Abstract The construction research system of health policy and the discussion on the implementation path of “integrating health into all policies” are important guidelines and policies for health policy work in the new era. It is a public health policy formulation method and approach proposed and strongly advocated by WHO to improve the health of the social population and to enjoy fair health services. Taking the implementation of the Outline of “Healthy China 2030” as an opportunity, this paper makes an analysis of the reasons for the establishment a research system of health policysuitable for China′s regional characteristics and its influencing factors and discussing the implementation path and strategy of “integrating health into all policies” in academic field to use the advantages of them for our country. The purpose of this study is to provide academic support and theoretical basis for government departments to formulate relevant health policies and systems.
