52 Tumor immune escape from NK cells and immunomodulatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine on NK cells
SUN Yufang NI Zhongya WANG Lixin ZHU Shiguo
Malignant tumers are one of the diseases with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world. In recent years, tumor immunotherapy as a targeted therapy using its own immune system to induce anti-tumor effects has attracted more and more attention. Natural killer (NK) cells are lymphoid cells with a variety of immunological functions. They are important members of natural immunity. NK cells can directly or indirectly kill tumor cells through cytotoxicity and immune regulation, and play an important role in immune surveillance. However, there are many mechanisms in many malignant tumors to help the tumor escape the recognition and killing of NK cells, leading to immune escape. Therefore, how to restore and enhance the anti-tumor effect of NK cells is particularly important. Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate a variety of immune cell functions in the treatment of malignant tumors. This article reviews how tumor cells escape NK cells immune surveillance and the regulation of NK cells by traditional Chinese medicine.

WANG Yuehua WANG Yajun LIU Dongbin ZHAO Jing MA Shenghai
By analyzing the syllogism rules of clinical diagnosis, the logical expression and structural diagnosis process of clinical thinking mode is constructed. The thinking process of clinical diagnosis is a combination of vertical and lateral thinking analysis and judgment process. The thinking mode in clinical diagnosis can be represented by a logical expression of circular judgment, the diagnostic process can be represented by a structured diagnostic flow chart. Taking acute abdomen as an example, the structural flow chart of the established thinking model can clearly indicate the process of patient data collection and the process of deductive reasoning in syllogism and the relationship between them. The establishment of the thinking mode in clinical diagnosis is helpful to the design of teaching course and teaching method of clinical thinking. It is also helpful to the cultivation of the ability of clinical thinking in the process of transforming medical students into clinicians.

126 Based on intestinal alkaline phosphatase signaling pathway to discuss the mechanism of acupuncture maintaining intestinal flora-immune stability
MAO Wenjiao1 ZHANG Hongmei2
The alteration of intestinal microflora is considered to be the cause of the pathogenesis of Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Intestinal flora-immune disorders lead to changes in the intestinal microenvironment, which induce low-grade inflammation of the intestines. Intestinal alkaline phosphatase (IAP) considered as a potential regulator of intestinal microflora, protects the host from intestinal inflammation and tissue damage mainly in the colon, while is an important mucosal defense factor necessary to maintain the stability of the intestinal environment. Based on the above poinits, IAP-related pathway may be a new entry point to elucidate the molecular biological mechanism of acupuncture on intestinal flora-immune stability, to promote the understanding of the relationship between treatment from spleen and regulation of intestinal flora, and to enrich the scientific connotation of treatment from spleen in Chinese medicine.

177 Effect of Snyder hopes theory on the early rehabilitation in patients with stroke
YOU Jia1 XI Guangjun2
Objective To explore the effect of Snyder hopes theory on the early rehabilitation in patients with stroke. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017, 55 patients with strokes who were treated with early routine rehabilitation interventions in Wuxi People′s Hospital of Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") were used as the control group. From August 2017 to August 2018, 55 stroke patients admitted to our hospital based on Snyder′s hope theory of early rehabilitation intervention were selected as the observation group. The level of hope, daily living ability, neurological deficit degree and exercise compliance were compared before and after intervention. Results After 1 month of intervention, the total score of positive attitude towards the present and future, close relationship with others, positive action and hope level in the observation group were higher than that in the control group (all P < 0.05). The daily living ability scale (ADL) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 1 month of intervention, while the exercise compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Snyder hopes that the application of early theory in stroke patients can improve their hope level and daily living ability, reduce the degree of neurological deficit, and improve the patient′s exercise compliance, which is worth promoting.
