DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.04
Objective To explore the medication rule of Xingqi Lishui Prescription in Chinese Medical Code to guide clinical application. Methods The relevant provisions of the Chinese Medical Code (5th edition) were searched and prescriptions were selected by keyword “edema” or “water vapor” or “water disease”. The observed indicators were drug composition, nature, flavours, channel tropism, efficacy and concerted application relation. SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for frequency statistics, association rules, clustering analysis, and other medication rule analysis. Results A total of 127 prescriptions and 144 drugs were included. Fifteen high frequency drugs were found, among which the most common drug properties were bitter, pungent, sweet, warm, and cold, which were mainly attributed to the lung and spleen channels, with the main effect of diuresis and diffusing dampness, regulating qi-flowing and tonifying deficiency. Commonly used concerted application drug groups included Aucklandiae Radix, Arecae Semen, Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen, Mori Cortex, and so on. The three cluster prescriptions were mainly for regulating the lung, strengthening the spleen and promoting qi. Complex network analysis found 28 core drugs and one strong link drug (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Mori Cortex). Conclusion The syndrome of lung qi stagnation and middle coke qi stagnation is the indication of regulating qi and diuresis. The formula should adhere to the essence of diuresis and diffusing dampness, and the lung and spleen should be treated together, the channel should be regulated, the spleen should be strengthened and middle focal should be widened, which is the key of the regulating qi and diuresis.

DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.28
This article mainly introduces the clinical experience of chief physician Min Wu in treating senile hypertension accompanied by insomnia and summarizes her academic thoughts. Hypertension and insomnia both are common diseases in the elderly. They often appear together in clinical practice and affect each other, which is easy to form a vicious circle, affecting the quality of life and psychosomatic health of elderly patients. Wu Min, chief physician, believes that the root cause of this disease lies in the two viscera of liver and kidney and is related to the heart and spleen, with the main clinical pathogenesis of the yin deficiency of liver and kidney, wind-phlegm invading upward, and deficiency of both heart and spleen. She advocates that the treatment methods of nourishing the liver and kidney, calming endogenous wind and resolving phlegm, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart should be applied in the clinical treatment, cautiously watching pathogenesis, and addition and subtraction with the syndrome, and take into account the pathological products of phlegm and dampness, blood stasis, qi stagnation, liver fire, and so on caused by the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality of the elderly. The clinical curative effect is quite good.

DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.29
Hui Hui Yao Fang is an important literature for the study of ethnic medicine and the discovery of classic prescriptions. In terms of content arrangement, the book contains a wide range of sources and rich contents of prescriptions, and appendices such as preparations, processing, drug research and other contents. In the compilation of the first discussion and then prescription, “according to the classification of disease categories, each category is unified behind the explanation.” In the division of categories, it is the same as the medical disciplines set up by the Northern Song Dynasty Imperial Medical Bureau. This paper makes a horizontal analogy analysis between Hui Hui Yao Fang and the three official prescription books of the Song and Yuan dynasties, Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang, Sheng Ji Zonglu and Yu Yao Yuan Fang, and it is found that the process of compiling the book is deeply influenced by the official prescription books. Discussing the compilation process and academic characteristics of Hui Hui Yao Fang, especially the preparation of prescriptions, variety research and other materials in the book, can provide strong evidence for the current literature collation of classic prescriptions of ethnic medicine.

DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.30
The occurrence of asthma is mainly responsible for the insufficiency of children’s lungs, spleen, and kidneys, and the liver is often superabundance, and at the same time feeling external evils. The core of its pathogenesis is latent phlegm and turbidity. Shaoyao Gancao Decoction is a famous classical formula from Zhang Zhongjing, which is highly respected by generations of physicians and is widely used in various disciplines. Professor Sun Liping believes that the treatment of phlegm must regulate qi, promote blood circulation, and sooth liver, and uses Shaoyao Gancao Decoction flexibly. In the early stage of the disease using its functions of regulating the lung, soothing the liver , and releasing exterior, in the acute attack of asthma using its functions of softing liver and camping, regulating qi and invigorating blood, in the remission stage of asthma using its functions of invigorating spleen, calming liver, and tonifying lungs, combined with different symptoms, syndrome differentiation and subtraction. This paper citing a medical record to prove its effectiveness.

139 Professor Liu Xinyu’s experience in treating dyslipidemia based on the theory of “phlegm turbidity”
WANG Huihui1 LIU Xinyu2
DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.31
Dyslipidemia is a common metabolic disease in clinic. Its incidence is relatively hidden, and it is often detected by standard biochemical examination. It can cause atherosclerotic cardio cerebrovascular disease and increase the risk of tumor. The phlegm turbid theory is an important part of the etiology theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it has been playing a new and important role in the differentiation and treatment of dyslipidemia for many years. Professor Liu Xinyu has rich experience in the treatment of dyslipidemia with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, he believes that the main pathogenesis of dyslipidemia is phlegm endogenous and blocking qi, according to the pathogenesis, he puts forward that according to the difference of deficiency and excess yin and yang of the lung, spleen, and kidney, from the extension of phlegm turbidity theory, he applies a variety of traditional Chinese medicine  treatment methods, which reflects the characteristics of “not limited to surgery” in traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Based on the theory of “phlegm turbid” theory, professor Liu Xinyu has achieved good clinical results in the treatment of dyslipidemia.

143 Origin and development of fetal jaundice
JIANG Deyou1 DUAN Fangfang2 JIANG Xicheng1 LI Wenhao1 WANG Youpeng3
DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.32
Fetal jaundice, as the most common clinical problem in the neonatal period, is mostly self-healing. However, its critical illness is life-threatening, so its prevention and treatment has been a research priority in the field of medicine. Fetal jaundice is first documented in General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases writed by Chao Yuanfang in Sui dynasty. Younger generation doctor summarizes that the pathological changes of the viscera are in the liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach, and the etiology and pathogenesis include heat-dampness in pregnancy, cold-dampness encumbering spleen, liver depression and blood stasis, bile efflux, and so on. From Song dynasty to Qing dynasty, successive physicians’ perceptions of this disease has been improved, and multiple methods of diagnosis has been proposed, based on the principle of removing dampness and eliminating jaundice, such as methods of clearing heat, removing dampness and eliminating jaundice, methods of warming the middle, removing dampness and eliminating jaundice, methods of resolving stasis, dispersing accumulation and eliminating jaundice, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in differentiation and treatment of this disease. Considering all together, this article collates and examines accounts of relevant discourses of fetal jaundice in successive generations crucial medical books.

147 Professor Zhang Xiaotian’s experience in Herbal Paste based on “constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation”
TANG Jiayi YU Chenghong WEI Shuoshuo ZHANG Xiaotian
DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.33
As the internal factor that determines the course of disease, constitution has an important influence on the occurrence of disease and the formation of syndrome. In clinical practice, Professor Zhang Xiaotian often takes the three-differentiation diagnosis and treatment model of “constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation” as the basis of dispensing medicine. He believes that constitution differentiation is the source, syndrome differentiation is the root and disease differentiation is the manifestation. Chinese Herbal Paste has a mild yet lasting nourishing effect and is a good preparation formulation to tonify deficiency and treat the disease. Professor Zhang Xiaotian stresses that the formula of Herbal Paste needs the combination of “constitution differentiation-disease differentiation- syndrome differentiation”, with constitution as the priority, syndrome as the secondary and disease as the last. This paper introduces professor Zhang Xiaotian’s clinical experience in using Chinese Herbal Paste to improve constitution, and analyzes a case to provide ideas for the application of Herbal Paste in clinical practice.

152 Experience of Professor Chen Zhaojun in the treatment of early stage knee osteoarthritis with Chenshi Suhong Decoction
HAN Jinglu1 DENG Pin1 LIANG Huan1 SUN Xiaojie1 WANG Shulong1 HUANG Zhichao1 LI Dongxiao1 CHEN Zhaojun2
DOI: 10.20047/j.issn1673-7210.2023.04.34
To introduce Professor Chen Zhaojun’s clinical experience in the treatment of early stage knee osteoarthritis with Chenshi Suhong Decoction. Professor Chen believes that this disease is caused by the combination of three factors of kidney deficiency, cold dampness and blood stasis. Kidney deficiency leads to joint dystrophy, followed by internal or external attack of cold dampness, resulting in poor blood circulation and blood stasis, which blocks the channels, and further aggravates kidney deficiency and cold dampness, and so the three methods of tonifying the kidney, dispersing cold dampness and activating blood should be used as the treatment principle. Professor Chen attaches importance to the application of external treatment, and believes that external washing of traditional Chinese medicine has the dual effects of efficacy and physiotherapy, which can directly treat the disease and take effect quickly. In clinic, Chenshi Suhong Decoction is used for external washing to treat this disease, which can tonify the kidney and bones, disperse cold and dehumidification, activate blood circulation and relieve pain with the combination of various drugs, and the curative effect is reliable.

Results The results of grey correlation analysis showed that the correlation degree of laboratory, material, and examination income to total inpatient income was 0.901, 0.894, and 0.842, respectively. The analysis results of structural variation showed that the total structural variation of inpatient income of the hospital was 12.566%. The biggest change was in drug income (-2.911), and examination and laboratory income showed positive change. Conclusion From 2017 to 2021, the growth of drug income in inpatient income of a tertiary general public hospital in Anhui Province is controlled, but profit-driven income such as laboratory and examination continued to rise, and the income reflecting the labor value of medical staff such as treatment and surgery is low. It is suggested to further optimize and adjust the income structure, speed up the implementation process of “removing cages and replacing birds”, and ensure the healthy development of hospitals.

How to use modern management concepts and methods to improve the management level of hospitals is a common problem faced by all public hospitals under the background of high quality development of public hospitals.  By building an operation management platform, the research group carried out unified data governance and data mining on the data collected by various departments of the hospital, and differentiated display of information and data required by all levels on the operation management platform, and vertically compressed the original pyramid management mode into a flat management mode. The response speed and disposal efficiency of the hospital flat management mode based on data application have been significantly improved compared with before in response to emergencies, allocation of medical resources, medical quality control and other aspects, and the management cost has been compressed to a certain extent, which can meet the needs of public operation and management, and is worthy of promotion in public hospitals of the same level.
