113 Professor Wang Xiuxia’s view on “circular-motion of five phases” in treating ovarian cancer#br#
YU Yang1 SHEN Ying1 YANG Shuang1 HAN Fengjuan2
Based on the theory of “circular-motion of five phases”, Professor Wang Xiuxia believes that the movement of all things between heaven and earth is a big circle movement, while the movement of five internal organs within the human body is a small circle movement. If we want to understand the theory of yin and yang and five organs, we should first understand the way of “circular-motion of five phases”. Therefore, the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer are summarized as water losing warm malnutrition, wood losing free activity, and central axis losing movement. She proposes warming moisture, regulating wood qi, strengthening soil and drying dampness, so as to recover circular-motion, and takes self-made Lichong Shengsui Decoction to add and subtract treatment. At the time of clinical diagnosis, she emphasizes that loyal to the Chinese medicine and refer to the Western medicine, sinicizes the West. She also explores the role of this prescription in the treatment of ovarian cancer, and pays more attention to the emotional factors of patients, treats them both physically and mentally, and improves their life cycle and quality of life.

131 Analysis on characteristics of medicine used by Liu Ziwei of Huaixuan Medical School#br#
GU Renzhuang1 YU Chen2 CUI Wencheng3
Liu Ziwei, a descendant of Huaixuan medical school, has been in charge of Huaixuan medical school for more than 20 years. The medical school has far-reaching influence and is regarded as the “ancestor of the God of fire”. Liu Ziwei’s medication features are distinct. Liu Ziwei often uses the method of yin and yang complementation in the treatment of the deficiency of five zang-viscera disorders. It is believed that people are born with wood before they have fire, and the method of making fire by supplementing wood is often used to treat the yang deficiency and yin excessiveness disorders. And the fire must not show its path, naturally shift or change in order to grow and sustain life, so the method of fire must be used to repair by the fire must be hidden. Liu Ziwei often used these three drug characteristics successively or simultaneously in the yang deficiency disorders. In view of the abnormal ascension and descent, the combination of deficiency and excess, and struggle between vital qi and pathogen disorders, there are the characteristics of the combination of ascension and descent, supplementing the deficiency and reducing the excess, the combination of convergence and dispersion, it is worth learning from. The characteristics of Liu Ziwei’s medication are described to highlight his thought.

WU Qiuling LI Hua TANG Sha NIU Ming
Objective To evaluate the left ventricular myocardial work changes in early coronary heart disease by pressure-strain loop (PSL). Methods A total of 68 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) from June 2018 to September 2020 were selected. According to their coronary angiography results, they were divided into mild stenosis group (stenosis rate<50%) (27 cases) and moderate stenosis group (50%≤stenosis rate<75%) (41 cases). At the same time, 30 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group. PSL was used to evaluate global longitudinal strain (GLS) and myocardial work parameters, including global work index (GWI), global constructive work (GCW), global wasted work (GWW), and global work efficiency (GWE). Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between myocardial work parameters and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and GLS. The diagnostic value of myocardial work parameters in coronary heart disease was analyzed by using receiver operator characteristic curve and area under curve (AUC). Results The GLS and GWW of moderate stenosis group were higher than those of control group and mild stenosis group, while the GWI, GCW, and GWE of moderate stenosis group were lower than those of control group and mild stenosis group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). GWI and GCW were positively correlated with LVEF (r > 0, P < 0.05), negatively correlated with GLS (r < 0, P < 0.05). All myocardial work parameters had diagnostic value for coronary heart disease (AUC > 0.5, P < 0.05). Conclusion PSL can accurately assess the changes of myocardial work in patients with coronary heart disease, providing a new diagnostic basis for early clinical evaluation of coronary heart disease.

LI Xiangyu GU Xuexiang GE Qianwen
Objective To study the application value of endoscopic ultrasonography and CT in the diagnosis of esophageal submucosal masses. Methods A total of 103 patients with esophageal submucosal masses detected by gastroscopy from January 2019 to December 2020 in the Affiliated Huaian NO.1 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent endoscopic ultrasonography and CT examination, and were treated by surgery and diagnosed by pathology. The pathological results, endoscopic ultrasonography and CT findings of all patients were analyzed. The consistency between these two methods and pathological examination in judging benign and malignant tumors of different sizes of esophageal submucosa was compared. Results Pathological results of all patients showed that 8.74% were malignant tumors, all of which were malignant stromal tumors, and 91.26% were benign tumors. Endoscopic ultrasonography showed that the benign mass had clear boundary, smooth surface, and homogeneous or less homogeneous hypoechoic mass. The malignant mass was indistinct with mixed echogenic masses. CT showed that the benign mass had regular shape, oval solid mass, and clear boundary. The malignant mass had uneven density, fuzzy boundary, and uneven enhancement. Endoscopic ultrasonography was consistent with pathological examination (Kappa=0.797, P < 0.05), while CT was consistent with pathological examination (Kappa=0.415, P < 0.05). The diagnostic coincidence rate of endoscopic ultrasound was higher than that of CT, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Endoscopic ultrasonography and CT had good consistency with pathological examination in > 2 cm masses (Kappa=1.000, 0.800, P < 0.05). In 1-2 cm masses, endoscopic ultrasonography had a general consistency with pathological examination (Kappa=0.470, P < 0.05), while CT had a poor consistency with pathological examination (Kappa=0.356, P < 0.05). In < 1 cm masses, endoscopic ultrasonography had a general consistency with pathological examination (Kappa=0.642, P < 0.05), while CT had no consistency with pathological examination (P > 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasonography and CT have high consistency with pathological examination in the diagnosis of > 2 cm esophageal submucosal masses, which is worthy of promotion.
