| Analysis of research hotspots and changing trends of county medical community based on literature metrology |

Abstract Objective To explore the progress, hotspots, development trends and changing trends of relevant policy research on county medical community in China, and to provide reference for further theoretical deepening and policy promotion research. Methods Literatures related to county medical communities published by CNKI, VIP database and Wanfang data knowledge service platform from January 2014 to February 2021 were selected to conduct summary coding and format conversion for the included literatures. CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to analyze and map the literatures. Results Wang Fang etc. were the core authors in this field. The keywords were county medical community, medical community, and graded diagnosis and treatment, with prominent hotspots in this field. Conclusion The number of related literatures of county medical community is increasing year by year; the cooperation between authors and institutions is not close; the research has formed three main research clusters and three main stages, and the research hotspots are concentrated. There are significant differences between regions.
