Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Weifuchun on chronic atrophic gastritis in model rats. Methods According to random stratification design, 50 Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups, with 10 rats in each group, namely the normal group (N group), the model group (M group), the high-dose Weifuchun group (WH group), the low-dose Weifuchun group (WL group), and the Vatacoenayme control group (VM group). N group was free to eat and drink water normal, and the other groups were fed 100 mg/L N-methyl-N1- nitro-N- nitrosoguanidine Aqueous Solution and 0.3 g/L Ranitidine feed. The rest groups were constructed by feeding with 100 mg/L N-methyl-N1-nitro-nitrosoguanidine Aqueous Solution and 0.3 g/L Ranitidine, and alternating gavage with 150 g/L sodium chloride solution at 56℃ and 30% ethanol according to the method of 10 mL/kg and combined with starvation and satiation disorder. After 4 weeks of modeling, drug therapy was given, WH group and WL group were respectively given gavage of 1.44 g/kg and 0.72 g/kg of Weifuchun, VM group was given gavage of 0.6 g/kg of Vatacoenayme, and N group was given gavage of 10 mL/kg of normal saline until death. The general situation, pepsin activity, pathological changes of gastric tissue and the changes in mRNA of genes related to inflammation and apoptosis in rats were observed. Results Compared with the M group, the weight gain of the drug group was improved to different degrees, while the WH group and WL group showed significant improvement; compared with the M group, the activity of pepsin in WH group and WL group increased to different degree (P < 0.05), while the WH group increased significantly (P < 0.01). Compared with the M group, the glandular atrophy in the drug group was decreased to different degrees, and compared with the WL group and VM group, the infiltration of lymphocytes, plasma cells and acid cells was decreased in the lamina propria of WH group; compared with the M group, the mRNA levels of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1), Bcl-2, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), Caspase-3 and Caspase-8 in WH group and WL group were significantly down-regulated (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) and the mRNA level of Bax in WH group was significantly up-regulated (P < 0.01). Conclusion Weifuchun can enhance the activity of pepsin, and its therapeutic effect may be related to the inhibition of pro-inflammatory factors IL-1, TNF-α and COX-2, the down-regulation of the expression of NF-κB, and the regulation of cell apoptosis.

ZHANG Juan LAI Chuntian WAND Haiyan ZOU Wenda PENG Juan ZHU Liyu LI Hui
Objective To explore the establishment and identification of induced pluripotent stem cells sourced fetal amniotic fluid cells of a fetus with severe α-halassemia. Methods Ultrasound-guided amniocentesis was performed on pregnant women (16+ weeks) whose fetus was diagnosed with severe α-halassemia(--SEA/--SEA), 10 mL of amniotic fluid was extracted. The amniotic fluid cells of a fetus with severe α-halassemia which were reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) by non-integrated sendai virus mediated transcription factors of Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc, Oct 3/4. IPSCs were multifunctionally identified by alkaline phosphatase (ALP) test and immunofluorescence (IF) labeling. The ability of iPSCs to differentiate outward from three endodermal cells in vivo was identified by embryoid (EB) formation and spontaneous differentiation test. Cell karyotype analysis and genetic diagnosis of type α-thalassemia were performed. Results Sendai virus could successfully reprogram the amniotic fluid cells of a fetus with severe α-halassemia into non-integrated induced pluripotent stem cells (h-AF-SeV-iPSCs). H-AF-SeV-iPSCs were strongly positive of ALP staining, and embryonic stem cells specific proteins of SOX2, Oct4, SSEA-4 and Tra-1-81 were positive expressed of IF staining. After the suspension culture of h-AF-SeV-iPSCs, the cystic EB body could be formed, and after the adherent culture, it could also differentiate into the three germ layers. The karyotype analysis of chromosome in the 10th and 20th generation of h-AF-SeV-iPSCs were normal (46, XY). H-AF-SeV-iPSCs and its primary amniotic fluid cells were all detected as --SEA/--SEA. Conclusion The h-AF-SeV-iPSCs could be used as an ideal cell model for study of intrauterine treatment of a fetus with severe α-halassemia, and amniotic fluid cells could be used as an ideal cells source for iPSCs.

28 Research progress of lncRNA in gastric cancer
HAO Cheng1 WANG Jiehong2 ZHAO Weihan1
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. The early diagnosis rate of gastric cancer is low, the degree of malignancy is high, and the prognosis is poor, which seriously threatens the health of our people. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is one of the non-coding RNA, which plays an important role in the progress of cancer. Studies have shown that lncRNA plays an important role in the malignant progression of gastric cancer either as an oncogene or as an anti-oncogene gene or plays an important role in tumor resistance. This paper summarizes recent studies on the role of lncRNA in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and explores the mechanism of lncRNA, which provides relevant theoretical basis for lncRNA as a biological target for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.

37 Function and research progress of ankle protein
Ayimuguli Aini1,2 YE Jianwei3 LI Jing1
Talin (ankle protein) as an important protein in integrin activation and signal transduction, Talin mediates cell movement and is an important regulatory protein in the occurrence and development of motion-related diseases. It controls integrin activation from inside-out and action wire anchoring, and plays an important role in the establishment of mechanical coupling between actin and extracellular matrix. Talin regulates the adhesion and differentiation of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs), so it is closely related to the onset and progression of various cardiovascular diseases. In addition, Talin also plays an important role in the occurrence, metastasis and treatment of tumors. In this paper, the structure of Talin, its biological characteristics in cell adhesion dynamics, and its regulatory role in related cardiovascular diseases were comprehensively described.

LIU Shuaifeng1 GE Xianmin2 SHEN Zhiyong1 DENG Xiao′e3 WU Yufei1
With the continuous research and development of new anti-HIV retrovirus drugs, the effectiveness and safety of drugs are also improving. However, when they are used as preventive drugs for prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, the physiological changes during pregnancy affect drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and secretion. The toxicity and side effects of drugs would aggravate the influence on pregnant female and infants. Under such circumstances, how to choose safe and effective drugs has always been a key issue in our field of health medicine.

MA Mengqing1 CAO Changchun1 WAN Xin2
With the development of medical imaging and interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, the use of contrast agent is more and more extensive. The resulting incidence and mortality of contrast nephropathy are also increasing. It has become the third major cause of iatrogenic acute kidney injury. There is no effective treatment for contrast nephropathy, so prevention is very important. Currently, the main preventive measures include identification of high-risk groups of contrast nephropathy, selection of contrast agents, remote ischemic preconditioning, and prevention of related drugs such as water chemotherapy, alkalization therapy, antioxidants, vasodilators, etc. However, most preventive measures are still controversial and need further study and discussion. This article will focus on the preventive measures of contrast nephropathy.

DING Xiangyu1 WANG Jianxin2 ZHANG Guying1 LIU Yanhui1
Objective To evaluate the quality of clinical evidence-based guidelines for diabetes in children and adolescents, and to compare the differences in drug treatment between the guidelines, so as to provide references for clinicians and pharmacists. Methods China National Knowledge Infrastucture, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM database, PubMed database, Excerpta Medica Database and relevant websites such as medlive.cn, GIN, AAP, NGC, NICE were searched by computer ranged from the beginning of the database to the end of December 2018. The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation (AGREEⅡ) instrument was used to evaluate the quality of clinical evidence-based guidelines for diabetes in children and adolescents for the sake of the comparison of recommendations on drug therapy. Results A total of four guidelines were included respectively from the United States AAP, International ISPAD, Malaysia MaHTAS and the United Kingdom NICE. The overall quality of the guidelines was relatively high. Among these guidelines, the quality of MaHTAS and NICE were rated A, while the quality of AAP and ISPAD guidelines were rated B. In all fields, “clarity of presentation” and “scope and purpose” scored well, but the scores of “rigor of development” and “applicability” were relatively low. The drug recommendations in each guideline were basically consistency. Conclusion The quality of inclusion guidelines is relatively high. There is still a lack of evidence-based clinical guidelines for children with diabetes in China. It is suggested that evidence-based methods should be adopted to formulate evidence-based guidelines in line with China′s national conditions so as to provide a basis for the treatment of diabetic children in China.

YU Deli1 ZHENG Yonghuan2 YIN Chunxia3 JIANG Yujuan1 GAO Hongying4
Objective To explore the construction and significance of standardized data acquisition system and large data platform for breast cancer screening in Jilin Province. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, the Information Collection Form of Breast Cancer Screening promulgated by the former National Health Planning Commission was compiled into the Standardized Data Collection System of Breast Cancer Screening in JAVA language. It was embedded in the portable color ultrasound diagnostic system of iustar 130, which can be directly connected to the internet. In the process of screening, the identification of the screened person and the collection of screening data (included image, numerical value, text description, etc.) was completed simultaneously. After special security processing, the collected data was transmitted to the cloud for storage, and the cloud data was retrieved and utilized with limited privileges by a variety of Internet terminal devices. The screening data of various cities and counties in the Jilin Province form the large data of breast cancer screening in the province after being aggregated by cloud server. Results From 2016 January to 2018 December, the detection rate of breast cancer and precancerous lesions in eight prefectures, cities and districts in Jilin Province was 80.24/100 000, and early breast cancer accounted for 63.89%. The standardized data acquisition system of breast cancer screening in Jilin Province realized the standardization of screening process, provided key quality control nodes for data acquisition, and made the standardized collection, transmission and storage of screening data complete at one time. It ensured the accuracy of data acquisition and improved the efficiency of data acquisition and use. Conclusion The Standardized Data Acquisition System of Breast Cancer Screening in Jilin Province is a practical, efficient and safe data acquisition, management and application system, as well as a basic tool for building a professional large data platform. Screening data are real and effective, which can provide data support for clinical research, public health planning, management and decision-making.

181 Application of medical translation team model in training and selecting medical translation talents
GUO Zikai CHEN Chen
As globalization is increasingly deepening, medical translation activities have become more and more active. However, now in China, there are some false understandings and practices in the way of training and selecting medical translators/interpreters. This paper points that there should be no excessive pursuit of the combination of language skills and medical knowledge, and it is necessary to build a medical translation team including translators/interpreters, medical counselors and corpus technicians. The feasibility of the team is also analyzed from the perspective of corpus. In the model of the medical translation team, competent translators/interpreters are the core of competence, medical counselors are responsible for the preciseness of medical knowledge, and corpus producers accumulate corpus resources. With their close relations and cooperation, medical translation and interpretation tasks can be better delivered.

HE Min1 CHEN Houqin1 SHAO Lingyun1 ZUO Jian1 HAN Jiangquan2
Objective To explore the relationship between non-uniform density hematoma on plain CT scan and the clinical prognosis of patients with primary cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods From January 2014 to October 2018, a total of 146 patients with primary cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia and within 6 h admitted to Wuhu NO.1 People′s Hospital were selected. According to the modified Rankin Scale (mRS), they were divided into 77 patients of good clinical prognosis group (0-2 points) and 69 patients of poor prognosis group (3-6 points). One-way ANOVA and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen risk factors for poor clinical prognosis. Results The systolic blood pressure on admission, baseline of the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores, positive rate of non-uniform density hematoma, positive rate of hematoma mixed character, positive rate of hematoma black holes), rate of early neurologic deterioration, hematoma expansion rate, 3 weeks NIHSS score, mRS score in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group, while the computed tomography (CT) for the first time and completion time is shorter than good prognosis group, baseline hematoma volume was larger than good prognosis group, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Positive rate of non-uniform density hematoma and systolic blood pressure at admission were influencing factors of hematoma enlargement, early deterioration of neurological function and poor prognosis at 6 months in patients with cerebral hemorrhage at basal ganglia (P < 0.05). Conclusion CT non-uniform density hematoma (black hole sign or blend sign) is an risk factor for poor prognosis of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage.
