Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Xingxiong Sodium Chloride in stroke patients complicated with deep vein thrombosis |

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Xingxiong Sodium Chloride Injection in stroke patients complicated with deep vein thrombosis. Methods From December 2015 to December 2018, 38 stroke patients complicated with deep vein thrombosis in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the treatment method, they were divided into the control group (21 cases) and the observation group (17 cases). The control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Injection, and the observation group was treated with Xingxiong Sodium Chloride Injection on the basis of the control group. The cure rate of deep vein thrombosis and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xingxiong Sodium Chloride Injection combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin can promote the cure rate of deep vein thrombosis and relieve the symptoms more effectively.
