34 Research progress on the mechanism of acupuncture at nèiguān in the treatment of mental disorders based on functional magnetic resonance imaging
LI Xiaoling1 NIE Shouping2 LI Ang3 LI Meng1 WANG Feng1 CAO Danna1,2 LIU Xiaohui2 CAI Li’na2
Nèiguān is commonly used in the clinical treatment of mental disorders, with significant curative effect, but its neural mechanism is complex. In this paper, a review of recent studies on acupuncture of nèiguān based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology found that the trend of activation of brain regions is different with different acupuncture methods at unilateral acupoints. Acupuncture on both sides of the acupoints, the changes of activated brain regions in different populations are closely related to their pathological states. Acupuncture at nèiguān and its acupoints can produce extensive activation of brain regions and overlap of specific functional brain networks, which may be the mechanism of acupuncture at nèiguān in the clinical treatment of mental disorders.

116 Discussion on “menstrual regulation focus on nourishing yin” by Professor He Fengjie based on natural period therapy
WANG Haijing1 HE Fengjie1 ZHU Hongli1 LI Nan1 LI Xiaoning1 CHEN Mei1 BAI Jun1 PANG Yu2
Professor He Fengjie more thinks that “closed and stop tendency menstrual disorder” is mainly pathogenesis characterized by yin deficiency, blood deficiency and fluid deficiency, and contains other symptoms. Clinical treatment should focus on nourishing yin and fluid and give consideration to other syndrome. In the treatment, it is advocated that menstrual regulation should be based on the natural period, and nourishing yin should be emphasized. Taking “nourishing blood and nourishing yin essence in the whole period, and seeking yang in the second half of the cycle to warm yang” as the method of clinical syndrome to add or subtract medication for conditioning, especially for stubborn and difficult “closed and stop tendency menstrual disorder”, such as retarded menstruation, hypomenorrhea, amenorrhea, infertility, etc, is particularly important. In this paper, a large number of literature and combined with clinical experience gain to further elaborate the theory.

120 Clinical experience of Professor Li Huashan in the treatment of ulcerative colitis
ZHANG Guoxia LI Yufei WANG Xiaofeng LI Huashan▲
This paper summarizes the clinical experience of my teacher, Professor Li Huashan, in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and elaborates from three aspects of disease name, etiology and pathogenesis, and specific treatment experience. Professor Li Huashan believes that the name of the disease depends on its clinical manifestations. The pathogenesis of the disease is the root deficiency and manifestation excess. Root deficiency is deficiency of spleen and kidney and deficiency of vital qi. Manifestation excess is dampness-heat of large intestine and not smoothly of qi movement. The active period is mainly manifested as excess syndrome, while the remission period is mainly manifested as deficiency syndrome. The treatment should be combined with treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment based on stages, and both manifestation and root should be taken into account to removing stagnation and invigorating spleen. In addition, do not forget to regulate qi and blood, pay attention to regulate qi and channel block, promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis, balance the relationship between replenishing qi and regulating qi, promote blood circulation and hemostasis. Don’t forget the liver wood by soil, the active period of attention to sooth the liver and regulate spleen, regulate the mood, remission period to patients with psychological guidance, at the same time to guide patients to develop good eating habits and living habits, reduce recurrence.

140 Explanation of yin and yang theory in intervertebral disc degeneration and its clinical significance
SUN Daoxi1 WANG Nan2 XIE Lin1
Intervertebral disc degeneration is a complex process. At present, it is considered that the dynamic balance of catabolism and anabolism in the intervertebral disc environment is broken by many factors, which eventually leads to the apoptosis of nucleus pulposus cells. This complicated process coincides with the view of disease caused by “imbalance of yin and yang” in the theory of yin and yang. In the process of intervertebral disc degeneration, dynamic state, decreased blood vessels, increased osteoclasts, inflammatory factors, catabolism and apoptosis belong to yang, while static state, vascular proliferation, inflammatory factor inhibitory enzyme, anabolism and cell growth belong to yin. The explanation of yin and yang theory of intervertebral disc degeneration can develop the micro syndrome differentiation theory of traditional Chinese medicine, guiding clinical medication and functional exercise. Modern research guides the exploration of the mechanism of multi-target balance and the consideration of various factors of disease. This paper analyzes the mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration from the theory of yin and yang, and constructs a bridge between the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and microstructure, which provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.

193 Summary of Phase Ⅰ data for MEK inhibitors approved
GUO Yuying TIAN Hongqi
The mitogen-activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (MEK) is a dual specificity kinase that selectively phosphorylates serine/threonine and tyrosine residues on target protein. MEK has become an attractive target because inhibiting its activity can prevent cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis. Phase Ⅰ clinical trials of new anti-tumor drugs have great risk, high fatality rate and is one of the key factors that affect the launch of the drug. Four MEK inhibitors have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including Trametinib, Cobimetinib, Binimetinib and Selumetinib. In this review, phase Ⅰ clinical trial data of these drugs are summarized to provide some references for other MEK inhibitors that are going to conduct phase Ⅰ clinical trials or are in clinical trials.
