32 Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in colorectal cancer based on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway
YANG Binbin1 CUI Ning1 ZHANG Yanan2 ZHAO Wenxiao3 WANG Shijun2
Colorectal cancer is an important public health problem all over the world, Wnt classical signaling pathway participates in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer by affecting life activities such as cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. Its abnormal activation can lead to the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, β-catenin has become an important target for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that colorectal cancer belongs to the category of “intestinal qin”, “intestinal addiction”, “accumulation”. The treatment is mainly to strengthen the spleen and soft and firm, clear away heat and dampness, regulate qi and activate blood circulation. It has achieved good effect in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer. Many studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine monomer or compound play an anti-tumor role by inhibiting the activation of Wnt pathway. This paper reviews the relevant research results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer through targeted intervention of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, in order to promote the research on the clinical anticancer mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, and make more rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinic.

36 Research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury
TANG Qiang1 WANG Yanxia2 LI Yuting2 YIN Xia2 MA Xiyuan2 LI Hongyu1
Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) is a type of myocardial injury in patients with ischemic heart disease after coronary intervention or thrombolytic therapy, which aggravates further and presents more severe clinical symptoms than before reperfusion. Studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine can protect damaged myocardial cells through multiple channels, multiple ways, and multiple targets to reduce myocardial reperfusion injury, with precise effect and practical value. Acupuncture is involved in regulating apoptosis, oxidative stress, calcium overload, inflammatory response, and mitochondrial structural dysfunction. Treatment prescription is associated with the etiology of MIRI and the mechanism of acupuncture. Moxibustion mainly stimulates the corresponding acupoints through its warming and tonifying effect to protect the heart. This paper analyzes the mechanism and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in treating MIRI, hoping to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of MIRI.

150 Application of Shengjiang Powder in children with acute suppurative tonsillitis based on ascending and descending theory
GUO Jianbo SONG Lina LUAN Junqi CHEN Hong ZHANG Wei
Acute suppurative tonsillitis in children belongs to the category of “tonsillitis” in traditional Chinese medicine. In clinical practice, clearing heat and removing toxicity, relieving throat disorder and detumescence are the therapeutic principles. The theory of ascending and descending is based on regulating the ascending and descending tendency of viscera-qi and the development of disease tendency, and it is also an important principle for the combination and compatibility of Chinese Materia Medica, and is affected by the drug odor, channel tropism, weight of texture, processing methods and medicinal parts and other factors. Shengjiang Powder is originally designed for warm disease, that’s what it’s called “when there is heat in both interior and superficies, and sanjiao, at the same time, the syndrome and treatment can not be described, this prescription can be used”. Now this prescription has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis. The author starting from the key pathogenesis of acute suppurative tonsillitis in traditional Chinese medicine, according to the medicinal properties theory of the compatibility of Bombyx Batryticatus with Cicadae Periostracum, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma with Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma and chinese rice wine with honey in Shengjiang Powder, so as to improve the clarity and reduce turbidity, tongli sanjiao and regulate qi to balance qi. The purpose of this paper is to explore the theoretical basis for the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with the theory of ascending and descending, to add or subtract according to the symptoms, to treat based on syndrome differentiation, and a medical record attached, to combine the medicinal properties theory with clinical practice in pediatrics, to broaden the theoretical study of Shengjiang Powder, it also provides a new idea and a new method for the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.
