| Application of comfortable nursing based on humanistic care concept in observing patients in anesthesia recovery room |

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing based on the concept of humanistic care in observing patients in anesthesia recovery room. Methods From June 2016 to July 2019, 145 patients in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who underwent elective general anesthesia and entered the anesthesia recovery room for observation were divided into observation group of 73 cases and control group of 72 cases by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was combined with comfort nursing based on humanistic care. The physiological function recovery, complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Consciousness blood pressure, breathing and mobility scores of the two groups were higher than those of the same group when they entered the room (P ＜ 0.05). The consciousness, blood pressure, breathing and mobility scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the observation group satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing based on humanistic care can help to promote the recovery of physiological functions of patients in the anesthesia recovery room, reduce postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
