Application discussion on pharmaceutical chemistry WeChat public account in the teaching practice of medicinal chemistry |

Abstract Pharmaceutical chemistry is a compulsory basic course for pharmacy majors, which aims to help students master the chemical characteristics and structure-activity relationship of representative drugs for various diseases. As a supplement to classroom teaching, based on the author’s teaching practice, this article selects some of the high quality WeChat public account of pharmacy, and discusses how to use WeChat public account knowledge section, from three aspects, namely, expansion, summary and frontiers. This new learning method of browsing and reading can not only help students understand the frontier information of pharmaceutical chemistry, but also stimulate their enthusiasm to explore pharmaceutical research, so as to improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical chemistry.
