集束化护理在淋巴结核难愈性创面皮肤护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing on skin care of lymphatic tuberculosis refractory wound surface. Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory lymphoid tuberculosis wounds admitted to Nanjing Integrated Traditionnal Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was carried out routine nursing measures, while the experimental group was carried out cluster nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing measures. After 15 days of intervention, the cure rate, nursing satisfaction, and negative mood between the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was, and the differences were(P ＜ 0.05). The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those before the intervention, while the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety and depression in the control group before and after intervention (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing has a good effect in the management of refractory lymphatic tuberculosis wound and is worthy of clinical promotion.
