured in order not to harm spleen and stomach. The spleen being acquired foundation, the source of qi and blood biochemistry, tonifying kidney also needs to tonify spleen. Erxian Decoction, Erzhi Pills, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and other prescriptions are often used in clinic, and the clinical effect is remarkable. Therefore, to summarize professor Song Aili’s clinical syndrome differentiation thinking, in order to provide experience for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of  menopausal-like syndrome in endocrine therapy of breast cancer.

QI Jun ZHAO Wei WU Yuning
Adenomyosis is a kind of gynecological disease that is difficult to treat. Its focus is progressive aggravation, which makes the uterus gradually increased. It is often accompanied by severe dysmenorrhea and excessive menstruation, so it is very difficult to treat. Wu Yuning, a famous medical teacher of capital state, has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. She believes that “phlegm, blood stasis, toxin and heat intermingle” is its basic pathogenesis, and the disease is located in the collaterals and uterus. Because the clinical symptoms of non menstrual period are not obvious, but the symptoms in menstrual period are serious, so she proposed to discuss the treatment in stages. For the treatment of non menstrual period, it is mainly to eliminate blood stasis and phlegm, remove toxicity for eliminating accumulation, and take into account the menstrual cycle. She is good at using insect medicine, and pays attention to strengthening righteousness, dispelling evil, and protecting stomach qi. Menstrual symptoms should be treated with “Tiaojing Decoction” to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, which is also used to relieve pain and regulate menstruation. She used the prescriptions flexibly to relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and control the amount of menstruation. The drug is unique and the clinical effect is remarkable. In this paper, Wu Yuning’s clinical experience in the treatment of adenomyosis is summarized. Moreover, the academic experience of famous Chinese doctors can be learned, the level of treatment can also be improved. Last but not least, a typical medical case is attached for peer’s reference.
