33 Research progress of HER2-positive gastric cancer
SUN Keran LYU Huifang WANG Saiqi CHEN Xiaobing
At present, gastric cancer is still the fifth largest malignant tumor in the world and the second largest cause of cancer-related death in the world. Previous studies have found that epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive gastric cancer is a special type of gastric cancer with worse prognosis. This kind of gastric cancer has a high expression of HER2 in the early stage of intraepithelial neoplasia, and the overexpression of HER2 increases significantly with the increase of the degree of dedifferentiation of precancerous lesions. With the emergence of targeted drugs such as Herceptin, the treatment of HER2 positive gastric cancer has taken a turn for the better. But Herceptin alone is not enough. The examination and treatment of HER2 positive gastric cancer are still in the primary level. In recent years, liquid biopsy techniques and a variety of therapeutic drugs are unveiling the mystery of HER2 positive gastric cancer step by step. Among them, the liquid biopsy technique is not only much more efficient than the traditional immunohistochemical technique, but also can monitor the curative effect of Trastuzumab dynamically in real time. This paper reviews the recent research progress of HER2 positive gastric cancer, including the treatment of HER2 positive gastric cancer, drug resistance and the relationship with immune status, so as to provide some reference for clinical practice.

37 Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on signaling pathway transduction associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
FENG Jihong1 ZHANG Shanshan2 BI Mingda2
The signaling pathway is a series of enzymatic reaction pathway, which can transmit extracellular hormone, growth factor, neurotransmitter and other molecular signals through the cell membrane to the intracellular effect. As a disease with high morbidity and disability rate, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has complex causes, and various signaling pathways play an important role in its development. Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the condition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients by intervening in a variety of signaling pathways. In this paper, the related literature in recent years is systematically sorted out, and seven signaling pathways including JAK/STAT, PPARs, MAPK, TGF-β1/Smads, PI3K/AKT, TLR4/NF-κB and Keap1-Nrf2-ARE are sorted out. It is hoped to provide some reference for the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

41 Progress on the relationship between gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis
XIAO Yun LI Yufang QIAO Dawei BU Ping
Gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis are high incidence diseases in China. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease combined with chronic cholecystitis are very common clinically, which is the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. At present, there are few studies on the correlation between gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis at home and abroad. According to the literature review, the combined prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis is high, and there are common risk factors. Surgery, abnormal vagus nerve, abnormal interstitial cells of Cajal, and bile reflux are involved in the occurrence and development of gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis. The clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis are similar, and both diseases have the same therapeutic drugs. Gastroesophageal reflux disease is closely related to chronic cholecystitis. This article reviews the correlation between gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic cholecystitis, in order to provide a basis for further research on gastroesophageal reflux disease combined with chronic cholecystitis, and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

49 Progress of gastrointestinal motility effects on prevention and treatment in obesity with insulin resistance
WANG Wenyan1,2 LIANG Fengxia2
Abnormal gastrointestinal motility is an important pathological factor of obesity with insulin resistance. Abnormal gastrointestinal motility not only make the body excessive intake of energy, but also can produce the intestinal inflammation, affect information exchanges of brain-gut axis, then reduce insulin sensitivity, and reduce energy consumption relatively, which eventually lead to imbalances in the body′s energy metabolism. Therefore, it may be a new approach to prevent and treat insulin-resistant obesity to set about gastrointestinal motility and develop treatment for various factors affecting gastrointestinal motility, such as inflammation, intestinal flora and enteric nervous system.
