Abstract The construction of first-class undergraduate courses of both sexes is a continuous and important work in the teaching reform of higher education in China in the new period.Take the course construction of oral anatomy and physiology as an example: based on moral education and personnel training, the teaching objectives in line with the competency of stomatologists were formulated, the teaching modules were integrated and reshaping, the ideological and political elements were explored, and the interdisciplinary integration curriculum system was explored. Exploring and practicing ways to build first-class undergraduate courses from various aspects, building high-quality teaching teams, carrying out student-centered teaching reform, practicing the "Internet +" flipped classroom teaching mode, and creating diversified evaluation methods for the whole course.
