| Logical expression and structural analysis of thinking mode in clinical diagnosis |

Abstract By analyzing the syllogism rules of clinical diagnosis, the logical expression and structural diagnosis process of clinical thinking mode is constructed. The thinking process of clinical diagnosis is a combination of vertical and lateral thinking analysis and judgment process. The thinking mode in clinical diagnosis can be represented by a logical expression of circular judgment, the diagnostic process can be represented by a structured diagnostic flow chart. Taking acute abdomen as an example, the structural flow chart of the established thinking model can clearly indicate the process of patient data collection and the process of deductive reasoning in syllogism and the relationship between them. The establishment of the thinking mode in clinical diagnosis is helpful to the design of teaching course and teaching method of clinical thinking. It is also helpful to the cultivation of the ability of clinical thinking in the process of transforming medical students into clinicians.
