QIU Jiahan1 YUAN Shuo1 ZHANG Jiaqi2 KUANG Zijun2
Objective To study the effect of ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription on the treatment target of ectopic pregnancy by network pharmacology. Methods Based on the traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform, as well as the known effective active ingredients of ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription in relevant literatures from January 2015 to January 2020 on CNKI, VIP and Wanfang websites, the active ingredients of the prescription were finally screened out. After obtaining all the traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, oral bioavailability and drug-likeness were taken as the screening conditions to obtain the effective gene targets of the above active ingredients through the Uniprot website. Finally, an “active ingredient-target” network was established with the help of Cytoscape 3.8.0. Disgenet database and GeneCards database were used to retrieve disease targets of ectopic pregnancy. The ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription was intersected with the disease target. Proteinprotein interaction (PPI) networks were constructed and mapped using the Bisogenet plugin in Cytoscape 3.8.0 software. Top three degree value of the target proteins and effective components of the drug in the RSCB PDB database, Autodock Tolls software and Pymol software were used to make molecular docking operation. At the same time, the DAVID database was used for GO classification enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of key targets in PPI network diagram. Results A total of 159 effective targets for ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription and 1362 disease targets for ectopic pregnancy were screened out. After the intersection of the two, 65 targets for ectopic pregnancy treatment were obtained. Based on molecular docking of the top 3 proteins and active components in the PPI network with degree values, it was concluded that the core component of ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription had good binding activity with the target of ectopic pregnancy. GO enrichment analysis results showed that among the 220 related target genes, 207 core target genes were involved in enrichment, and a total of 518 enrichment results were obtained, including 174 molecular functions, 126 cell components, and 218 biological processes. KEGG analysis showed that there were 220 related target genes, among which 181 core target genes were involved in 111 signaling pathways. Molecular docking and enrichment analysis showed that ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription was effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy mainly by acting on NTRK1 and other proteins through signaling pathways such as tumor signaling pathway. Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ prescription can act on multiple targets of ectopic pregnancy and participate in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways, which can provide a new direction for the study of its pharmacological mechanism.

55 Research progress in the pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency based on oxygen sensing pathway
ZHU Yixuan1 DONG Xiaoying2
Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is a tough disease that causes decreased ovarian function in women and is closely related to follicular granulosa cell apoptosis. The oxygen sensing pathway in the human body is one of important signaling pathways. As the core element of the oxygen sensing pathway, hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) α participates in a series of signal cross-linking related to POI and mediates granulosa cell apoptosis together with other molecules and signaling pathway elements. Overexpressed HIF-1α upregulates the BNIP3 expression, which may induce granulosa cell apoptosis. Meanwhile, HIF-1α can enhance granulosa cell autophagy through activated PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway. Autophagy and apoptosis of granulosa cells are interrelated. They can jointly inhibit the development of oocytes and follicles, promote follicular atresia and lead to POI. In this paper, mechanisms and signaling pathways of apoptosis and autophagy induced by HIF-1α in granulosa cells are investigated to explore the pathogenesis of POI based on oxggen sensing pathway, which is aimed to provide a new approach for the research and treatment of POI.

59 Research progress of the management of organs respiratory motion during radiotherapy for abdominal tumors
ZHU Die FU Qianfeng ZHANG Daxin
Radiotherapy for abdominal tumors is inconclusive because of the breathing-induced movement of tumors and organs at risk. The management of tumors and organs movement in radiotherapy is crucial for abdominal precision radiotherapy. If the movement has not been properly considered during radiotherapy, delivered dose will deviate, which will affect the therapeutic effect. With the development of radiotherapy equipment and technology, many techniques have been developed and applied to manage the movement, such as motion-encompassing techniques, breath-hold techniques, forced shallow-breathing techniques, respiratory-gating techniques, and real-time motion tracking techniques. All kinds of technologies have their own characteristics. At present, several techniques are combined to achieve better therapeutic effect in clinic. This article reviews the research progress of the management of organs respiratory motion during radiotherapy for abdominal tumors.

153 Discussion on pathogenesis and treatment of follicular dysplasia syndrome based on “collateral disease theory”
ZHOU Qun1 LIU Qingyuan1 YANG Cuijuan2
Follicular dysplasia syndrome belongs to the categories of “menstruation disease” “ amenorrhea” and “infertility” in traditional Chinese medicine. The main cause and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine is kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and phlegm stasis block, according to “collateral disease theory”, its position is in the uterine and collateral, the basic pathogenesis is collateral deficiency and collateral stasis. The basic principle of treatment is to tonify the kidney and dredge the collaterals, mainly from three aspects: tonifying the kidney and filling the essence to nourish the cellular collaterals, regulating the liver qi to make the accumulation and diarrhea have a certain degree, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis to make chong and ren reach. Three methods can choose one or more methods in different dialectics or different stages, so that the follicles can develop and discharge normally. In this paper, we will start from the pathogenesis, treatment principles and prescriptions, and elaborate the academic thought of “collateral disease theory” in the treatment of follicular dysplasia syndrome.

LIN Jiping TONG Taoran ZHAO Xiping HU Xianjin▲
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficiency of fully digital mammography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in elderly patients with breast tumors. Methods The 101 elderly patients with breast tumors admitted to Tongling People’s Hospital in Anhui Province from January 2016 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All patients received fully digital mammography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. The imaging data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed. Pathological results as the “gold standard” were used, and the diagnostic efficacy of the three diagnostic methods for malignant breast tumors were compared. Results A total of 101 elderly patients with breast tumors were diagnosed with 34 cases of malignant tumors by pathological examination. There were 28, 19, 26, and 33 malignant tumors detected by fully digital mammography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and combined diagnosis, respectively. The area under the curve (AUC) of different diagnostic methods for malignant breast tumors was combined diagnosis (0.960), fully digital mammography (0.795), ultrasound (0.669), and magnetic resonance imaging (0.640). The combined diagnosis of AUC was compared with fully digital mammography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined diagnosis of the three were 97.06%, 89.55% and 92.08%, respectively, which were higher than those of various single tests. Conclusion Fully digital mammography and ultrasound can be used as the first choice for early screening of advanced breast cancer in clinical. For patients with suspicious screening results, the results of magnetic resonance imaging can be further clarified, thereby improving the accuracy of their diagnosis.
