Application progress of nutritional support in patients with radiotherapy for malignant tumors#br#
WANG Qinglan PAN Cen▲ DENG Yangqing
Patients with radiotherapy for malignant tumors have metabolic disorders of organism, radiation side effects, and psychological conditions due to their own diseases, vulnerable to malnutrition, which affect the therapeutic effect, quality of life, and overall survival situation. Compliant and reasonable tumor nutritional treatment can greatly improve the survival treatment and treatment sensitivity of cancer patients. The nutritional risk screening scale 2002 should be routinely used for patients with tumor radiotherapy to conduct nutritional risk screening, evaluating and monitoring nutritional status before, during, and after radiotherapy. This paper further used the patient-generated subjective global assessment scale for patients at nutritional risk, and classification criteria for acute radiation injury in the radiation therapy oncology group during radiotherapy to determine the next intervention strategy. Tumor patients should adopt the principle of five-step treatment according to the degree of malnutrition. The strengthening of clinical nursing work also has great significance and influence on improving patients’ satisfaction with treatment outcome and quality of life, satisfaction, and so on. This article reviews the application progress in the application of nutritional support therapy in patients with malignant tumors undergoing radiotherapy, in order to promote the more standardized implementation of nutritional support in patients with tumor radiotherapy.

Analysis on Professor He Liqun’s clinical prescription of diabetic nephropathy#br#
YUAN Zhongzhao ZHENG Qidan HE Liqun CHEN Gang▲
This article records Professor He Liqun’s ideas on clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Professor He believes that the pathogenesis of this disease always belongs to difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, and deficiency and excess are mixed. The deficiency of spleen and kidney’s qi and yin is the beginning of the disease; after a long time, the yang is damaged from the deficiency of yin; in the middle and late stage, both yin and yang of spleen and kidney are deficient; blood stasis throughout the whole process of diabetic nephropathy. The treatment should be based on the main principles of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, tonifying kidney and warming yang, dispelling wind, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In the early stage, tonifying qi and yin can take care of its origin, and in the middle and late stage, the yang of spleen and kidney should be raised to help its movement. Dispelling wind, activating blood circulation and dredging kidney collaterals should run through the whole treatment process when it takes too long for the course of the disease. With constant changes, combination of disease and syndrome, consideration of both evil and positive, and treatment of both symptoms and signs, we could achieve good results.

Analysis of English translation on Chinese medical Qigong terms from the perspective of the theory of adaptation and selection#br#
WANG Tingting ZHANG Chunxiao SHEN Yi
Since Chinese medical Qigong has absorbed the theoretical knowledge of Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism and others, its terms are rich in connotation, which causes the difficulty in English translation. Because of the lack of a unified translation standard of Chinese medical Qigong terms, therefore, the translation of the same term varies from one version to another. Although the translation can be simplified through common methods as literal translation and transliteration, it loses the cultural connotation and characteristics. Taking it for consideration, based on the theory of adaptation and selection, the author takes “Ba Duan Jin”, “Tiao Xi”, “Dan Tian”, and “Wu Qin Xi” as examples to analyze different translation versions from the language dimension, culture dimension, and communication dimension through the method of comparative study. And the paper stresses the importance of the cultural connotation in translation and aims to explore a new way for Chinese medicine Qigong terms translation to make contribution for its standardization.
