集束化护理在手术室预防下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in operating room. Methods A total of 84 patients who received surgical treatment in the operating room of Huaian First People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, on the basis of the control group, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing were performed in the experimental group by the bundle nursing group of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity, various coagulation related indexes and lower extremity pain were evaluated one week after operation. Results After intervention, the incidence of thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After intervention, the coagulation function indexes of the control group were compared with those before intervention, and the differences were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05). Plasma D-dimer in experimental group was lower than that befor intervention, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Lower limb pain in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in operating room has remarkable effect and high clinical value.
