ZHOU Qimiao1 PENG Ajian2 ZHANG Xi3 ZHU Furong1 TAN Meixin2 WANG Xiaoqin2 PENG Jiarui2 XIONG Wu1
Objective To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 (GS-Rg1) on the activity and endothelial differentiation of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) in vitro. Methods Human umbilical blood was collected from normal cesarean placenta under aseptic conditions, and mononuclear cells were isolated by density gradient centrifugation. When the cells were fusiform, osteogenesis, chondrogenesis, and adipogenic differentiation were identified. The identified human umbilical blood MSCs were treated with 0, 5, 10, 20, 40, and 80 mg/L GS-Rg1, respectively, to determine the optimal concentration of GS-Rg1 to promote the proliferation of human umbilical blood MSCs. Then human umbilical blood MSCs were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with optimal concentration of GS-Rg1, and the control group was treated with equal volume of phosphate buffer. CCK-8 method was used to study the cell activity of the two groups, and Matrigel experiment was used to study in vitro angiogenesis of the two groups. Meanwhile, the expression of platelet-endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (CD31) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) were detected by immunofluorescence. Results Microscopically, the morphology of the cells was uniform, showing a long spindle fibroblast-like morphology, which was typical of MSCs. The staining results of osteogenic, chondrogenic, and adipogenic differentiation showed a large number of deep staining parts, indicating that they were MSCs. When GS-Rg1 concentration was 40 and 80 mg/L, the MSCs optical density value was higher than that when GS-Rg1 concentration were 0, 5, 10, and 20 mg/L, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). When GS-Rg1 concentration was 80 mg/L, there was no significant difference in the optical density of MSCs when GS-Rg1 concentration was 40 mg/L (P > 0.05). The cell activity, lumen length, and fluorescence intensity of CD31 and vWF in experimental group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion GS-Rg1 has the potential to promote the proliferation of human umbilical blood MSCs in vitro and induce their differentiation into endothelial cells and angiogenesis in vitro.

LI Xiaoran1 WANG Xueying2 ZHANG Hua1 WANG Shidong1 ZHENG Xiaoyan1
Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of Semen Euryales-Fructus Rosae Laevigatae in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) based on network pharmacology. Methods The drug ingredients and targets were investigated by traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform, encyclopaedia of traditional Chinese medicine, and Swiss Target Prediction databases, and the GeneCards and OMIM databases were searched for targets related to DN. The protein-protein interaction network and drug-target network were constructed by STRING platform and Cytoscape software, and network topology analysis and core target screening were completed. The enrichment analyses of gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes were completed by R software, and the core pathways and targets were obtained. Finally, the molecular docking of core ingredient targets was completed by VINA software. Results Two active ingredients of Semen Euryales, and seven active ingredients of Fructus Rosae Laevigatae were obtained, including quercetin, kaempferol, gondoic acid, and other core active ingredients. The 20 core targets including mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) 1, and transcription factor-AP1 (Jun), MAPK3 were screened. Gene ontology enrichment analysis showed that the targets were mainly concentrated in the cell membrane region, which played various biological functions including cell signal transduction and nuclear transcription, and completed multiple regulatory response to lipopolysaccharide and oxidative stress. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis showed that the main enrichment pathways were the AGE-RAGE, MAPK, PI3k-Akt, NF-κB, and other signaling pathways. The results of molecular docking showed that quercetin and kaempferol had good affinity with core targets, such as MAPK1, transcription factor-AP1 (Jun) and so on. Conclusion This study applies the network pharmacology method to elucidate the possible mechanism of Semen Euryales-Fructus Rosae Laevigatae pairs in the treatment of DN, including multiple pathways and targets to regulate the complex inflammatory response and oxidative stress, which provides clues and basis for further experimental and clinical pharmacological studies.

40 Research progress on the regulatory mechanism of myocardial regeneration after myocardial infarction#br#
MA Yifu1,2 LIU Tingting1,2 SUN Fangling1,2 TIAN Xin1,2 WANG Yufeng1,2 ZHENG Ruifang3 XING Jianguo3 WANG Wen1,2,3,4▲
After myocardial infarction, the tissue is ischemic and hypoxic, and a large number of myocardial cells in the infarction area are necrotic, and the damaged tissue is replaced by fibrotic cells, forming scar tissue. Remodeling of the ventricular wall in the non-infarcted area leads to a decrease in the ability of the heart muscle to contract, ultimately leading to heart failure. According to the latest report of the World Health Organization, myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases are the leading causes of death worldwide. In recent years, the problem of younger patients with myocardial infarction has become increasingly prominent, and the overall mortality is on the rise. Myocardial regeneration is a process in which the original myocardial cells proliferate a little after myocardial infarction to alleviate the injury caused by myocardial infarction. Studies have shown that myocardial regeneration after myocardial infarction can be promoted by promoting the self-replication of myocardial cells. In this paper, the current research progress on endogenous repair of myocardial infarction is summarized, and microRNA and cytokines are discussed to induce myocardial cells to re-enter the cell cycle and realize the proliferation of myocardial cells through some specific signaling pathways. In order to find a new way to treat myocardial infarction, this paper reviews the existing regulation mechanism of myocardial regeneration.

45 Research progress of neural stem cell transplantation for neuroprotective and regenerative therapy of ischemic stroke#br#
SHEN Youjin1 QI Xiaokun2 ZHOU Zonghua1 HE Jianwen1
Ischemic stroke is a disease with high incidence and disability rate. Intravenous thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy are two most effective therapies for acute ischemic stroke. However, due to the limitations of therapy time window and surgical techniques, there are many patients who cannot fully or largely recover after the treatment of ischemic stroke. Neural stem cell transplantation provides a new method for the treatment of ischemic stroke. By promoting neurogenesis, angiogenesis, synaptic remodeling, cell replacement, and other mechanisms, neural stem cells play a good effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Although there are some problems such as insufficient source of neural stem cell, the optimal transplantation dose and route of administration, unclear time window, and tumorigenicity, neural stem cell transplantation is still a promising therapeutic method.

50 Research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on acquired immune deficiency syndrome incomplete immune reconstitution#br#
KE Jingwen1 XIAO Mingzhong2 LIN Lianmei1 LIU Jianzhong2
Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a major public health problem worldwide. Some patients have a series of complications due to incomplete immune reconstitution, which accelerates the disease process and seriously affects their quality of life. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a large number of studies in the field of incomplete immune reconstitution of AIDS. This paper reviews AIDS incomplete immune reconstitution pathogenesis and treatment progress from modern medical and traditional medical perspectives by reviewing relevant studies in recent years. It is found that Western medicine focuses on the decline of the number of CD4+T lymphocytes and adopts individualized treatment for different causes, while traditional Chinese medicine concentrates on the vital qi exhaustion of five zang viscera and chooses different strengthening programs. Both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have unique advantages. However, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has more advantages in effect and safety, but lacks more powerful evidence-based medical evidence, which is worth further digging, in order to form a complete and standardized treatment system.

54 Research pregross on traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pressure and abdominal compartment syndrome#br#
YANG Siwen1 LI Sinai1,2 SONG Maifen1
Abdominal pressure is one of the most common clinical symptoms. Abdominal compartment syndrome is the severe case of abdominal pressure, which can induce multiple organ failure and lead to death. At present, most of the modern medical treatment methods are invasive treatment, which is painful to some extent, and at the same time, there are increased risks of infection and visceral edema. Therefore, it is necessary to explore less invasive, safer, and more effective treatment methods. There are a variety of methods and fewer side effects in traditional Chinese medicine treatments of abdominal pressure and abdominal compartment syndrome. Several related studies have shown that it’s more safely and effectively in improving the clinical symptoms, reducing abdominal pressure, and shortening the length of hospital stays. This paper reviews the literatures on the treatment of abdominal pressure and abdominal compartment syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine to provide help for its clinical intervention.

Methods Data set GSE105765 on miRNA expression in ectopic endometrial and situ endometrial tissues was downloaded from the public gene chip database GEO, R language software was used to analyze the differentially expressed miRNA and screen out the top six miRNA with differentially expressed miRNA, target genes were predicted by online databases TargetScan, miRWalk, and miRDB, respectively, and the intersection of target genes predicted by the three databases was obtained. DAVID online website was used to conduct gene enrichment analysis for the intersection target genes obtained by GO and KEGG, so as to determine the biological function or pathway that the target genes mainly affect. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis was performed on the target genes screened by STRING database and Cytoscape software. Results A total of 85 miRNAs with difference expression in ectopic endometrial and situ endometrial tissues were screened out, among which the top six were miR-202-5p, miR-514a-3p, miR-615-3p, miR-202-3p, miR-509-3p, and miR-509-3-5p; there were 43, 194, 2, 598, 209, 556 target gene intersections predicted by three databases; GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the intersection target genes of six miRNAs were closely related to axon transport and glucose metabolism; through PPI network and module analysis, RAC1, EP300, EGFR, and CTNNB1 were screened as the core sites of protein interaction. Conclusion Using bioinformatics found that, compared with in situ endometrial tissues, miRNAs are differentially expressed in ectopic endometrial tissues, and target genes are involved in the regulation of axonal transport and glucose metabolism, providing new evidence for the pathogenesis and therapeutic target of endometriosis.

WANG Ling LU Yingying
Objective To investigate the influential factors of postoperative recurrence of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp and the diagnostic value of peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) combined with CD4+/CD8+. Methods A total of 142 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp who underwent transnasal endoscopic surgery in Wuxi People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to their recurrence, patients were divided into recurrence group (84 cases) and non-recurrence group (58 cases). Clinical data and biochemical indicators of patients were collected, and logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing postoperative recurrence. The diagnostic value of peripheral blood EOS combined with CD4+/CD8+ detection for postoperative recurrence of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp was analyzed by receiver operator characteristic curve and the area under the curve (AUC). Results The Lund-Kennedy score, neutrophil count, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and percentage of EOS in peripheral blood in the recurrence group were higher than those in the non-recurrence group, and CD4+/CD8+ was lower than that in the non-recurrence group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that high NLR and high percentage of EOS in peripheral blood were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp (OR > 1, P < 0.05), and high CD4+/CD8+ was protective factor for postoperative recurrence of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp (OR < 1, P < 0.05). Both the percentage of EOS and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood and their combination had diagnostic value for postoperative recurrence of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp (AUC > 0.5, P < 0.05), and AUC of the combined diagnosis was larger than that of the single diagnosis (P < 0.05). Conclusion The percentage of EOS and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood are the influential factors of postoperative recurrence of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp, which have higher diagnostic value.

107 Superiority comparison of single-pill combination and traditional antihypertensive strategies#br#
WANG Ruxian DAI Qingyuan▲
Hypertension is a chronic disease with a high degree of morbidity, and a major risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The treatment and management of hypertension have always been problems in China and even in the world. Countries around the world also have been searching for treatment methods to rapidly decrease blood pressure and maintain long-term stable blood pressure, from traditional antihypertensive strategies such as monotherapy, ladder treatment, free combination treatment to single-pill combination (SPC), which has emerged in recent years. SPC is composed of two or more drugs with different antihypertensive mechanism, which is the optimization and extension of combination treatment. The superior hypotensive ability of SPC has been widely verified in clinical trials, SPC has a stronger hypotensive effect, a higher compliance rate of blood pressure and an earlier time of compliance than the three traditional antihypertensive strategies mentioned above, it has a better application prospect in the treatment and management of hypertension.

111 Gao Yimin’s experience in treating gastric intestinal metaplasia#br#
WANG Wenjuan1 GAO Qi2
Professor Gao Yimin is good at treating gastric intestinal metaplasia. He believes that the causes of gastric intestinal metaplasia are both external and internal. “Disharmony between spleen and stomach, deficiency of vital qi and accumulation of toxic substance” is the basic pathogenesis. For gastric intestinal metaplasia, early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine should be carried out according to the principle of “preventive treatment of disease” in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent its progress. The treatment needs the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. In the treatment of chronic gastritis based on syndrome differentiation, the basic prescription is his experienced prescription Jianpi Hewei Yin, which should be modified according to the symptoms of patients. In the treatment of gastric intestinal metaplasia based on disease differentiation, Yupingfeng San plus Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Chelidonii Herba and Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba are the fixed prescription, which should be used consistently. In the process of treatment, we should pay attention to the principle of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor, and adjust the medication at any time according to the specific situation of patients’ vital qi and pathogenic qi.

123 Prevention and treatment effect of high-risk human papilloma virus infection with the concept of preventive treatment of disease#br#
GAO Chaoyi1 YAO Meiyu2
The infection rate of high-risk human papilloma virus is increasing year by year, and its occult and recurrent nature increases the incidence of cervical cancer, which needs to be focused on prevention and treatment. Therefore, the concept of “preventive treatment of disease” of traditional Chinese medicine is applied to this disease. According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease as the basis of vital qi deficiency, with dampness, stasis, and toxin pathogen as the targets, intervention is carried out in three stages: preventing before disease onset, preventing disease from exacerbating and preventing recurrence of the disease. Focus on intervention when it does not occur, from adjusting life, changing the way; get rid of inducement (dampness, stasis, toxin), prevent recurrence of the disease; clear constitution, slow and adjust the three aspects to prevent it from germination, at the same time pay attention to the prevention of the disease from exacerbating and the prevention of the recurrence of the disease, reach vital qi excessiveness and pathogen removal, reduce the incidence of cervical cancer, in order to enrich and improve the clinical treatment ideas.

SHI Xueqin AN Hong ZHAO Zhupei ZHU Tingyu LIU Meihan LIU Jianfeng
The traditional medicine of China, Japan, and South Korea has a solid foundation and relatively good overall development, but each has its own characteristics in education, legislation, and medical and health systems. In education, China, Japan, and South Korea are paying more and more attention to traditional medicine, but China embodies the characteristics of “equal importance to both Chinese and Western medicine”; Japanese traditional medicine is a supplementary education based on Western medicine; South Korea focuses on the study of Kampo medicine to construct an education and training system based on the core of traditional medicine. In terms of legislation, traditional medicine in China, Japan, and South Korea is recognized by official laws. China emphasizes “equal emphasis on Chinese and Western medicine” and supports the development of traditional medicine; Japan focuses on the laws of Chinese medicine, and South Korea continues to regulate traditional medicine. In the medical and health system, the traditional medicine of China, Japan, and South Korea has a high degree of participation, Chinese traditional medicine doctors have certain Western medicine prescription rights, and traditional medicine has the widest treatment population; South Korean doctors and Western medicine are seriously separated. However, the scope of diagnosis and treatment by Korean doctors is wide; Japan focuses on the participation of Kampo medicine. Comparing the development status of traditional medicine in China, Japan, and South Korea, we can learn from the advantages of the development of traditional medicine in Japan and South Korea to make up for the shortcomings in the development of traditional medicine in China, so as to better demonstrate the advantages of traditional medicine in China and improve its service capabilities.

WU Shengwei XU Yan ZOU Chubing XIAO Aixiang DING Guoan YU Lin
With the rapid development of social economy, the problem of people’s psychological disorder is gradually emerging. In order to deal with this situation, at the level of social governance, China puts forward a kind of social practice-social psychology service system with Chinese characteristics. At present, the theoretical and applied research of social psychological service in China is still in the primary stage, and lack of complete and applicable presentation of localization research results. As the treasure of Chinese civilization, traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of mental and psychological problems, and it is necessary and feasible to actively explore the role in social psychosocial service. This is the first time for us to put forward the three-level service mode of “1239” mental diseases preventive treatment in social psychological service, which can prevent the occurrence and development of mental diseases from the level of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. This paper explores a social psychological service system suitable for the national conditions of China, and then improves the mental health quality of  people, which provides a certain reference value for the construction of the social psychological service mode of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
