Abstract With the rapid development of social economy, the problem of people’s psychological disorder is gradually emerging. In order to deal with this situation, at the level of social governance, China puts forward a kind of social practice-social psychology service system with Chinese characteristics. At present, the theoretical and applied research of social psychological service in China is still in the primary stage, and lack of complete and applicable presentation of localization research results. As the treasure of Chinese civilization, traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of mental and psychological problems, and it is necessary and feasible to actively explore the role in social psychosocial service. This is the first time for us to put forward the three-level service mode of “1239” mental diseases preventive treatment in social psychological service, which can prevent the occurrence and development of mental diseases from the level of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. This paper explores a social psychological service system suitable for the national conditions of China, and then improves the mental health quality of people, which provides a certain reference value for the construction of the social psychological service mode of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
