Tactics and thinking on management promotion of the head of department based on discipline development strategy in new period |

Abstract The head of department is the academic leader and the administrative manager of the hospital department. This article elaborats the new connotation and new ability of the head of department of hospital in the new period, and then put forward the promotion way of management level the head of department from discipline development strategy, including that the head of department shoud attach great importance to the learning management, respect the head of department fully, assign a “management assistant” to the head of department, provide the decision support system, standardize the selection access of the head of department and set up an effective incentive and constraint mechanism.
