健脾化痰中药干预治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果及对HSP70表达水平的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Huatan traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence on HSP70 expression level. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into conventional group and combined group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Conventional group was treated with Western medicine, and combined group was treated with Jianpi Huatan traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional group. The overall clinical efficacy, the efficacy of gastric mucosal gland atrophy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and the scanning peak area of HSP70 in gastric mucosa homogenate before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results Total clinical effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The effect of gastric mucosal gland atrophy in combined group was higher than that in conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and combined group was lower than conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scanning peak area of HSP70 in gastric mucosa homogenate of two groups was larger than that before treatment, and combined group was larger than that conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Huatan traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can effectively improve the related clinical symptoms, promote the atrophy of gastric mucosal glands, and regulate the expression level of HSP70.
