Abstract This article takes the cultural construction of the hospital as the research object. Firstly, it summarizes the connotation of the cultural construction and the core competitiveness of the hospital as well as the characteristics of the core competitiveness of the hospital. Then the role of hospital culture in improving the core competitiveness of hospitals is comprehensively analyzed. Finally, measures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen cultural construction and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for further improving hospital core competitiveness.
