TANG Xiang1 WANG Jingzhi2 LIU Na1 CHEN Deyu1
Phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase (LHPP) is one of the important enzyme regulating histidine dephosphorylation, mainly expressed in liver, brain and kidney, and the regulation of histidine residues together with histidine kinase phosphorylation and dephosphorylation. The deletion of LHPP can destroy the balance between phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of histidine residues, resulting in PI3K/Akt and Wnt/β-catenin which, leads to the abnormality of cyclin and apoptotic protein, and promotes the occurrence and development of tumor. LHPP is significant for early screening, early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumor patients, and it is expected to become a new therapeutic target and prognostic index for individualized treatment of patients. Based on the previous literature research, this review summarizes the research progress of the role of LHPP in some tumors such as liver cancer, glioma, and kidney cancer, in order to provide reference for the future research direction and application of LHPP in tumors.

53 Research progress of enolase -α and C-MYC promoter binding protein-1 regulating the occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma based on PI3K/Akt pathway
XU Weixin WANG Chunfang LUO Yanhong
Enolase-α (ENO1) is a type of key glycolysis enzyme with tissue-specific expression, which participates in glycolysis and affects the process of glycolysis. C-MYC promoter binding protein-1 (MBP-1) can inhibit the expression of oncogene C-MYC. At present, it has been found that they are expressed by the same genetic encode, and there is a complex relationship between their expression regulation and the PI3K/Akt pathway. ENO1 and MBP-1 play an important role in the progression and inhibition of tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by regulating the PI3K/Akt pathway. This paper briefly reviewes the function of ENO1 and MBP-1, their expression regulation, and their relationship with PI3K/Akt signal pathway as well as the mechanism of this pathway on HCC. Thus we can explore possible molecular mechanism for the occurrence and progression of HCC so as to provide a theoretical basis for molecular targets to regulate this mechanism. It aims to provide new ideas for the effective treatment of HCC in the future.

125 Treatment of heart failure based on the theory of five zang viscera
LIU Wenrui ZHOU Hua QU Huiyan YANG Tianshu WANG Tian TANG Qiaolin
The holism is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine theory. Under the guidance of the holism, traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that heart failure is a systematic disease, which is not only related to the heart, but also closely related to lung, spleen, liver, and kidney. The location of the disease focuses on the heart and lung, it should purge lung for diuresis, and tonify the heart and lung; the location of the disease focuses on the heart and spleen, it should invigorate spleen for diuresis, and tonify the heart and spleen; the location of the disease focuses on the heart and liver, it should disperse the liver and activate qi, and nourish the heart and regulate the liver; the location of the disease focuses on the heart and kidney, it should warm yang for diuresis, and tonify the kidney and strengthen the heart. Clinical dialectic and treatment should be regarded as the change of disease location, the transformation of deficiency and excess, with the syndrome change prescription.

133 Discussion on the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine knowledge protection and intangible cultural heritage
SHI Xueqin LIU Qian WANG Liuqing QIN Peijie AN Hong ZHANG Fengxia ZHAO Zhupei LIU Jianfeng
Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge protection and intangible cultural heritage are two different tasks supervised by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Ministry of Culture respectively, and both have relation, also have difference. Both contain traditional medicine, but their basic connotations, legal guarantees, and significance to the Chinese medicine industry are quite different. Intangible cultural heritage covers a wide range, focuses on the “cultural” attribute, and has relatively deep legal protection, but it is difficult to obtain effective protection for traditional medicine; while traditional Chinese medicine knowledge protection is to deeply excavate, protect, and promote the application of traditional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, to confirm and protect the intellectual property rights of traditional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, to solve the “not spread on pain” of traditional Chinese medicine, focus on the value of “real application”, under the constantly improving laws and regulations on traditional Chinese medicine knowledge protection, the rights and interests of knowledge holders can be protected, which is conducive to improve the service capacity of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intraoperative warming nursing on hypoxic brain injury and cellular immunity in patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients who undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given Dexmedetomidine, and the observation group was given Dexmedetomidine combined with comprehensive intraoperative warming nursing intervention. The scores of mini-mental state scale (MMSE), cellular immune function, interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), the change of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), the post-operative cognitive dysfunction (POCD), and complications of the two groups were counted. Results Before surgery, there was no significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups (P > 0.05). The MMSE scores of the control group one and three days after operation were lower than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). MMSE scores of observation group were higher than control group one and three days after operation, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before surgery, there were no significant differences in CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups (P > 0.05). One and threee days after operation, CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+ were lower than those before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). One and three days after operation, CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before operation, there were no significant differences in IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP between the two groups (P > 0.05). One and three days after operation, IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly higher than those before operation (P < 0.05). One and threee days after operation, IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). One and threee days after operation, the incidence of POCD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive intraoperative warming nursing intervention for patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer has an ideal effect. It can promote the recovery of patients’ cognitive function, reduce the patient’s cellular immune suppression state and the secretion of inflammatory factors, thereby reducing the incidence of POCD and complications.
