Abstract  Objective To explore the effect evaluation of comprehensive relaxation training combined with information support applied to perioperative patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Methods A selection of 92 patients who were admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital and planned to undergo ERCP surgery from July 2018 to June 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was received ERCP perioperative routine care, and the observation group was used comprehensive relaxation training combined with information support on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and heart rate, blood pressure fluctuations and related indexes of surgery were observed before and after intervention in the two groups. Results After the intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention, and the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate levels of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, while systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The rate of good operation cooperation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the operation time and the time to get out of bed after surgery were shorter in the observation group than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive relaxation training combined with information support can effectively alleviate the perioperative psychological and physiological stress response of ERCP patients, improve surgical cooperation, promote postoperative recovery, and help reduce postoperative complications.
