Application effect of nurse standardized training network information platform in ICU new nurses |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of network information platform on standardized training of new nurses in ICU. Methods From 2015 August to 2016 August, 50 new nurses recruited in ICU of Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") were selected as the control group, and routine training was adopted. In 2017 August, 46 new nurses recruited in ICU of our hospital were set as intervention group, by training through the network information platform. The clinical nursing ability, theoretical achievement and professional skill achievement of the two groups were compared. Results The self-evaluation of leadership, monitoring of critically ill patients, teaching and cooperation, planning and evaluation, communication, professional development and total score of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Peer evaluation of leadership, monitoring of critically ill patients, teaching and cooperation, planning and evaluation, communication, professional development and total score of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). The theoretical scores and professional skills of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Standardized training of nurses is a crucial link to train qualified nurses. Applying the network information platform to conduct standardized training of new ICU nurses can improve the training effect of new ICU nurses, which is worthy of reference and reference by all hospitals.
