Abstract Bacterial infection has become a clinical situation that can't completely avoid, including pathogens and conditioned pathogens. Bacterial biofilm becomes an effective way to protect bacteria, increases the bacteria against the body immune defense and the resistance to antibiotics. Staphylococcus biofilm formation affected by multiple factors and multi-gene regulation, including the external environmental factors, such as organism immune response and external organic matter, the internal genes regulation are mainly sarA, agr, aap, ica. This paper summarizes the formation of Staphylococcal biofilm, the external environmental factors and internal gene regulation factors that affecting biofilm formation, which can be used as a reference for the study and treatment of Staphylococcal biofilm targeted drugs.
