WAN Yaqin1 WANG Xiaoqin2
Objective To explore the mechanism of action of Shenyuan Granules in treating diabetic nephropathy based on network pharmacology. Methods Through the traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform, the pharmaceutical components and action targets of Shenyuan Granules were collected. Target genes of diabetic nephropathy were collected from GeneCards, OMIM, PharmGKB, TTD, and DrugBank databases, and the intersection of drug and disease targets was taken to obtain the intersection target of the prescription for treating diabetic nephropathy. Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was used to construct the Shenyuan Granules composition-intersection target-disease network. The STRING database was used to analyze the intersection targets and construct the protein interaction network. The CytoNCA topological properties were used to construct the topological map of key target proteins, and the intersection gene targets and compounds were ranked according to the nodal degree and intermediate centrality. GO biological processes and KEGG metabolic pathways of key targets were analyzed by R language. Results Thirty-five compounds were selected and 292 predicted targets of Shenyuan Granules were obtained. The number of intersection targets between drugs and diabetic nephropathy was 67. The intersection proteins were uploaded to the STRING database and 55 intersection proteins were obtained. The topology of key targets showed that the first three compounds were quercetin, 7-O-methylisopeugenol and kaempferol. Key targets were protein kinase B, vascular endothelial growth factor A and epidermal growth factor receptor. GO enrichment analysis showed that it mainly involved biological processes such as G-protein-coupled receptors, cellular components such as presynaptic membrane and postsynaptic membrane, and molecular functions such as G protein-coupled amine receptor activity. The enrichment analysis of KEGG metabolism pathway showed that it was mainly involved in stimulating neural tissue action pathway and so on. Conclusion The rationality of the prescription of Shenyuan Granules and the scientificity of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy are preliminarily verified, and the theoretical foundation is laid for the in-depth study of the mechanism of treating diabetic nephropathy with Shenyuan Granules.

YANG Xiaoqin1 GAO Zhan2 SHAO Kuiqing2 SHEN Jianwu2 DING Jiasen3 ZHANG Zejia3 XIE Jiaqi3 CHEN Haote1
The female uncomplicated recurrent urinary tract infection seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Based on literatures review, this paper finds that traditional Chinese medicine theories have formed a complete system of etiology and pathogenesis theories and treatment methods of “stranguria”, which are differentiated by stages and treated by type. The treatment method combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture and moxibustion, fumigation and washing therapy have their own characteristics. Many clinical trials have proved that the combination of antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine therapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients more quickly than the simple treatment of antibiotics. In the acute phase of the disease, enough and course of antibiotics are used to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients. The remission period is mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine therapy, combined with low-dose antibiotic treatment, aiming to improve the body’s immunity and reduce the recurrence rate. It shows the advantages and characteristics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating women with uncomplicated urinary tract infection.

128 Study on the physiological mechanism of spleen governing transportation and transformation based on hyperlipidemia
WU Zaoxia1 ZHANG Qiming2 WANG Yiguo2
Hyperlipidemia is a systemic disease caused by the disorder of lipid metabolism, it belongs to the category of “turbid phlegm” and “blood stasis” in traditional Chinese medicine. In the whole process of its formation, whether the function of spleen governing transportation and transformation is normal or not is the key to its pathogenesis. According to the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia, and on the basis of functional connotation, this paper discusses the physiological mechanism of spleen governing transportation and transformation from three aspects: physiological function, anatomical location, and executive structure. Thus it is found that spleen governing transportation and transformation is the hinge of water-damp and fine matter transportation, and the central link of the whole diet metabolism process. The spleen’s function of governing transportation and transformation is performed by the modern anatomical organ liver. Its executive structure is the digestive system with digestion, absorption and excretion functions, and the material exchange system with metabolic function.

Objective To visually analyze the research content and direction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis in the past 20 years by drawing map, and to provide reference for further development of this field. Methods A total of 3426 literatures of Chinese medicine for lumbar stenosis was retrieved from January 2000 to December 2020 by China National Knowledge Infrastructure. CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to make the relevant maps of authors, research institutions and keywords, analyze the distribution and cooperation of main research forces in this field, and explore the frontier and hot spots information in this field. Results The analysis of published papers showed that in the past 20 years, the number of published papers on the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with traditional Chinese medicine fluctuated greatly. It was obviously affected by the sudden hot spots around 2018, but the overall trend was on the rise. The author collaboration map analysis showed that three teams with Gao Jinghua, Yang Kexin and Gao Chunyu were formed as the core. The map analysis of research institutions showed that the inter-agency cooperation was not good. The co-occurrence map of key words showed that lumbar disc herniation was the first; lumbar spinal stenosis, massage and disc herniation were important support points for the current research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis; twelve large clusters were formed, reflecting the current research hotspots, involving lumbar disc herniation, degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbago and leg pain, etc. The time line map indicated that the related studies of disc herniation and spinal stenosis lasted for 10 years or more, which was the research focus and future trend of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis. Conclusion The overall research in the field of lumbar spinal stenosis is not perfect; the future research should strengthen the close cooperation between authors and institutions, deeply study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine methods on lumbar spinal stenosis, further carry out clinical randomized control trials, strengthen the basic research, and improve the traditional Chinese medicine treatment research system of lumbar spinal stenosis.

138 Professor Huang Lijuan’s experience in diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease
LIU Meiqi1 ZHAO Fanying1 MENG Yuan1 GUO Xiping1 YANG Lin1 ZHENG Jun1 HUANG Lijuan2 WANG Zhenyu3
Coronary heart disease is one of the most common diseases with high fatality rate. Traditional Chinese medicine mostly thinks that it belongs to “heart pain”. Professor Huang Lijuan is a famous national traditional Chinese medicine master. According to the changes of deficiency and excess of the patient’s condition in different periods, professor Huang Lijuan identifies with the thoughts of treatment aiming at its root causes and treatment according to syndrome differentiation. She points out that the disease pathogenesis is “deficient root and excessive superficial”, the acute attack period is mainly domination of pathogen and “intermingle phlegm and stasis”. In the remittent period, deficient vital qi is the dominant. Most of the causes of recurrent angina pectoris after interventional therapy are “yang deficiency and yin congelation”. During the treatment, we should “run through the holism”, “regulate liver and spleen, keep pace with the times”. In treatment, we should emphasizie “warm yang and benefite qi”, “promote blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals”, and “regulate qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm”.
