Study on the relation of SHIP2 with proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle in Hep-2 cells after radiation
LIANG Huiling HE Xiaoqin GAN Yuanyuan ZHOU Yujie XIONG Lin TANG Tian XU Ximing
Objective To explore the relation between the expression of SHIP2 and proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle in Hep-2 cells after radiotherapy. Methods Lupine carcinoma Hep-2 cells were divided into the experiment group (treated with 2, 4, 8 Gy X- ray) and the control group (treated with 0 Gy). CCK-8 was repeatedly used to detect the proliferation of the cells 12, 24, 36 h and 48 h after the treatment. The most appropriate and exact time to detect cells in the subsequent experiment was set up following the result of proliferation. Then apoptosis was evaluated by AnnexinV- FITC/PI double staining flow cytometry and cell cycle was evaluated by PI single staining flow cytometry. RT-qPCR and Western-blot were used to detect the expression of SHIP2 mRNA and its protein. Results Compared with the control group, Hep-2 cells' proliferation in the experiment group was inhibited (all P < 0.05) . As the dose of ray increased, the viability descended, and the most remarkable result arose 48 h after the treatment. There was a remarkable increase in apoptosis of the experiment group (all P < 0.01). After treated with 4 Gy and 8 Gy X-ray G2/M phase arrest was remarkable too (all P < 0.01). The expression of SHIP2 mRNA and SHIP2 protein in the experiment group was lower than those of the control group (all P < 0.01). Conclusion In Hep-2 cells, low expression of SHIP2 after the treatment with X-ray, may be one important pathway of X-ray inhibiting cell proliferation and increasing cell apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest.

Objective To observe the effect of Invigorating Spleen, Benefiting Qi, Controlling Blood Formula on the blood flow of Simvastatin-induced zebrafish cardiac hemorrhage model and to explore the relationship among the hemodynamic changes of zebrafish by different treatment. Methods The fertilized egg of 660 72-hour Albino zebrafish in melanin allele mutation was randomly divided into the normal control group, the model control group and group A (Invigorating Spleen Granule Formulations), B (Invigorating Spleen, Benefiting Qi Granule Formulations), C (Invigorating Spleen, Benefiting Qi, Replenishing Blood Granule Formulations), D (Invigorating Spleen, Benefiting Qi, Replenishing Blood, Controlling Blood Granule Formulations) with different concentrations (100, 250, 500, 750, 1000 μg/mL) of experimental drugs. Each group of 30. First, the zebrafish of group A, B, C, D were treated with different concentrations of drugs for 4 hours, and then with 50 μmol/L Simvastatin for 30 minutes. Next, through collecting blood flow imaging of the 20 zebrafish in each group by heartbeat blood flow analysis system, the blood flow was analyzed and the improvement rate was calculated. Results ①Compared with the model control group, different concentrations of drug groups in group A, B had no effects on the improvement of blood flow in Simvastatin-induced zebrafish hemorrhage model; however, 500, 750,1000 μg/mL of drugs in group C, D could significantly increase the improvement rate of blood flow in zebrafish hemorrhage model (P < 0.05). ②In ameliorating the model's velocity of blood flow and its improvement rate, 1000 μg/mL of Invigorating Spleen, Benefiting Qi, Replenishing Blood, Controlling Blood Formula was superior to that of Invigorating Spleen, Benefiting Qi, Replenishing Blood Formula. Conclusion The comprehensive application of invigorating spleen, benefiting qi, replenishing blood, controlling blood can ameliorate the blood flow of Simvastatin-induced zebrafish cardiac hemorrhage model, which reflects the theory of “qi is the commander of blood and blood is the mother of qi”.

Effects of Icariin on the expression of β-catenin, ALP and RUNX2 in osteoblasts
ZHOU Xianjin ZHANG Yanfang
Osteopenia is caused by the loss of bone mass when bone formation guided by osteoblasts is less than the bone absorption induced by osteoclasts. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, herba epimedii can treat osteoporosis. Besides, studies have shown that Icariin, the characteristic component of herba epimedii can promote bone formation, improve the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, and also up-regulate the expression of key factor beta-catenin, ALP and runt-related transcription factor 2 of osteoblast. However, Icariin has different effects on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. Therefore, Icariin has an attractive prospect in clinical treatment of osteoporosis, but its mechanism needs further study.

FAN Yanan1 WEN Yangyang1 LI Wenlong2 ZHU Yingjie2 LIU Youwen2
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Rivaroxaban anticoagulation in the prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) after Tranexamic anti-fibrinolysis in total hip arthroplasty (THA) patients. Methods From March 2015 to September 2016, sixty patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head accepted THA in Henan Luoyang Orthopedic Traumatological Hospital were divided into two groups by random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in group A were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium to prevent VTE, while the patients in group B were treated with Rivaroxaban. In both groups, preoperative intravenous injection and postoperative intracavitary injection of Tranexamic acid were performed. The blood loss volume, the occurrence rates of VTE, blood transfusion and anticoagulation-related bleeding events, and blood coagulation between the two groups were recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood loss volume and transfusion rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). During the follow-up, it had no symptomatic pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis in the both groups, and there was no significant difference in the rate of VTE between the two groups (P > 0.05). As for anticoagulant bleeding events, major bleeding events were not found in the two groups, and there was no significant difference in non-major bleeding events (P > 0.05). Postoperative coagulation test showed that the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in both groups were longer in the safety range than in the preoperative period, and there was no statistically significant difference between groups at the same time (P > 0.05). Conclusion The use of low molecular weight heparin calcium or rivaroxaban in the prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients with THA are both safe and effective. However low molecular weight heparin calcium requires subcutaneous injection and dose adjustment. In contrast, patients in Rivaroxaban are more receptive and compliant, which can be ensured that the postoperative drug prevention VTE time and improve surgical safety.

Exploration and analysis of sphygmology system of ten layers pulse of "Bianque"
XIONG Mingfeng LAN Qin WU Chunhong WANG Tengyu
According to record in the literatures, “ten layers pluse” is evolved from the pulse method of “Bianque” soybean weighting positioning pulse level. This method is named based on the levels of the pulse, which are lung, large intestine, heart, small intestine, spleen, stomach, liver, gallbladder, kidney and urinary bladder from the outside to the inside. There are differences of the levels of the pulse between this pulse method and traditional pulse method, which also shows that each pulse site has different relationship with zang-fu viscera and the fingering of the body, and puts forward the theory of "pulse level" innovatively. Ten layers pulse is not only a pulse diagnosis method, but also a series of disease analysis and treatment evaluation system, which can be used to identify the cause of disease, predict major symptoms, establish therapeutic methods, deduce prognosis and assess the efficacy.

Clinical progress and clinical empirical summary of patients with ulcerative colitis combined with anxiety and/or depression
WANG Liyuan1 ZHU Weining2 SHI Ling3
Ulcerative colitis is a common clinical disease, with intricate pathogenesis. whether from the angle of inducement or complication to study, it shows that the disease is closely related to emotion. The disease involves multiple viscera, such as spleen, stomach, heart, gut, kidney, etc. Its syndrome types in traditional Chinese medicine are complex, and the common clinical manifestations are syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency, damp-heat of large intestine, deficiency of spleen and stomach, spleen-stomach weakness, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, etc, in which syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency is especially common. Its treatment often combines both Chinese and western medicine. Although western medical treatment plays a role in this disease, it is easy to lead to severe complications and drug dependence. It is difficult to withdrawal and bring huge mental pressure to patients. However, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this diseases has significant advantage. It is based on the holistic view and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and applies “the Holism of Physical and Spirit” throughout the principle, method, prescription and medicine. It combines with the general recuperation of Chinese traditional medicine, acupuncture and massage, and music therapy. It aims to treat both symptoms and root causes, and give priority to the root causes, in order to cure radically, regulate visceral functions, balance Yin and Yang, and ultimately achieve the goal of cure.

About the thought of “one divided into three” and its clinical significance in Huangdi Neijing
YE Taisheng1 YAO Qiong2▲
“One divided into three” is a philosophical epistemology, it is one of the most basic thinking methods, and also the rational thinking of Chinese philosophy. Based on this, it sorts out the ideological content of “one divided into three” in the book of Huangdi Neijing, which is formed in the period of TCM theory formation. It is not only the development of traditional Chinese medicine theory, but also the internal requirement of innovative understanding of the rules of modern disease diagnosis and treatment. The connotation of “one divided into three” is analyzed from “three as the value” and “three as the rule”. It is found that “one divided into three” inspired the theory of “because, machine, syndrome, cure”, and has universal theoretical value. At the same time, to explore the significance of “one divided into three” in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and put forward “Qi, blood, water” three points dialectical method, to treat diabetic nephropathy as an example to illustrate its logical persuasion, is a new way of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.

Results The score of social support in the observation group (53.65±17.24) was significantly lower than that of control group (62.15±12.10), with highly statistically significant difference (t = 3.737,P < 0.01). The score of self-esteem in the observation group (29.31±4.06) was significantly lower than that of control group (31.56±4.24), with highly statistically significant difference (t = 3.547,P < 0.01). In the observation group, the social support was neglectively correlated with the negative symptom scale (r = -0.228,P < 0.05), but with no correlation with age, weight, age of onset, duration of disease, positive symptom scale, general pathological scale, highest nitrogen equal dose (r = -0.156-0.090,all P > 0.05). In the observation group, self-esteem was positively correlated with the positive symptom scale, general pathological scale (r = 0.266,P < 0.05; r = 0.285, P < 0.01), but with no correlation with age, weight, age of onset, duration of disease, negative symptom scale, highest nitrogen equal dose (r = -0.162-0.112,all P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the normal population, the social support and self-esteem of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia are low. Social support for schizophrenia patients is correlated with the negative symptom scale, and its self-esteem is correlated with positive symptom scale and general pathological scale.

Study on the correlation between occurrence of enuresis and constipation in children
YUAN Bin HU Chanchan
The mechanism of enuresis in children remains unclear. Clinical observation found that enuresis always combined with constipation. The symptoms of enuresis can significantly reduced after gave laxative treatment, which showed that constipation is closely related to enuresis. However, as a common cause of enuresis, constipation was rarely studied. The congenital spina bifida, pelvic floor muscle coordination disorder, psychological factors are the common pathogenic factors of enuresis and constipation, and rectal distension is an important factor which constipation lead to enuresis. Chronic constipation can affect the function of lung, spleen, liver and kidney, and lead to the spleen-energy, lung-energy and kidney-energy deficiency, liver constraint transforming into fire, etc. The above pathological changes can affect the gasification function of bladder and cause enuresis.

Comparative study on stance construction via vocabulary resources in abstracts of medical journals
XUE Yingli ZHU Xiaojuan HAN Rong
Based on the stance triangle, 270 abstracts from 18 Asian, European and American oncology journals respectively were randomly sampled. Statistically, LIWC2007 and Antconc3.2.4 were used to detect different pragmatic functions of stance adverbs, evaluative adjectives, stance verbs and we-words used in the abstracts. The findings indicate that stance construction via vocabulary resources in abstracts of medical papers published in international prestigious oncology journals varies strikingly. European writers and American writers highlight stance positioning and expression by using a variety of stance words, especially the initial stance adverbs. Additionally, stance words used in abstracts from European and American journals outnumber those from Asian journals. The findings also indicate that there is a positive correlation between the variety and frequency of stance words and thesis quality embodied by impact factor of journals. Additionally, the co-using of stance adverbs, stance verbs and we-words embody such multi-functions of stance words as evaluation, positioning and aligning, ultimately, to highlight the stance expression. This study can provide references and insight into stance words acquisition and develop medical academics'good command of stance vocabulary for academic discourse stance projection and construction.

Causes analysis of acute kidney injury in patients with sepsis in EICU
LIU Mei
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients with sepsis in the emergency intensive care unit (EICU). Methods From January 2012 to March 2014, a total of 102 patients with sepsis admitted to EICU in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were selected as the research subjects and divided into sepsis groups (without AKI 66 cases) and sepsis with AKI group (36 cases) according to the presence of AKI. The clinical data of the patients were compared between the two groups. The independent risk factors of AKI in patients with sepsis in EICU were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results The incidence of AKI was 35.29% (36/102). Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the history of hypertension, mean arterial pressure (MAP), APACHEⅡ, 24 h urine, Scr, the score of 24 h net fluid input, oxygenation index, urea nitrogen (BUN), arterial lactate score and serum myoglobin (MYO) between the two groups (P < 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high MAP score(OR = 2.136, P = 0.007, 95%CI: 1.115-3.898), high APACHE score (OR = 2.058, P = 0.004, 95%CI:1.011-3.458), high Scr score(OR = 2.210, P = 0.005, 95%CI: 1.019-3.998), high arterial blood lactate score (OR=2.368, P=0.003, 95%CI:1.128-3.987) and high MYO level(OR = 2.587, P = 0.002, 95%CI:1.127-4.027) were independent risk factors of AKI in patients with sepsis on admission to EICU (P < 0.05). Conclusion The higher scores of MAP, APACHEⅡ, Scr, arterial lactate and MYO level are, the higher the risk of AKI in patients with sepsis is. Therefore, it is suggested that the reasonable prevention and treatment measures should be taken for patients in EICU.
