学龄期发育性髋关节发育不良患儿病耻感现状与社交回避及苦恼分析

Abstract Objective To observe the current situation of stigma in school age children with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), and to analyze the relationship between stigma and social avoidance and distress of children. Methods A total of 120 school age children with DDH treated in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected，the stigma scale for school age children with DDH made by hospital was used to evaluate the stigma of all the children, and the baseline data questionnaire was designed to record the relevant data of school age children, the stigma scale score for school age children with DDH of different data characteristics were compared, and the influencing factors that may affect the stigma of school age children with DDH were analyzed. Results The stigma scale score of 120 school age children with DDH were (62.12±8.07) points. School age children with unilateral DDH had higher stigma scale score than school age children with bilateral DDH, school age children with high level social avoidance and distress (SAD) score had higher stigma scale scores than school age children with low level SAD score, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that unilateral incidence and high level SAD score were the risk factors for high stigma (P < 0.05). Conclusion The medium and high level of stigma in school age children with DDH may be related to high level social avoidance and distress.
