FAN Changzheng1 MAO Qing1 HONG Qiaoyu2 CUI Yun1 HE Yi1 ZHANG Qiong1 ZHANG Wenjiang1
Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of Qufeng Jiejing Prescription in regulating γδT cells to inhibit airway hyperresponsiveness in asthmatic mice. Methods The Balb/c mouse model of asthma was established with the method of ovalbumin nasal drip, and the intervention was conducted with the drugs of Qufeng Jiejing Prescription. The intervention effect of Qufeng Jiejing Prescription on the molecular phosphorylation level of signaling pathway during activation of γδT cells was compared. Thirty experimental mice method was divided into 6 groups according to random number table, each group of 5 mice, respectively for the blank control group, asthma model group, Prednisone Acetate group (0.27 mg/d), Qufeng Jiejing Prescription low dose group (0.59 g/d), Qufeng Jiejing Prescription medium dose group (1.18 g/d), Qufeng Jiejing Prescription high dose group (2.36 g/d). Each group was treated 1 time/d and intervention for 7 days. After administration, the mice were anesthetized and sacrificed, and the γδT cells in the lung airway tissues were isolated, purified and amplified. The proliferation activity of the γδT cells was detected by CCK-8, and the phosphorylation levels of molecules in different signaling pathways were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with the blank control group, the activity of γδT cells in the asthma model group was significantly increased, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Compared with the asthma model group, there was no significant difference in the activity of γδT cells in the Qufeng Jiejing Prescription low dose group (P > 0.05), while the activity of γδT cells in the medium, high dose groups of Qufeng Jiejing Prescription and the Prednisone Acetate group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the protein expression levels of p-ERK1/2, p-P38 and β-catenin in the asthma model group increased, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05), while the protein expression levels of ERK1/2 and P38 showed no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). Compared with the asthma model group, the protein expression levels of p-ERK1/2, p-P38 and β-catenin in the low, medium and high dose groups of Qufeng Jiejing Prescription and the Prednisone Acetate group were decreased, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). However, ERK1/2 protein expression level increased in the middle and high dose groups of Qufeng Jiejing Prescription and Prednisone Acetate group, and P38 protein expression level increased in the Qufeng Jiejing Prescription low dose group and Prednisone Acetate group, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The possible molecular signaling pathway mechanism of the regulation of T cells to inhibit airway hyperresponsiveness in asthmatic mice is to inhibit the protein expression levels of p-ERK1/2, p-P38 and β-catenin, so as to reduce airway hyperresponsiveness in asthmatic mice and achieve the treatment of asthma.

30 Relationship of VEGF-C, VEGFR3 expression and its prognostic significance in lung cancer
LI Jingbo1,2 XIA Hui2 LIU Yang1,3
Among the currently known members of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family, the biological effects of VEGF-C and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3) attract more and more attention. VEGF-C and VEGFR3 are not only the most important signaling pathways regulating lymphangiogenesis, but also important factors affecting prognosis. Studies on lung adenocarcinoma have shown that high expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR3 may be associated with higher lymph node metastasis rate, and there is a positive correlation with the density of microlymphatic vessels, leading to low survival rate and poor prognosis in patients. Therefore, inhibition of VEGF-C and VEGFR3 high expression in lung adenocarcinoma can effectively reduce tumor lymphangiogenesis and metastasis. However, the relationship between VEGF-C and VEGFR3 expression and prognosis in lung squamous cell carcinoma has been controversial. This study explores the relationship between VEGF-C and VEGFR3 expression and prognosis in different types of lung cancer, and provids ideas for later treatment.

48 Research progress on mechanism of gastrodin in the prevention and treatment of ischemic brain injury
CHENG Yangyang KONG Weijia
Gastrodin is a phenolic glycoside compound, which is the main active component of Gastrodiae Rhizoma. It is used in treatment of headache, dizziness, epilepsy, convulsion and other neurological diseases. Cerebral ischemia is one of the most important disabling and fatal diseases in the world. It leads to the loss of oxygen and energy, triggering the release of excitatory amino acids, oxidative stress, inflammation, cell apoptosis and other harmful cascade reactions, aggravating brain tissue damage. Gastrodin can reduce ischemic brain injury by inhibiting excitotoxicity, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, cell apoptosis, maintaining glial cell homeostasis, promoting neurogenesis, and protecting the integrity of blood-brain barrier. It is suggested that gastrodine can regulate the pathophysiological process of ischemic brain injury by multi-target and multi-layer, providing a new idea for the treatment of ischemic brain injury.

GAO Zhuo1 WANG Yongqing2 REN Liang1 DU Bosong3 Basanta Sapkota4
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation and plate internal fixation on the treatment of ulnar and radial double fractures in children. Methods A computer search was conducted on the relevant literatures of CNKI, VIP, WanFang and PubMed, EMBase and Cochrane Library. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to September 2019. RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze and compare the total effective rate, operation time, hospital stay, adverse reactions, intraoperative blood loss and incision length of elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation and plate internal fixation on the treatment of ulnar and radial double fractures in children. Results A total of 8 literatures were included in the study, all of which were randomized controlled trials with a total of 650 patients (325 in the elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation group and 325 in the plate internal fixation group). The differences of the total effective rate [OR = 3.80,95%CI(2.07,6.96),P < 0.0001], operation time [MD = -29.13,95%CI(-34.03, -24.24),P < 0.000 01], hospital stay [MD = -8.70,95%CI(-13.00, -4.41),P < 0.0001], intraoperative blood loss [MD = -83.62,95%CI(-162.81, -4.43),P = 0.04] and incision length [MD = -8.72,95%CI(-10.94, -6.51),P < 0.000 01] between the two groups were statistically significant. The elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation group was superior to the plate internal fixation group. There was no significant difference in postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups [OR = 0.69, 95%CI (0.26, 1.84), P = 0.46]. Conclusion In the treatment of children with ulnar and radial double fractures, elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation has the advantages of short operation time, small incision length, less intraoperative blood loss and high total effective rate compared with plate internal fixation, and does not increase the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions. Due to the limited number and quality of included literatures, the above conclusions need to be verified by more studies of higher quality.

KANG Haili1 ZHAO Qun1 WU Yumei1 RUAN Xiangyan2 DUAN Wei1
Objective To explore the surgical stage of young patients with locally advanced cervical cancer while preserving reproductive endocrine function. Methods From May 2016 to March 2018, 13 cases of locally advanced cervical cancer patients < 40 years old admitted to Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected. Laparoscopic surgical staging and ovarian cryopreservation were performed before radiotherapy. Case data were reviewed to evaluate the accuracy of CT/MRI in judging lymph node metastasis and the feasibility of preserving reproductive endocrine function. Results The sensitivity of lymph metastasis in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer was 66.7% by CT/MRI and Specificity was 70.0%. Thirteen patients underwent ovarian cryopreservation, and two underwent ovarian transplantation after treatment, with stable hormone levels and complete remission of menopausal symptoms. Conclusion CT/MRI is not sensitive and specific enough to evaluate lymph node metastasis. Laparoscopic pelvic and para-aortic lymph node resection for locally advanced cervical cancer is an important means to evaluate lymph node metastasis. Ovarian cryopreservation can be a new option to save and restore reproductive endocrine function in young cervical cancer patients.

XIONG Yunfan LI Qing
Objective To analyze the application and influencing factors of pattern electroretinogram (PERG) in measuring the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma, and to provide corresponding theoretical guidance for clinical practice. Methods A total of 60 patients (120 eyes) with early primary open-angle glaucoma admitted to Department of Ophthalmology, First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 60 normal people admitted during the same period were selected as the control group. The thickness of retinal nerve fibers was detected by PERG, respectively. The detection conditions of PERG in the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of PERG detection were analyzed by single and multiple factors. Results The amplitude and time of N95 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Age, course of disease, diopter, intraocular pressure of the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in gender, ophthalmic complications and previous surgical history (P > 0.05). Gender, age, course of disease and diopter were regarded as independent variables, while the accuracy of test was regarded as dependent variables. Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age and diopter were influencing factors (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The determination of open-angle glaucoma by PERG is highly sensitive, but it is easily affected by age, diopter and other factors. Multiple methods of combined detection can effectively improve the early diagnosis rate of open-angle glaucoma, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
