4 A model of delayed encephalopathy acute carbon monoxide poisoning established with inhalation method

Objective To establish a model of delayed encephalopathy acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP). Methods A total of 196 intelligence-qualified rats were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 164 rats in the experimental group and 32 rats in the control group. The experimental group used an acute static inhalation of carbon monoxide (CO) to establish a poisoned rat model. According to different concentrations of CO poisoning, they were randomly divided into 1000, 3000, 4000 ppm group, with 32 rats alive in each group. Each group continued to inhale for 40 minutes. Rats in each group were sacrificed at 7, 14, 21 and 28 d after poisoning. Spectrophotometer method was used to dynamically monitor the changes of carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) content in each group. Morris water maze test was used to evaluate cognitive function. HE staining was used to observe the cell damage in hippocampus. The best poisoning concentration and time for establishing a DEACMP rat model was established. Results After poisoned by CO, the rats showed typical symptoms of poisoning. There was a significant positive correlation between COHb content and CO concentration (r = 0.748, P < 0.05). The mortality rates of the 1000, 3000, 4000 ppm group and the control group were 0%, 40.74%, 58.97% and 0%, respectively. The incidence of DEACMP in each group was 0%, 6.25%, 28.13%, 31.25%, and 0%, and the 21 d and 28 d after being poisoned were high DEACMP time points. Based on the low mortality rate and high incidence rate, the CO poisoning concentration of 3000 ppm and the time of 21d were the best method to establish a DEACMP rat model. Conclusion A DEACMP rat model can be established with a static inhalation concentration of 3000 ppm CO for 40 minutes, and models can be successfully established 21 days after poisoning.

8 Effect of white grub extract on the expression of MMP-9 of experimental rabbits with retinal vein occlusion in different time windows

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of white grub extract on experimental rabbits with retinal vein occlusion (RVO) in different time windows. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A, group B, group C, group D, with 10 rabbits and 20 eyes in each group. Except for group A, photochemical kinetic method was used to establish RVO animal model in the other three groups. Group A and B were intragastrically administered with 5 mL/kg of normal saline. Group C was intragastrically administered with 5 mL/kg of Compound Xueshuantong Suspension, and group D was intragastrically administered with 1.5 mL/kg of white grub extract. After administration for 1 and 3 weeks, fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) was examined to calculate to the ratio of area of non-perfusion area and area of optic disk, HE staining was used to observe the retinal morphology, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9. Results The results of FFA test showed that the ratio of area of non-perfusion area and area of optic disk in group C and D was significantly lower than that of group B after modeling for 1 week and 3 weeks, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The results of light microscopy of retinal sections showed that in group B, 1 week after modeling, the retinal tissue was edematous, the cells were arranged in disorder, and there was no new vascular cord, after 3 weeks of modeling, a large number of neovascular cords appeared; in group C, 1 week after modeling, the retinal tissue was edematous, the cells were arranged in disorder, 3 weeks after modeling, the edema of retinal tissue was reduced, there was no neovascular cord; in group D, 1 week after modeling, the retinal tissue cells were roughly arranged, 3 weeks after modeling, the edema of retinal tissue was reduced, there was no neovascular cord. The results of MMP-9 immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of MMP-9 was up-regulated in each group, group D was the weakest, followed by group C, and group B was the strongest, the expression of MMP-9 in group B, C and D was higher than that of group A, while the expression of MMP-9 in group C and D was lower than that of group B, the differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion White grub extract can improve the state of retinal ischemia and hypoxia and inhibit the expression of MMP-9 in the experimental RVO model.

12 Research on the mechanism of ELA/APJ inhibiting the apoptosis of cardiomyocyte under the condition of ischemia and hypoxia by up-regulating miR-133a

Objective To investigate the effect of ELABELA (ELA), which is a ligand of angiotensin receptor AT1 associated endogenous protein (APJ), on cardiomyocytes apoptosis under ischemia-hypoxia condition and to explore the regulatory mechanism of miR-133a. Methods The cardiomyocytes were cultured for 24 h under ischemia-hypoxia conditions (without serum, 1% O2) and divided into control group, ELA treatment group, ELA+siAPJ group, ELA+siAPJ NC group, ELA+miR-133a inhibitor group and ELA+miR-133a inhibitor NC group. The expression of myocardial α-actin (α-SA) and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) were observed by immunofluorescence. Flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis. Western blot and qRT-PCR were used to detect the expression of APJ and miR-133a. Results ①Compared with the control group, the rate of early and late apoptosis in ELA treatment group was significantly decreased (P < 0.01); ②compared with corresponding NC group, the early and late apoptosis rate of ELA+siAPJ group and ELA+miR-133a inhibitor group were significantly increased (P < 0.01); ③the expression of APJ and miR-133a in ELA treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group after 24 h culture (P < 0.01); ④after blocking the expression of APJ and miR-133a by siRNA, compared with that in the corresponding NC group, the protein and mRNA expression level of APJ and mRNA expression level of miR-133a were significantly decreased in ELA+siAPJ group (P < 0.01). The protein and mRNA expression level of APJ did not change significantly in ELA+miR-133a inhibitor group (P > 0.05), but the mRNA expression level of miR-133a was significantly decreased (P < 0.01). Conclusion ELA could inhibit the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes in ischemic and hypoxic environment. This effect might be related to up-regulation of miR-133a after activation of APJ.

18 The characteristics of rat retinal Müller cells in high glucose, oxidative stress and hypoxia

Objective To observe the characteristics of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats retinal Müller cells under three pathological conditions including high glucose, oxidative stress and hypoxia, and to provide new research basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods SD rat retinal Müller cells were cultured in vitro and identified by glutathione synthetase (GS). The second generation of cells were divided into control group, high glucose group, oxidative stress group and hypoxia group randomly. The morphological changes of the cells were observed under inverted microscope, the changes of GS and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) were observed by immunofluorescence staining, and the cell migration ability was observed by Transwell chamber. Results The Müller cells were successfully cultured and identified in vitro. In all groups, the function of Müller cells was impaired, and in oxidative stress group and hypoxia group, the structure was damaged, and the normal morphology was lost. In hypoxia group, the expression of α-SMA was positive, and the number of cells in the Transwell chamber was significantly higher than that in other groups, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion High glucose, oxidative stress and hypoxia can destroy the function of Müller cells. Hypoxia can induce transforming into myofibroblast cells with migratory ability, which indicates that Müller cells are involved in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.

21 Research general situation of chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Coix lachryma -jobi L.

In this article, the relevant literatures on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Coix lachryma -jobi L. are reviewed. And the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the whole plant of Coix lachryma -jobi L. are summarized in detail. The Coix lachryma -jobi L. contain fatty acids and their lipids, flavonoids, amides, sterols, terpenoids, polysaccharides and alkaloids. The Coix lachryma -jobi L. has a wide range of pharmacological effects, including anti-tumor, immunity enhancement, hpyerglycemic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic and antioxidant effects. Through this review, people can have a better understanding of Coix lachryma -jobi L.. It can provide some reference for further study on the relationship between the pharmacological action of Coix lachryma -jobi L.  and the structure activity relationship and mechanism of the compounds.

25 Research progress of novel APJ ligand peptide hormone Elabela in cardiovascular system

Elabela is a new type of endogenous angiotensin receptor AT1-related receptor protein (APJ) ligand, which was believed to be mainly expressed in embryonic tissues in early studies, but recent studies have found that as an endogenous hormone, Elabela is also expressed in tissues and organs such as heart and blood vessels after embryonic development. APJ plays a regulatory role in the cardiovascular system of mammals, and Elabela, as one of the APJ ligands, also plays an important role in the cardiovascular system. This paper mainly discusses the role of Elabela in cardiovascular development and cardiovascular diseases and its clinical application prospect.

33 Research progress on anxiety and nursing of patients with cerebrovascular disease before interventional operation

This study reviews the anxiety of patients with cerebrovascular disease before interventional surgery, and analyzes the related factors of anxiety and the impact of anxiety on patients with cerebrovascular disease. Its nursing interventions include drug therapy, cognitive intervention, human care, predictive individualized psychological care, relaxation training, health education, and social support. Preoperative anxiety has a negative impact on the interventional treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease. It is recommended that nurses pay attention to the preoperative anxiety state in clinical practice, and take the best nursing intervention measures in combination with the patient's condition to improve the treatment and quality of life of patients undergoing interventional surgery.

The degenerative changes of intervertebral disc cause a variety of lumbar degeneration diseases. These diseases seriously affect the health and quality of life of patients, and also bring bad effects and great economic losses to the society. Therefore, the exploration of the mechanism of disc degeneration has been the focus of research in spinal surgery. This article reviews the studies on pathogenesis of early and middle stage degenerative changes of lumbar intervertebral disc, and the mechanism of improving the degenerative changes of intervertebral disc by Duhuo Jisheng Decoction was also reviewed. These will provide theoretical basis for TCM treatment of lumbar disc degeneration.

44 Advances in research on the effects of salidroside on sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction

Salidroside is one of the active constituents of Rhodiola and has a variety of pharmacological activities. Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction (SIMD) is an important cause of poor prognosis in sepsis. It is believed that the mechanism of SIMD is mainly related to the direct action of myocardial inhibitory factor, myocardial energy metabolism disorder, calcium ion transport disorder, myocardial apoptosis, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) abnormalities, adrenergic signal inhibition and other factors. This article will combine the recent experimental research at home and abroad to try to explore the protective mechanism of salidroside on SIMD from the perspective of pathophysiology, and provide theoretical basis for further in-depth research and clinical application.

48 Research progress on multidrug resistance in leukemia and regulation of PTEN

Reversing multidrug resistance in leukemia is challenging. Studies have shown that PTEN gene is a tumor suppressor gene with protein phosphatase and lipid phosphatase activities. PTEN gene participates in cell growth, differentiation and proliferation through various signalling pathways and leukemia stem cells (LSCs) show mutation, deletion or reduction in expression of the PTEN gene. As such, PTEN gene is a potential target for clearing LSCs and reversing multidrug resistance in leukemia. This paper analyzes the regulatory activity of PTEN gene on cell growth, differentiation and proliferation through inhibiting the MAPK, FAK/P130cas and PI3K/AKt/mToR signalling pathways, also reviews the recent advancements in the research on the role of PTEN gene in multidrug resistance in leukemia.

52 Relationship between self-directed learning ability and first-aid ability of secondary school students in non-medical major

Objective To understand the relationship between self-directed learning ability and first aid ability of non-medical technical secondary school students, and to take corresponding measures for future first aid trainers. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, a total of 610 non-medical secondary vocational school students in Zhaoqing of Guangdong Province were investigated by self-directed learning disposition scale and first aid ability questionnaire. Results The self-directed learning ability was (164.9±26.3)points, and the total score of first aid ability was (41.2±2.9)points. The self-directed learning ability could independently explain 23.3% of the total variation of first aid ability (P < 0.05). Conclusion The self-directed learning ability and first aid ability of non-medical technical secondary school students are in the lower middle level, and the self-directed learning ability is positively correlated with the first aid ability.

56 Investigation on the knowledge and education needs of infectious disease among kindergarten teachers in Guangzhou

Objective To identify the knowledge and education needs of infectious disease among kindergarten teachers in Guangzhou, and to provide scientific evidence for further health education. Methods A cluster sample of 192 teachers from 5 kindergartens in Guangzhou were investigated by a questionnaire survey from May 2018 to July 2018. Results Overall, the teachers were with good knowledge in infectious disease prevention, the accuracy of basic knowledge in prevention was high, and those with higher education level and the older were with better prevention knowledge(P < 0.05). The teachers were also with good knowledge in infectious disease management measure,and the older and the married were with better management measure knowledge(P < 0.05). The teachers have strong education needs for infectious disease prevention and management,and those with better knowledge were with higher knowledge needs(P < 0.05). Conclusion The teachers in kindergarten are with certain knowledge about infectious disease prevention and management, and the education on sterilizing measures of environmental sanitation needs to be strengthened, and those with lower education and young teachers need to be paid more attention in the education.

60 Analysis of the influence of subjective referral opinions based on the theory of planned behavior on doctors′ referral intentions in tertiary hospitals

Objective To analyze the influence of referral opinions of hospital leaders, department directors, colleagues, patients and family members on doctors′ referral intentions Methods Using the theory of planned behavior to establish the theoretical analysis framework and questionnaire. From October 10 to 17, 2018, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 251 doctors in grade tertiary hospitals in five medical combinations, and data were analyzed by chi-square test. Results The survey found that 76.8% (192) of the surveyed doctors had planned to receive referrals for patients with acute, severe and complicated diseases, 72.0% (180) planned to receive referrals for patients with common and frequently-occurring diseases, and 78.4% (196) planned to transfer patients with stable conditions after treatment. For different diseases, with the exception of patients, under the different opinions of hospital leaders, department directors and department colleagues, the difference of doctors′ referral intention was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Especially in the opinion of the department director, there were statistically significant differences in doctors′ referral intentions in the case of different referral opinions and compliance (P < 0.01). Conclusion The opinion of department director and hospital leader has great influence on doctors′ intention of referral, while the opinion of patients has no influence on doctors′ intention of referral.

65 Effects of oxidative stress on fracture healing progress and coagulation function in patients with transcervical fracture

Objective To study the effect of oxidative stress on fracture healing process and coagulation function in patients with transcervical fracture (TF). Methods A total of 118 patients with TF who underwent surgery in Jianghan Oilfield General Hospital of Hubei (“our hospital” for short) from January 2014 to March 2018 was selected as the observation group. Another 120 volunteers who received a physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The observation group was followed up for 4 months after surgery. The oxidative stress index, coagulation function and coagulation function of patients with different fracture healing progress were detected and compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the indexes was analyzed. Results The total antioxidant capacity (TAC), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the malondialdehyde (MDA) level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time between the two groups (P > 0.05). The level of fibrinogen (FIB) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of TAC, CAT and SOD in the 3-month healing group were significantly higher than those in the 4-month healing group and the delayed healing group. The MDA and FIB levels were significantly lower than those in the 4-month healing group and the delayed healing group (P < 0.05). The levels of TAC, CAT and SOD in the 4-month healing group were significantly higher than those in the delayed healing group, and the MDA and FIB levels were significantly lower than those in the delayed healing group (P < 0.05). The TAC, CAT and SOD levels of TF patients were negatively correlated with fracture healing progress and FIB, respectively. MDA was positively correlated with fracture healing progress and FIB (P < 0.05). Conclusion Oxidative stress in TF patients may have certain effects on the progress of fracture healing and coagulation function. It is possible to comprehensively monitor the oxidative stress index of patients, which can help to judge the prognosis of rehabilitation. It is worthy of attention.

69 Comparison of the effect of minimally invasive compression screw fixation through dorsal approach and volar approach in the treatment of scaphoid fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive compression screw internal fixation through dorsal and volar approaches in the treatment of scaphoid fracture. Methods Eighty patients with scaphoid fracture admitted to the General Hospital of North China Petroleum Administration from January 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into dorsal approach group (n = 40) and volar approach group (n = 40). The dorsal approach group was treated with minimally invasive compression screw internal fixation through the dorsal approach, and the volar approach group was treated with minimally invasive compression screw internal fixation through the volar approach. The follow-up period was 1 year. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared. The visual analogue scores (VAS) of the two groups before operation, 6 months after operation and 1 year after operation were compared. The intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time were compared. The complications of the two groups during the follow-up period were recorded and compared. Results The excellent rate of clinical effect in volar approach group was significantly higher than that in dorsal approach group (P < 0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups at 6 months and 1 year after operation were significantly lower than those before operation, and the VAS scores of the volar approach group at 6 months and 1 year after operation were significantly lower than those of the dorsal approach group (P < 0.05). The bleeding volume and fracture healing time of volar approach group were significantly less than those of dorsal approach group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in volar approach group was significantly lower than that in dorsal approach group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the dorsal approach, the volar approach with minimally invasive compression screw internal fixation for carpal scaphoid fracture has more obvious clinical effect, which can shorten the healing time of fracture, reduce pain, and has better safety.

73 Comparison therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and local pain point block therapy in costal chondritis

Objective To compare the efficacy between Extracorporeal shock wave therapy  and local pain point block therapy in the treatment of costal chondritis. Methods From March 2015 to October 2017, 40 patients with costal chondritis in the orthopaedic clinic of Honghui Hospital affiliated to Xi′an Jiaotong University were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20) according to random number table method. They were divided into a treatment group (n=20) and a control group (n=20) according to a random number table method. The treatment group was given divergent extracorporeal shock wave treatment for 4 days/time for a total of 5 treatments; the control group was given local pain point block treatment for 5 days/time for a total of 3 treatments. The scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) were compared between the two groups before treatment, after the last treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment, and the excellent and good rate of clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups after the last treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS scores and pain relief between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment (both P > 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the long-term effect between the two therapies, but as a new non-invasive therapy, the two therapies have the advantages of definite effect, less safety complications and easy popularization.

77 The relationship between serum hypoxia-inducible factor-α level and uterine artery hemodynamic parameters in pregnancy-induced hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum hypoxia-inducible factor-alpha (HIF-α) level and uterine artery hemodynamic parameters in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy admitted in Chengyang People′s Hospital of Qingdao City in Shandong Province ("our hospital" for short) from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group. According to blood pressure and complications, they were divided into severe preeclampsia group (n = 21), preeclampsia group (n = 35), pregnancy induced hypertension group (n = 44). Another 40 healthy pregnant women who had normal physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The serum level of HIF-α was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, hemodynamic parameter was calculated by color Doppler ultrasound. The changes of serum HIF-α and hemodynamic parameter in each group was compared. The correlation between serum HIF-α and hemodynamic parameter was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The level of serum HIF-α and hemodynamic parameters in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The serum level of HIF-α and hemodynamic parameters in severe preeclampsia group and preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in pregnancy induced hypertension group (P < 0.05), and the above indexes in severe preeclampsia group were higher than those in preeclampsia group (P < 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum HIF-α level of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy was positively correlated with pulsatility index, resistance index, peak systolic velocity/diastolic peak velocity ratio (r = 0.687, 0.652, 0.329, P = 0.000, 0.000, 0.012). Conclusion Serum HIF-α is highly expressed in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and is closely related to uterine artery hemodynamics. It is speculated that HIF-α may participate in the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.

81 Diagnostic energy efficiency of T cell subsets and procalcitonin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia combined with bacterial infection

Objective To explore the valve of detection of T cell subsets and procalcitonin (PCT) in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) combined with bacterial infection. Methods A total of 106 children with MPP was recruited from October 2016 to March 2018 in Department of Pediatrics, Jianyang People′s Hospital of Sichuan Province ("our hospital" for short), and were divided into MPP group (41 cases) and bacterial infection group (MPP combined with bacterial infection, 65 cases) according to pathogeny examination, 50 cases of healthy children were recruited as control group. The blood were collected to count CD4+T cells, CD8+T cells by fluorescence activated cell sorter, and PCT, C reactive protein (CRP), white blood cell (WBC) were detected. Results PCT, CRP and WBC in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in control group and MPP group (P < 0.05), and CRP in MPP group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). CD4+T cells in bacterial infection group and MPP group were significantly lower than those in control group, CD4+T cells in bacterial infection group were lower than those in MPP group (P < 0.05). CD8+T cells in bacterial infection group and MPP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). CD4+/CD8+ in bacterial infection group and MPP group were significantly lower than those in control group, CD4+/CD8+ in bacterial infection group was lower than that in MPP group (P < 0.05). ROC analysis showed that PCT and T cell subsets had a higher diagnostic value for bacterial infections, of which PCT AUC was more than 0.8. Conclusion CD4+/CD8+ reducted and serum PCT concentration elevated in children with MPP combined with bacterial infection. The detection of T cell subsets and PCT is of great significance in identifying whether MPP patients combined with bacterial infection. With the help of other auxiliary examinations, it can pricisely judge disease and reduce the abuse of antibiotics.

84 The relationship between serum VEGF and ES level and ovarian stromal blood flow in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), endostatin (ES) and ovarian stromal blood flow in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 89 patients with PCOS admitted to Yongchuan District Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Chongqing City ("our hospital" for short) from January 2016 to December 2017 was recorded as PCOS group. According to insulin resistance index, PCOS group was divided into insulin resistance group (n = 47) and non-insulin resistance group (n = 42). Another 50 healthy women in the same period were selected as control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the level of VEGF and ES. The pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) and peak velocity (PSV) was monitored by color Doppler ultrasound. Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation between VEGF, ES and ovarian stromal blood flow. Results The levels of VEGF, ES and PSV in PCOS group were higher than that control group, and PI and RI in PCOS group were lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). The levels of VEGF, ES and PSV in insulin resistance group were higher than that in non-insulin resistance group, and PI and RI in insulin resistance group were lower than that in non-insulin resistance group (P < 0.05). In PCOS patients, the levels of VEGF and ES were negatively correlated with PI and RI (rVEGF = -0.476, -0.491, rES = -0.423, -0.365, P < 0.05), and positively correlated with PSV (rVEGF = 0.504, rES = 0.463,P < 0.05). Conclusion The levels of VEGF and ES in PCOS patients are highly expressed, and increase with the increase of insulin resistance. Antiangiogenesis therapy is expected to become a new therapeutic target.

88 Effect of systematic management of breastfeeding on breast feeding in hospitalized preterm infants

Objective To observe the effect of systematic management of breastfeeding on breast feeding in hospitalized preterm infants. Methods A total of 77 premature infants delivered in obstetrics department of Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Hebei Province ("our hospital" for short) from January to December 2016 was selected as control group, routine breastfeeding and postpartum routine management were used in control group, 79 premature infants delivered in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as observation group, systematic management of breastfeeding was used in observation group. The breastfeeding, complications, growth and development of premature infants were compared between two groups. The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores before and after maternal management were compared between two groups. Results The first breastfeeding age of observation group was significantly less than that of control group, the breastfeeding rate at 1 week of observation group was higher than that of control group, the amount of breast milk at 1 week of observation group was significantly more than that of control group, the breastfeeding rate at 2 weeks of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the amount of breast milk at 2 weeks of observation group was significantly more than that of control group, and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group during hospitalization. There were significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The incidence rate of complications of premature infants during hospitalization in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The growth of length, weight and head circumference of preterm infants in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group during hospitalization, the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). At admission, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between two groups (P > 0.05). Before discharge, SAS and SDS scores of parturients in two groups were significantly lower than those at admission, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Systematic management of breastfeeding in hospitalized premature infants can significantly improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding, increase the amount of breast milk, reduce the complications of premature infants during hospitalization, improve the growth and development of premature infants, and reduce the anxiety and depression of postpartum women.

Objective To investigate the corneal biomechanics of the Mongols in Inner Mongolia with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and non-RA dry eyes by Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Technology (Corvis ST). Methods The Mongols in Inner Mongolia Region (all Mongols within three generations) were recruited at the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University between December 2015 and May 2018. They were divided into non-RA group (92 cases) and RA group (96 cases). The two groups respectively were performed Corvis ST to detect corneal biomechanics and Corvis ST inspection includes First Applanation Time (A1-time), Second Applanation Time (A2-time), First Applanation Length (A1-length), Second Applanation Length (A2-length), First Applanation Velocity (A1-V), Second Applanation Velocity (A2-V), Highest Concavity Time (HC-time), Maximum Deformation Amplitude (DA), Maximum Highest Concavity Radius (HC-radius), Intraocular Pressure (IOP), Corneal Center Thickness (CCT). The differences of the above parameters between the two groups were examined. Results The differences in age, gender, IOP and CCT were not significant between the two groups (P > 0.05). The Mongols in the RA group had significantly lower A1-time and HC-time, but higher DA compared with the non-RA group (P = 0.01, 0.01, 0.03). Conclusion There are significent differences in corneal biomechanical properties between RA group and non-RA group of the Mongols. The RA group has a significantly shorter A1-time and HC-time, but larger DA compared with the non-RA group.

96 Establishment of microbial limit test for Chloral Hydrate Oral Solution of hospital preparations

Objective To establish an effective, simple and economical microbial limit test method for Chloral Hydrate Oral Solution of hospital preparations, which was used to carry out microbial limit test for three batches of samples. Methods According to the related requirement of the four general rules of the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, membrane filtration was used for sample pretreatment. 5 strains were selected for methodological verification. Results The recovery ratio of the five strains of microbial counts were within the range of 0.5 to 2.0, and Escherichia coli tested by control bacteria was qualified. Conclusion After verification, the microbial limit test for Chloral Hydrate Oral Solution can meet the requirements of the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination on the contents of five constituents (liquorice, hyperoside, baicalin, baicalein and schisandrin) in Taile Granules. Methods The acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was eluted by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 270 nm, the total flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the injection volume was 10 μL, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Liquorice, hyperoside, baicalin, baicalein and schisandrin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 1.96-19.58 μg/mL (r = 0.9999), 1.65-16.52 μg/mL (r = 0.9998), 11.71-117.12 μg/mL (r = 0.9999), 1.63-16.26 μg/mL (r = 0.9999) and 1.23-12.28 μg/mL (r = 0.9999), whose average recoveries (RSD) were 101.75% (0.98%), 102.32% (1.70%), 98.03% (1.35%), 99.52% (1.54%) and 100.12% (1.27%), respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and can be used for the quality control of Taile Granules.

104 Clinical observation of Entecavir and Tibifidine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Entecavir and Tibifidine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Clinical data of 98 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from March 2014 to March 2017 were analyzed. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, Tibifidine group (49 cases) and Entecavir group (49 cases). Before and after the treatment, the total bilirubin (TBiL), serum protein (ALB), high mobility group protein-1 (HMGB-1), γ interferon (IFN-γ), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA loads of two groups were observed, the E antigen (HBeAg) turn rate, HbeAg serological conversion rate, clinical response rates of two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, TBiL, ALB, HMGB-1, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10, and HBV DNA load were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05), after treatment, the TBiL, HMGB-1, IL-4, IL-10 and HBV DNA load of patients in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, the ALB and IFN-γ were higher than those before treatment, the TBiL, HMGB-1, IL-4, IL-10 and HBV DNA load of patients in the Tibifidin group were lower than those in the Entecavir group, and the ALB and IFN-γ were higher than those in the Entecavir group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Comparison of HBeAg conversion rate and HBeAg serological conversion rate between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05), while the clinical response rate of patients in the Tibifidine group was higher than that in the Entecavir group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical response rate of Tibifidine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients was higher than that of Entecavir, which may be related to the regulation of HMGB-1, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 and HBV DNA load.

111 Effect of intramuscular injection of cashmere stimulating hormone combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy on luteinizing syndrome of unruptured follicles

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intramuscular injection of cashmere combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy on luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome. Methods A total of 100 cases of luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome patients were selected from May 2017 to May 2018 in Foshan Nanhai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangdong Province, they were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) needle, and the treatment group was treated with catgut implantation at acupoint on the basis of the control group. Serum luteinizing hormone (LH), progesterone (P) and estrogenic hormone(E2) levels, blood routine, liver and kidney function were assayed before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the average treatment cycle and ovulation cycle between the two groups (P > 0.05). The pregnancy rate and ovulation rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum P and LH levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the serum P, LH and E2 levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before intramuscular injection of HCG, there was no significant difference in serum P between the two groups (P > 0.05). The intima thickness before intramuscular injection of HCG in the treatment group was thicker than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Seven days after intramuscular injection, serum P level in the two groups were higher than those before intramuscular injection of HCG, and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After 7 days of intramuscular injection, the intima thickness of both groups were thicker than those before intramuscular injection of HCG, and the intima thickness of the treatment group was thicker than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding plus intramuscular injection HCG needle can promote ovulation by elevated serum LH levels, progesterone increase right and endometrial thickness become suitable after ovulation, thereby improving pregnancy rates in the patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.

119 Effect of Bushen Qiangjin Capsules on interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α, prostaglandin E2 and serum prostaglandin E2 in synovial fluid of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage

Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Qiangjin Capsules on interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in synovial fluid and serum PGE2 of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in the early and middle stages. Methods From January 2018 to August 2018, 103 patients with KOA in Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group (n = 51) and research group (n = 52) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Glucosamine Capsules combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Intra-Articular Injection. The research group was treated with Bushen Qiangjin Capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment. The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, PGE2 in synovial fluid, serum PGE2 and the recovery of knee joint function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and PGE2 in synovial fluid of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in the study group was lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). No significant difference in the levels of PGE2 in synovial fluid between the two groups after treatment (P > 0.05). The serum PGE2 level of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of joint function, joint pain, muscle strength, range of motion, flexion deformity and range of motion of the two groups were all increased, and those in the study group were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). No adverse reactions was observed in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Bushen Qiangjin Capsules is effective in the treatment of KOA patients in the early and middle stages. It can effectively improve the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α in synovial fluid and serum PGE2 in synovial fluid without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions. It has certain clinical value.

124 Effect of "tonifying lung-qi" combined with acupuncture on patients with lung-qi deficiency type coal worker′s pneumoconiosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of "tonifying lung-qi" combined with acupuncture on patients with lung-qi deficiency type coal worker′s pneumoconiosis. Methods Eighty-eight patients with lung-qi deficiency type coal worker′s pneumoconiosis who were admitted to the Department of Pulmonary Diseases, Fangshan Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. Because of the inability to cope with treatment and other reasons, a total of 81 cases participated in the statistics, 41 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. The control group was given oxygen therapy and Ambroxol Hydrochloride Tablets 30 mg three times a day, while the treatment group was given oral and acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying lung-qi (acupoint selection: bilateral Feishu, Hegu, Fenglong) on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The cough and shortness of breath visual analogue scores were compared between the two groups before treatment, after 12 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after the end of treatment. The 6-minute walking test and the changes of pulmonary function and SF-36 scores were compared after 12 weeks of treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after the end of treatment, the cough and shortness of breath visual analogue scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the 6-minute walking distances of the two groups were greater than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was longer than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in lung functions of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the SF-36 scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The method of tonifying lung-qi combined with acupuncture is superior to Western medicine in improving cough, short breath symptoms, 6-minute walking test and quality of life of coal workers with pneumoconiosis of lung-qi deficiency type.

128 Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Simiaosan on acute peripheral deep venous thrombosis of left lower extremity and its effect on D-dimer and hypersensitive C-reactive protein

Objective To observe the changes of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Simiaosan combined with urokinase on D-dimer (DD) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with acute peripheral deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of left lower extremity. Methods Sixty patients with acute left lower extremity DVT were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into study group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine (Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Simiaosan) and Western medicine (oral Rivaroxaban 14 days + intravenous urokinase 7 days), while the control group was treated with Western medicine (oral Rivaroxaban 14 days + intravenous urokinase 7 days). The levels of D-D and hs-CRP were measured before treatment and on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 11th and 14th days after treatment in both groups. The swelling, pain, color, circumference and tongue vein of the left lower limb before and after treatment were observed. Results The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The D-D levels on the 4th, 7th, 11th and 14th day after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The hs-CRP levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 11th and 14th day after treatment, and the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Simiaosan combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute peripheral DVT of left lower extremity is better than that of Western medicine alone. Its mechanism may be related to the promotion of fibrinolysis system and the protection of vascular endothelial cells.

132 Research on the way to spread traditional Chinese medicine culture based on the strategy of “healthy China”

General Secretary XI Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress that the implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy requires the improvement of the National health policy and the provision of all-round and full-cycle health services to the people. By interpreting the relationship between healthy China and TCM culture, this paper analyzes the significance of TCM culture in promoting the building of a “healthy China” and the limitations of the way TCM culture is spread in the context of a “Healthy China”. Specific measures are proposed to strengthen the development of talents in TCM culture, infiltrate TCM culture education, spread TCM culture overseas, and expand the new communication path of TCM culture. The target is to further promote the revitalization and development of TCM culture and bring it to the world.

136 Effect of Bushen Tongbi Decoction on lumbar disc herniation and its influence on inflammatory factors

Objective To study the effect of Bushen Tongbi Decoction on lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 80 LDH patients treated in the First Hospital of Shijiazhuang were studied. According to random number table method, patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, there were 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traction and physiotherapy, the observation group was treated with Bushen Tongbi Decoction on the basis of control group, both groups were treated for 3 weeks. The efficacy, functional and pain score, inflammatory factor, and incidence of adverse reaction before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) and osuesery dability index (ODI) score in the two groups was lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the Japanese Orthpaedic assoiationscores (JOA) score was higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The C-reactive protein, interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α and IL-6 were lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.05), and lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was not significantly different compared with that in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy and safety of Bushen Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of LDH is good. It can also effectively improve the function, pain score and inflammatory state of the patients.

140 Clinical effect of overall acupotome lysis combined with ozone injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis at adhesion stage

Objective To observe the clinical effect of overall acupotome lysis combined with ozone injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis at adhesion stage. Methods A total of 90 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis at adhesion stage admitted to the People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into group A, group B and group C by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with overall acupotome lysis combined with ozone injection, group B was treated with overall acupotome lysis, group C was treated with ozone injection, once a week, four times in total. The visual analogue scale (VAS), adjusted Constant-Murley shoulder function score, shoulder joint thermography before and after treatment and the general threapeutic effect after treatment were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the VAS scores in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the adjusted Constant-Murley shoulder function score and the temperature of region of interest in thermography was higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The VAS scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B and C, while the adjusted Constant-Murley shoulder function scores and the temperature of region of interest in thermography of group A were significantly higher than those of group B and C, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The cure rate in group A was higher than that of group C, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.017), while there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P > 0.017). Conclusion Compared with single overall acupotome lysis or ozone injection, overall acupotome lysis combined with ozone injection can better relieve shoulder pain, improve shoulder function and blood circulation.

145 Clinical observation on the treatment of ulcerative colitis by acupotomy combined with Lianli Wumei Decoction enema

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupotomology combined with Lianli Wumei Decoction enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods From May 2013 to November 2016, 136 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 68 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Lianli Wumei Decoction enema combined with acupotomy, and the control group was given Mesalazine orally. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of colonoscopy scores before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded. Meanwhile, the patients who got better and recovered were followed up for recurrence. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.70%, and that of the control group was 74.99%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in colonoscopy scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the colonoscopy scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of patients in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupotomology combined with lianyumei decoction enema for the treatment of ulcerative colitis is simple and widely used, with no obvious adverse reactions and side effects, better effect and lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

149 Discussion about the evaluation factors of TCM health service investment environment of the countries along “One Belt and One Road”

The implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy has laid a broad platform for the internationalization of the TCM health service industry. In January 2017, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Reform Commission published the "One Belt and One Road" development plan for TCM, pointing out that by 2020, the new pattern of "One Belt and One Road" cooperation of TCM will basically been taken shape and a new pattern of all-round opening up of TCM will also be created. It can be seen that the overseas development of the TCM health service industry has ushered in a new historical opportunity. To help Chinese investors choose the appropriate investitive target nations of TCM health services and develop a revenue maximization strategy, this paper offers a preliminary discussion about the evaluational factors of TCM health service investment environment of the countries alongside "One Belt And One Road" and proposes that the evaluational factors should include the following 5 factors: the economic and market factor, the political and legal factor, the social and cultural, the infrastructure factor, the natural and geographical factor.

153 Comparison of the practice status based on domestic and oversea the elderly care needs assessment and its correlated enlightenment

The elderly care needs assessment is critical to decide the elderly care needs, care levels and provided services. The third agency has gradually been introduced to evaluate the elderly care needs in China. The diversified instruments and criterions are used to assess the physiological health, cognitive level, social support and illness factors for the elderly care needs in different provinces and cities, which provides the evidences to allot long-term nursing insurances and government subsidies. However, there are many limitations in the present assessment, such as one-side evaluation, substandard instruments, single evaluation and the implementation of elderly care without basing on evaluation effects. The internationally reliable instruments and their apply results are introduced in the study, aiming to prompt these instruments to be used in our country and fitted Chinese culture, develop the Chinese evaluation criterions in the elderly care needs assessment, perfect the evaluation protocol of the third agency, decide the certificate of evaluation staff, and accurately identify the elderly care needs. The elderly care needs are be classified and stratified on the basis of needs data, which the targeted elderly care protocol will be developed, the accurate elderly care resources will be provide, and the quality of life for the elderly will be improved.

On the basis of the current situation of pharmaceutical industry trade in Jiangsu province, this paper analyse its international competitiveness by using different indexes, such as the indexes of the international market share,trade competitiveness index and indicative comparative advantage index. It also chooses the time series data and uses unit root test and grainier causality to analyze the factor which affect the international competitiveness of Jiangsu province pharmaceutical industry. The result shows the international competition of Jiangsu pharmaceutical industry is weak. There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between market openness, high-tech value of biomedicine and export volume of Jiangsu pharmaceutical industry. Hence, in order to increase the international competitiveness of pharmaceutical industry in Jiangsu, suggestions such as increasing investment in high technology,strengthening international cooperation, increasing policy support are given.

As the problem of aging in Yantai City has intensified and the demand for aged care services has increased, Yantai City has accelerated the combination of medical care and rehabilitation. Through literature research, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, field research and other methods, it is found that there is still a need for medical institution cooperation in the combination of medical and nursing development in the region, the service capacity of professional nursing institutions needs to be improved, the construction of talent team to be strengthened, and the classification of nursing services. The standard is not detailed enough. Combined with the theory of synergy, it is suggested to integrate medical institutions, human resources, and old-age services, to promote the sharing of information resources, construct an information feedback mechanism, and rationally select the management order parameters, in order to provide reference for the practical exploration of medical integration in Yantai City.

Doctor-patient relationship is the key to medical activities and the core of medical interpersonal relationship. A harmonious doctor-patient relationship can promote the healthy development of the medical industry, help effectively safeguard the people′s right to health, and promote social harmony and stability. The maintenance of doctor-patient relationship has always been one of the main contents of hospital work, and the construction and communication of health discourse is an important way to help realize the maintenance of doctor-patient relationship. At present, the doctor-patient relationship performance in our country is still relatively nervous, not only to a large extent affected the people health care knowledge acquisition, and at the same time working in the medical orderly implementation also has certain limitation, to a certain extent brings adverse effect to hospital medical order, which affect the treatment of patients, is not conducive to promote social harmony. 176 Investigation and analysis of information security in public traditional Chinese medicine hospital hospitals above grade Ⅱ in a city

Objective To investigate and analyze the information security status of public Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals above grade Ⅱ in a city. Methods The general survey method was adopted to investigate 39 public Traditional Chinese medicine hospital institutions (including traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, traditional Chinese medicine hospital specialist hospitals, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals and ethnic medicine hospitals) at level Ⅱ and above in a city from 2016 to 2018, hereinafter referred to as traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. The information security status of 13 secondary hospitals and 26 tertiary hospitals was investigated, and the survey data came from the information management and information technology of each hospital and other main persons in charge of informatization construction. Provided the main content of the funded include information security, network security, operating system and database security, information security personnel and training, from five aspects, such as information security emergency response and the data using SPSS 14.0 and Excel software for statistical analysis, statistical methods including statistical description and chi-square test. Results Through investigation, it is found that the public TCM hospitals above grade Ⅱ in a city still have problems such as insufficient investment in information security, inadequate infrastructure construction, lack of information security talents and imperfect emergency response. Conclusion In view of the existing information security problems in a city, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing the investment of information security funds, improving the safety construction of hospital infrastructure, vigorously introducing and cultivating information security professionals, and formulating elaborate emergency plans, so as to improve the information security level of TCM hospitals.
