Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hydraulic dilatation combined with akupotomye by ultrasound-guided in the treatment of patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis. Methods A total of 80 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis during unilateral freezing period admitted to Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University and Aerospace Center Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional blind hydraulic dilation and akupotomye therapy, while the observation group adopted the hydraulic dilatation combined with akupotomye by ultrasound-guided. Both groups were treated once a week, three times/ course of treatment, after one course of treatment, both groups were given functional exercise. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Constant-Murley shoulder function score (CM) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and one month after treatment. Results There were statistically significant differences in VAS and CM scores before and after treatment, and one month after treatment, time point comparison and interaction between the two groups (P < 0.05). Further pairwise comparison and intra-group comparison: after treatment and one month after treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the CM score was higher than that before treatment, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Comparison between groups: One month after treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in the same period, and the CM score was higher than that of the control group in the same period, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Hydraulic dilation combined with akupotomye by ultrasonic-guided release for the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis can realize visualization and improve shoulder function.
