4 Data mining and bioinformatics analysis of expression profile chip for embryonic and mature mice liver
LYU Xing1 YANG Shuhong2
Objective To depth analysis of liver differential expression genes in embryonic and mature mice. Methods Download gene expression profile data numbered GSE65063 from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) GEO database, microchips were extracted at 14 embryonic days and 56 postnatal days. Online analysis tool GEO2R was used to complete differentially expressed genes (DEGs) screening. DAVID was used to analyze the gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes biological pathway enrichment of DEGs, STRING was used to analyze the interaction between proteins encoded by DEGs, visualization with Cytoscape software. MCODE loaded in Cytoscape software was used to build functional modules, CytoHubba was used to screen the hub genes and analyze them to construct PPI network map. Results A total of 2969 DEGs were screened in mature liver compared with embryonic liver, of which 1620 were up-regulated and 1349 were down-regulated. Upregulated DEGs were mainly concentrated in metabolism-related biological processes, organelle components and metabolic pathways, while down-regulated DEGs were mainly concentrated in cell cycle, DNA repair and other cell proliferation-related organelles, biological processes and signaling pathways. Modular analysis showed that the top gene modules were all down-regulated genes, which were mainly enriched in signaling pathways related to cell cycle and cell senescence. Module two was mainly related to complement system, cholesterol metabolism and PARP signaling pathway. Module third was mainly related to retinol metabolism steroid and somatic hormone synthesis. A total of 16 hub genes were screened out, among which 14 were down-regulated and two were up-regulated. Conclusion There are significant differences in gene expression profiles between matare and embryonic liver maturation and embryonic stage. Liver development and maturation are regulated by specific gene groups in different time and space. Metabolism-related genes are dominant in mature liver, while cell proliferation and division related genes are mainly concentrated in embryonic liver. The screened hub genes, especially the down-regulated genes, may be used as early diagnostic and prognostic indicators for liver abnormalities such as liver cancer, which is of great clinical significance.

33 Research progress on the function of lysine-specific demethylase 1
QIN Xuke1 WU Yingguang2 ZHONG Guangqing2 GUO Ji2 WANG Lei1 DU Yang1 CHEN Zhiyuan1 LIU Xiuheng1
Histone lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) can catalyze the demethylation of mono-or di-methyl-lysine 4 or 9 of histone H3 for regulating gene expression. Through its demethylation function, LSD1 is involved in a variety of cellular activities in human body, such as cell proliferation, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, autophagy, etc. More and more studies have shown that its abnormal expression is associated with the occurrence, development and poor prognosis of a variety of cancers and other diseases, and LSD1 is a key regulatory factor. As a result, a number of drugs targeting LSD1 are being studied in clinical trials. Howerer, most of these inhibitors are based on blocking their demethylase activity. Recent studies show that LSD1 is also involved in a series of protein-protein interactions that are independent of its demethylation function. This greatly expands the scope of its biological function and provides new strategies and directions for the design of LSD1 inhibitors. Based on the current literatures, this paper summarize the research progress of function of LSD1 and discuss its application prospect.

ZHANG Hong DAI Min LIN Lin GUO Lijuan ZENG Xianchun ZHANG Qinglian▲
In the new era, under the background of “double first-class” and “double ten thousand plan”, Chengdu Medical College, as a provincial undergraduate college, is facing both opportunities and challenges in the construction of the first-rate specialty. Taking medical laboratory technology as an example, this paper puts forward the main measures for the construction of the first-rate specialty centering on the basic idea of the construction of first-rate specialty. First, it highlights its own advantages and explores the new mode of talent classification, subsection and level training to realize characteristic development. Second, the top-level design should be improved from the perspective of social needs, the curriculum system of “three platforms and six modules” should be built, the core courses of majors should be constructed, and the blended online+offline teaching should be implemented. Third, we should introduce and cultivate teachers at the same time, build a “double-qualified” teacher team, and build a first-class teaching team in the new era. Fourth, carry out the comprehensive reform of experimental teaching, construct the “three-stage” practical teaching system, hold the test of practical skills competition, and strengthen the construction of practical teaching platform. Fifth, we should deepen the integration of industry and education, promote school-enterprise cooperation, pay attention to applied research, and improve social service capacity.

KANG Xiaoping1* HE Jian’gen2* GUO Xiuhua3 WU Liang2 ZHANG Xuesong1
Objective To explore the dose-response relationship between the ratio of triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (TG/HDL-C) and the risk of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in non-overweight and overweight people. Methods A total of 6495 physical examination subjects who participated in the Beijing Health Management Cohort (Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital, Beijing Physical Examination Center, etc.) from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. According to their body mass index, they were divided into non-overweight population (4473 people) and overweight population (2022 people). The influence of TG/HDL-C on the incidence of NAFLD in different population was analyzed. Results The incidence of NAFLD was 18.37%, including 10.08% in non-overweight population and 36.70% in overweight population. After adjusting for confounding factors, TG/HDL-C was statistically associated with the risk of NAFLD among different populations (OR = 1.84, 95%CI: 1.64-2.06). Restricted cubic spline analysis showed that there was a linear dose-response relationship between the TG/HDL-C ratio and the risk of NAFLD (linear test, P < 0.0001). Moreover, in non-overweight population, when TG/HDL-C ratio < 1 might also increase the risk of NAFLD. Conclusion TG/HDL-C ratio has a great influence on NAFLD, and the change of TG/HDL-C ratio should be monitored.

155 Application and SWOT analysis of informatization in quality control of outpatient medical records in Chinese medicine hospitals
CHEN Keyu TANG Wujun YU Jie
The use of information technology to strengthen the quality control of outpatient clinics has become a trend in modern hospital outpatient management. Information technology can help outpatient managers to solve the dilemma of outpatient management of paper medical records to a certain extent, and the improvement of the “clinical-research-teaching” level of outpatient services in Chinese medicine hospitals. The application of informatization to the quality control of outpatient medical records in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals can be carried out in three stages, namely, before, during and after the event, from the three levels of self-control, scientific control and hospital control. Hospital administrators should also focus on cultivating interdisciplinary management talents in outpatient clinics, improving outpatient informatization and protecting information security, so that information technology can be safely used in the quality control of outpatient medical records in Chinese medicine hospitals.

KANG Yannan WANG Ruirui YANG Ting ZHANG Chunmei
Objective To systematically reviewed the relevant literature on the application of Roy-based adaptive nursing intervention in patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit (ICU) to confirm its application effect and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods Computer searched for PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Ebsco, Elsevier, CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and CBM randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and semi-randomized controlled trials (CCTs), the retrieval time was from the establishment to May 2020. The intervention group received nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation model, and the control group received routine nursing intervention. The off-line success rate, ventilator days, hospitalization days and hospitalization costs were observed after intervention. After literature screening, data extraction and quality assessment by two researchers, meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results In the end, six studies were included with a total of 660 patients, and the quality evaluation results were all grade B. Meta-analysis results showed that the intervention group could improve the success rate of patients of-fline compared with the control group (RR = 1.27, 95%CI [1.16, 1.38], P < 0.000 01); decrease ventilator days (MD = -3.88, 95%CI [-4.15, -3.61], P < 0.000 01); reduce the patient length of hospital stay (MD = -3.13, 95%CI [-3.74, -2.52], P < 0.000 01); reduce hospital costs (MD = -0.04, 95%CI[-0.08, -0.02], P < 0.000 01). Conclusion The effect of Roy-based adaptive nursing intervention on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation is better than conventional nursing. However, the quality of the included literatures is not high, and the sample size is different from the standard of clinical intervention measures. Therefore, large-sample, multi-center standardized clinical studies need to be carried out for further confirmation.
