12 Relationship between long noncoding RNA TUBA4B and prognosis of patients with type Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma
GUO Yanjuan ZHAO Nannan ZHOU Jianli DONG Jianxin YUAN Jinling GAO Jie
Objective To explore the relationship between long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) TUBA4B and prognosis of patients with type Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma (EC). Methods A total of 123 patients with type Ⅱ EC treated in the North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from March 2013 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Data on EC differentiation, International Federation of Gynecology and Obste-trics staging (FIGO staging) and treatment of patients were collected. The patients with type Ⅱ EC were divided into survival group (82 cases) and death group (41 cases) according to the three-year prognosis. The level of lncRNA TUBA4B in EC tissues was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Receiver operator characteristic curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of lncRNA TUBA4B for the prognosis of EC. The patients were divided into high TUBA4B group (TUBA4B > 0.70, 93 cases) and low TUBA4B group (TUBA4B≤0.70, 30 cases) according to the optimal cut-off point of prognosis of type Ⅱ EC patients diagnosed. The survival of high TUBA4B group and low TUBA4B group were analyzed, and the risk factors for prognosis of EC were analyzed by Cox regression. The relationship between lncRNA TUBA4B and the prognosis of EC was analyzed by restrictive cubic spline fitting Cox regression. Results The three-year survival rate of type Ⅱ EC patients was 66.67%. The level of lncRNA TUBA4B in survival group was higher than that in death group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, sensitivity and specificity of LncRNA TUBA4B for the prognosis of type Ⅱ EC patients were 0.836, 63.41% and 95.12%, respectively. The median survival time of the high TUBA4B group was higher than that of the low TUBA4B group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Cox multivariate analysis showed that high FIGO stage and complex treatment were independent risk factors for prognosis of type Ⅱ EC (HR = 3.466, 1.751, P < 0.05). High degree of differentiation and high level of lncRNA TUBA4B were independent protective factors for prognosis of type Ⅱ EC (P < 0.05). The results of restrictive cubic spline fitting Cox regression analysis showed that lncRNA TUBA4B was correlated with the prognosis of type Ⅱ EC (P < 0.05), and the relationship was nonlinear (HR = 0.516, 0.073, P < 0.05). Concluson The level of LncRNA TUBA4B is associated with the prognosis of type Ⅱ EC, and a high level of LncRNA TUBA4B indicates a low risk of poor prognosis.

ZUO Wei1 MU Jingping2 XU Mingjun1▲
Objective To observe the effects of jiájǐ point electroacupuncture on spontaneous pain behavior and hyperalgesia in central pain model rats after experimental spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Thirty SPF male SD rats (56 days of age, weight 230-240 g) were divided into blank control group, SCI group and jiájǐ point group by random number table method, with ten rats in each group. In the SCI group and the jiájǐ point group, Allen’s percussion method was used to establish the experimental SCI central pain model at the L1 segment of the spinal cord, and the blank control group was not operated to create the model. The jiájǐ point group was treated with direct acupuncture at T8-T12 jiájǐ point for 30 min, once a day, for 14 days, while the blank control group and the SCI group were only fixed (30 min). The spontaneous pain behavior of rats was observed during treatment. After 14 days of treatment, Spinal cord motor evoked potential (scMEP) was recorded by unipolar transcortical electrical stimulation. Somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) in L1 was recorded by stimulation. Mechanical pain threshold was determined by von Frey hair method. The hot plate method was used to determine the hyperalgesia. Basso Beattie Bresnahan (BBB) score and oblique plate test were used to evaluate the treatment effect. Results The incidence of spontaneous screaming, scratching, licking, biting and autophagy in the jiájǐ point group was lower than that in the SCI group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the SCI group, N1 and N2 peaks of early components of scMEP in the jiájǐ point group were increased, and the latency of SEP, P and N waves were shortened, the pain response threshold of the lower trunk of the injured plane to non-invasive mechanical light pressure and light touch and 50% forepaw lifting in the jiájǐ point group were increased, the Paw withdrawal latency of the jiájǐ point group was increased, the paw withdrawal latencies were prolonged, the incidence of hyperalgesia was decreased, the BBB score was increased, and the inclination of inclined plate was increased, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at jiájǐ point can improve the pain threshold, dredge the meridians of “governor channel injury” and improve the spontaneous pain and hyperalgesia, which is conducive to the recovery of nerve conduction and motor function.

ZHAO Yaru LIU Yang LYU Yang WANG Wenhua WANG Haoyu WANG Qiaomin WANG Haiping
Objective To investigate the feasibility of inducing the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSC) into cardiomyocytes by sodium butyrate and fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF-2) in vitro. Methods BMMSC were isolated and purified by whole bone marrow adherent method and identified by flow cytometry. Normal complete medium (control group), 1 mmol/L sodium butyrate medium (sodium butyrate group), 1 ng/ml FGF-2 medium (FGF-2 group), 1 mmol/L sodium butyrate and 1 ng/ml FGF-2 medium (combined group) were added to induce culture. Total RNA was extracted from four groups at 1, 2 and 4 weeks after induction. Myocardial specific transcription factors were detected by quantitative reverse transcriptase-mediated PCR (qRT-PCR). Immunocytochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression of myocardial specific proteins induced by BMMSC after four weeks. Results After 48 h of culture, the primary cells showed oblate and adherent growth, and some cells had short fusiform changes. BMMSC cultured for one week were further extended and showed spindle shape, polygon shape and irregular shape. BMMSC cultured for four weeks showed obvious directional arrangement between adjacent cells, and some cells even formed whirlpool-like structures. Flow cytometry results showed that the isolated cells were purified BMMSC. The results of qRT-PCR showed that the expression of myocardium specific gene GATA-4 was the highest after two weeks of culture, and the expression in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the other groups (P < 0.05). The results of Western blot and immunocytochemistry showed that after four weeks of BMMSC culture, the heart-specific protein level in combined group was higher than those in the other groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sodium butyrate and FGF-2 induced the differentiation of BMMSC into cardiomyoid cells, and the combined induction is better than the single induction.

Objective To construct finite element models of different knee flexion angles after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with partial medial meniscectomy, and to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of tibiofemoral joint. Methods A male patient who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with partial medial meniscectomy in the Department of Sports Medicine, Guangzhou Sport University was selected to construct the finite element model of the knee joint. After load verification, the maximum stress of tibiofemoral articular cartilage and meniscus displacement were used as indicators to analyze the stress characteristics of tibiofemoral joint at different knee bending angles. Results The total number of elements in the knee joint finite element model was 582 044 and the total number of nodes was 391 670. The stress characteristics of tibiofemoral joint under different bending angles were simulated. The results showed that the stress of femoral condyle cartilage was concentrated in the middle, the stress of tibial plateau cartilage was mainly concentrated in the middle and posterior, and the stress of medial meniscus was concentrated in the residual end after resection when bending knee was 0°. At 30° and 60°, the stress of femoral condyle cartilage was concentrated in the posterior part. At 30°, the stress of tibial plateau cartilage mainly concentrated in the anterolateral part, and at 60°, the stress concentrated in the middle part. The stress of the medial meniscus is concentrated in the front at 30° and in the middle at 60°. The maximum stress of medial femoral condylar cartilage and tibial cartilage was 60°, 0°, and 30° respectively. The maximum stress of lateral femoral condylar cartilage, tibial plateau cartilage and medial meniscus was 60°, 30°, and 0° respectively. The maximum stress of the lateral meniscus was 30°, 60°, and 0° respectively. The maximum stress of medial tibial plateau and femoral condylar cartilage at different knee bending angles was greater than the lateral one, the maximum stress of medial meniscus was less than the lateral one at 0° and 30°, and greater than the lateral one at 60°. The results showed that the deformation displacement of the medial meniscus was smaller than that of the lateral meniscus at all angles. Conclusion The stress in the tibiofemural joint is the greatest when the knee is bent at 60°. The maximum stress in the cartilage of the medial tibial plateau and femoral condyle is greater than that of the lateral side at all angles of the knee bending, and the displacement of the medial meniscus is less than that of the lateral side.

43 Application of three-dimensional finite element model in the developmental dysplasia of the hip complicated by femoral head necrosis
SONG Zhigang
Developmental dysplasia of the hip can lead to hip dysfunction and even osteonecrosis of the femoral head, traditional imaging examination can not predict and reflect the condition comprehensively and timely. The three-dimensional finite element model, using image data combined with finite element mechanics, can simulate the stress condition of the proximal femur in different scenes and build model so as to provide a scientific solution for the treatment. The modeling experiment of developmental dislocation of the hip shows that establishing abduction angle is 80°, femoral head on the surface stress increases obviously, acetabulum stress than bone tissue to yield maximum intensity of stress directly affects internal vascular blood flow of the femoral head, the femoral head is prone to necrosis and collapse, the abduction angle should not exceed 80° during treatment. Establishment of prediction model of osteonecrosis of the femoral head reveals when the angle limite central is over 25°, there would be stress concentration points at the edge of the acetabulum, cartilage compression, leading to osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Therefore, the correctional treatment should be based on the restoration of the angle limite central to radiological “normal” range. According to the clinical classification of patients in the “severe, moderate, mild” situation, the best correction angle limite central should follow the law from small to large, which can get a satisfactory therapeutic effect.

51 Research progress on the relationship between glycemic variability and prognosis of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
XU Di1 TIAN Jinping 1,2 LIU Yunyue1 WANG Mi1 WANG Jie1
Although percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is becoming more and more mature, the problem of blood glucose fluctuation associated with PCI is becoming more and more prominent. Blood glucose fluctuations, or glycemic variability, are unstable states between peaks and valleys in blood glucose values, including short-term and long-term glycemic variability. Glycemic variability is the result of the interaction of multiple factors, which is easy to accelerate the process of coronary artery disease in patients treated by PCI, resulting in stent restenosis. It is also an independent predictor of poor prognosis in patients treated with PCI, which can lead to an increased incidence of cardiovascular adverse events and mortality. In this paper, the relevant influencing factors of glycemic variability in patients treated with PCI, the relationship between glycemic variability and patient prognosis, and blood glucose management were reviewed in order to provide theoretical reference for future research in this area.

55 Research progress in magnetic resonance imaging of pediatric obsessive-compulsive disorder related brain regions
ZHANG Hui GUO Suqin
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) usually occurs in childhood / adolescence, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. However, with the development of neural imaging, magnetic resonance imaging has been widely used in the study of OCD, and has played an important role in exploring the mechanism of pediatric OCD. Existing studies have suggested that pediatric OCD have abnormalities in the brain regions. The structural abnormalities are mainly located in the frontal lobe, thalamus, temporal lobe, etc., and the functional abnormalities are mainly in the attention network, executive network, etc., indicating that the disease may be related to neurodevelopmental abnormalities. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of magnetic resonance imaging in children and adolescents with OCD, providing evidence for the pathogenesis of pediatric OCD.

59 Association research on depression and anxiety state of medical students in colleges and universities based on generalized additive model
FENG Gong1 WU Xiaohui2 CHEN Min2 WANG Ke2 YAN Qinqin1▲
Objective To clarify the relationship between the depression and anxiety state of medical students in colleges and universities, and to increase the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological interventions. Methods From May to September 2020, a questionnaire survey was conducted among students in a university in Shaanxi Province to analyze the independent influencing factors of anxiety. On this basis, the generalized additive model was used to analyze the non-linear relationship between the self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and anxiety state. Results A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, a total of 979 valid questionnaires were returned, and the effective response rate was 97.9%. The major, gender, mother’s educational level, physical condition, study burden, sleep time, number of good friends, and the proportion of depression state among college students with different psychological conditions showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Gender (OR = 0.649), physical condition (OR = 1.395), study burden (OR = 1.762), number of friends (OR = 0.673), depression status (OR = 8.276) were independent influencing factors of anxiety status (P < 0.05). After adjusting for confounding factors, when the SDS scores <40 points, the risk of anxiety would increase by 21% for every additional unit (point) of SDS. When SDS scores >40 points, for every additional unit (point) of SDS, the risk of anxiety would increase by 10%. Conclusion For medical students in colleges and universities, men, the worse their physical condition, the heavier the burden of study, the fewer the number of good friends, and the heavier the degree of depression, will aggravate the anxiety state. And there is a threshold effect relationship between SDS score and anxiety state, which provides a basis for taking corresponding effective anxiety prevention intervention measures for colleges and universities to cope with the psychological crisis of medical students.

113 Professor Sun Antao’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of aplastic anemia with the idea of “strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor, removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration”
LI Rui1 SUN Antao2 TANG Xudong3
Aplastic anemia is a kind of pancytopenia disease with anemia, infection and bleeding as the main clinical manifestations. It is a common hematopoietic debilitating disease in blood diseases. Immunosuppressive therapy has a certain therapeutic effect on it, but the treatment cycle is longer, the side effects are larger, and after the withdrawal of the drug, there will often be a significant drop in blood manifestation, blood manifestation is difficult to return to normal, patients have to endure the side effects continue to take. Professor Sun Antao believes that in the basic treatment of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen with traditional Chinese medicine and androgens, the method of activating blood and resolving stasis can promote the bone marrow to rebuild the hematopoietic microenvironment and restore hematopoietic function, which can effectively alleviate the side effects of immunosuppressive drugs and improve the quality of life of patients. In this paper, professor Sun Antao’s treatment of aplastic anemia has broken through the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen. Professor Sun Antao focuses on the treatment of aplastic anemia patients with disease course of more than half a year from the perspective of removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration method, and provides typical cases of effective clinical treatment, with obvious effect and small side effects, which is worthy of reference and application.

121 Discussion on metastasis of colorectal cancer from Shaoyang theory
ZHAN Xiangyang JIN Jingyun LI Qi LIU Hui
By systematically combing the theory of “Shaoyang” in traditional Chinese medicine, it is found that the theory of “Shaoyang” is closely related to the metastasis of colorectal cancer. Physiologically, shaoyang is the pivot of the body, communicating the inside and outside of the body, maintaining the movement of qi, regulating the flow of fluid, blood and emotions. If shaoyang is unfavorable, it will lead to poor communication inside and outside the human body, form the turbid phlegm and blood stasis, disturb qi’s rise and fall, cause emotional disorder and spiritual failure. “Shaoyang” theory can affect the metastasis of colorectal cancer in the following aspects: first, the cancer toxin such as turbid phlegm and blood stasis will be endogenous if Shaoyang qi is not favorable; second, the cancer toxin will be transferred if qi mechanism is not working properly; third, if the Shaoyang cardinal mechanism is unfavorable, the body will be blocked inside and outside, the cancer toxin has no place to be released, emotional disorder and the supernatural power will leak out, then healthy qi deficiency can’t prevent cancer. Further connecting the theory of “Shaoyang” with the modern research progress, it can be found that abnormal autophagy, intestinal flora disorder, tumor angiogenesis and immune disorder may be the biological basis of intestinal cancer metastasis caused by unfavorable Shaoyang. It is helpful to prevent and treat the metastasis of colorectal cancer in consideration of “Shaoyang”.

134 Investigation on the fundus retinopathy with “fundus viscera syndrome differentiation” based on the combination of macro and micro syndrome differentiation
LU Bingwen1,2 XIE Like2 WU Gaiping2 ZHAO Jian1 YUAN Hang2
Because ancient traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ophthalmologists are unable to see the fundus, traditional macroscopic syndrome differentiation and the holistic concept are greatly limited, so the curative effects of TCM therapies for retinal diseases are not ideal. With the rapid development of modern retinal imaging technology and modern biotechnology, ophthalmologists can clearly understand retinal morphological and functional changes, which makes it possible to differentiate retinal diseases microscopically. The comprehensive diagnosis and treatment mode of traditional macro-syndrome differentiation combined with micro-syndrome differentiation by modern medical technology is helpful to grasp the core pathogenesis and carry out precise treatment in the clinical practice of TCM ophthalmology. By using the new method of syndrome differentiation and treatment, combined with the classical ophthalmology five-wheel theory, syndrome differentiation of six channels theory and “inner five-wheel” hypothesis, the “fundus viscera syndrome differentiation” based on the combination of macro and micro syndrome differentiation is expected to become the modern syndrome differentiation system for fundus retinopathy, deepen the understanding of fundus retinopathy, and imove the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of TCM ophthalmologists.

138 Professor Deng Tietao’s experience in treating chest pain after percutaneous coronary intervention with “the relevance theory of five zang viscera”
YANG Changhe1 LIU Zeyin1,2 SU Ziang1 CHEN Xiaoguang2
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is an effective treatment for coronary heart disease at present, and it has been widely used in clinic. However, there is still a higher incidence of chest pain after PCI. Simple western medicine treatment has limitations. Professor Deng Tietao has a great advantage in treating chest pain after PCI by applying “the relevance theory of five zang viscera”, he proposes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is “deficient root and excessive manifestation” and the pathological change is “first deficiency and then excess”. He advocates the use of traditional Chinese medicine emergency surgery to treat acute chest pain, based on “the relevance theory of five zang viscera”, simultaneous treatment of heart and spleen, simultaneous treatment of phlegm and blood stasis, combination of reinforcing and reducing, combination of internal and external. The purpose of this paper is to summarize Deng Tietao’s experience in treating chest pain after PCI from the perspective of “the relevance theory of five zang viscera”.
