Research progress of deoxyribonuclease 1 analogue 3 in autoimmune diseases #br#
OUYANG Bohui
Autoimmune disease is a disease with high morbidity and fatality rate, since its morbidity is on the rise globally, its early diagnosis is particularly important. Deoxyribonucinase 1 analogue 3 (DNASE1L3) is an endonuclionase that degrades the chromatin of apoptotic or necrotic cells. Its deletion or accumulation leads to disorder in the clearance of apoptotic cells in vivo, triggering autoimmune reactions and causing autoimmune diseases. Especially, its expression level and mechanism in systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, dermatomyositis and polymyositis, and other autoimmune diseases have attracted much attention. In addition, the expression of DNASE1L3 is also different in malignant tumors and respiratory diseases. This means that it has a good clinical guiding significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of these diseases. This article reviews the application and research progress of DNASE1L3 in autoimmune diseases and other diseases in recent years.

TAO Mengqi LU Xinyi CHEN Jing▲
Objective To investigate the current status of compensation justice and turnover intention of clinicians in a tertiary hospital, and to explore the dimensions of salary fairness and influence on turnover intention. Methods In March 2021, a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the salary fairness and turnover tendency of clinicians in a tertiary hospital. Results A total of 210 copies were issued, 205 copies were recovered, 204 valid questionnaires were issued, and the effective recovery rate was 99.51%. There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of physicians’ salary fairness, its dimensions, and turnover intention scores with different demographic indicators (P < 0.05). Procedural and interactive fairness (r = -0.440), distribution fairness (r = -0.323) was significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention (P < 0.01). Procedural and interactive fairness was positively correlated with distribution fairness (r = 0.707, P < 0.01). Regression analysis showed that the process and the sense of interaction justice were the influencing factors of turnover intention (P < 0.01), and the explanation rate was 22.5%. Conclusion Physicians’ sense of salary fairness is low, and their turnover tendency is weak. Salary fairness is divided into two dimensions: distribution fairness, procedure and interaction fairness. The sense of fairness of procedures and interactions negatively affects turnover intention. It is recommended to strengthen the fairness of the hospital’s salary system and increase the participation of doctors in the formulation and revision of the salary system.

Strategy research in the “machine translation + post-editing” of medical academic texts from the perspective of translator’s subjectivity #br#
GUO Zikai CHEN Chen LIU Manling
In order to explore how the translator exerts his subjectivity under the “machine translation + post-editing” mode in medical translation, this paper selected medical academic texts containing both difficult language and background knowledge, and adopted the research method of comparing machine-translated texts and human-translated texts. We found several advantages of machine translation and the necessity of post-editing, and put forward specific strategies under the “machine translation + post-editing” mode: translators should resort to machine translation proactively; they should return to translation skills and other core skills to correct the mistakes in the texts translated by the machine; and they can use computer-aided translation or corpus resources to improve the expression of terms or other words and sentences.
