DAI Youjin FU Heling BAO Dan ZHENG Yuan HOU Daorong
Objective To investigate the protective effect of CD47 antibody on Isoproterenol (ISO) induced primary cardiomyocytes injury in rats. Methods The myocardial cells were isolated from 40 SD rats (1-3 days old). The model of primary myocardial cells injury was induced by ISO. The myocardial cells of rats were divided into normal control group (control group), model group (ISO group) and treatment group (Anti-CD47+ISO group) by random number table. In control group, myocardial cells were cultured in the conventional medium; in ISO group, the conventional culture medium was added with ISO (10-5 mol/L) for 48 h; in Anti-CD47+ISO group, CD47 antibody (7 μg/mL) was added to the conventional culture medium for 12 h, followed by ISO (10-5 mol/L) for another 48 h. Cultured supernatants were collected to measure lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malonadehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO); the myocardial apoptosis rate was detected using Annexin-V and PI double staining and flow cytometry; dihydroethidium (DHE) staining was used to detecte reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cardiomyocytes; the expression of CD47, Bcl-2 and Bax was detected by Western blot. Results Compared with the control group, the myocardial cells apoptosis rate in ISO group was significantly increased (P < 0.01); compared with the ISO group, the cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate in Anti-CD47+ISO group was significantly decreased (P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the levels of LDH, CK, MDA and ROS in ISO group were significantly increased (P < 0.01), the levels of SOD and NO were significantly decreased (P < 0.01); compared with the ISO group, the levels of SOD and NO in Anti-CD47+ISO group were significantly increased (P < 0.01) and the levels of LDH, CK, MDA and ROS were significantly decreased (P < 0.01). The results of Western blot showed that compared with the control group, the expression of CD47 and Bax in ISO group was increased significantly (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), the expression of Bcl-2 in ISO group was decreased significantly (P < 0.01); compared with ISO group, the expression levels of CD47 and Bax in Anti-CD47+ISO group were decreased significantly (P < 0.01); the expression level of Bcl-2 in ISO group was increased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion CD47 antibody may inhibit myocardial apoptosis by inhibiting the production of ROS and regulating the expression rate of Bcl-2/Bax protein, thus playing a protective effect on ISO-induced primary myocardial cell injury in rats.

QIAN Ying1 CAO Bingzhen2
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of anti-NMDAR encephalitis, including clinical manifestation, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings, cerebrospinal fluid changes (CSF) and treatment outcome. Methods Clinical data of 29 cases with anti-NMDAR encephalitis from January 2011 to March 2017 were collected in four medical centers, including Ji′nan Military General Hospital, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, Shandong Provincial Hospital, and the Second Hospital of Shandong University. The characteristics of cases were analyzed and the patients were followed up. Results The age of 29 patients was ranged from 2 to 70 years, with a mean value of (27.8±13.46). There were 12 males and 17 females. Tumors were detected in 2 males and 3 females during the follow-up periods. The clinical manifestations included psychiatric symptoms (89.7%), seizures (69.0%), dyskinesia (65.5%), hypoventilation (20.7%), recognizant levels drop (44.8%) and autonomic instability (58.6%). Positive rate of CSF routine and biochemistry tests was 70.0%, 96.6% patients with positive anti-NMDA receptor antibodies in serum, and all patients with positive anti-NMDA receptor antibodies in CSF. The EEG records were abnormal in  82.8% patients, with mild degree (20.7%) and middle and serious degree (62.1%) in generalized or frontal to temporal areas. Abnormal MRI changes were observed in 55.2% patients, in which the most common manifestations were T2-FLAIR hyper intensities in frontal and temporal lobes. All patients were treated with immunotherapy, among of whom 5 patitents received immunosuppressive agent (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide or Azathioprine), 1 patitent received plasmapheresis, 1 patitent  diagnosed with small cell carcinoma received chemotherapy, 2 patitents were diagnosed with teratoma and received surgical resection. Death occurred in 3 patitents - during the follow-up period, the remaining 26 (89.7%) cases experienced well recoveries (modified Ranking scale 0-2). Conclusion In anti-NMDAR encephalitis patients, the positive anti-NMDAR antibody in CSF is the most common laboratory findings. The abnormal electroencephalogram (EEG) records occur in most cases and correlated with the severity of anti-NMDAR encephalitis. Most patients receive a substantial recovery by early stage first-line immunosuppressive treatments. Surgical resection and chemotherapy improve prognosis for the cases with tumors.

155 Discussion on the pathogenesis and treatment of uterine leiomyoma based on emotional factors
LIU Yu LI Donghua CHEN Chao WANG Wenna ZHOU Jie
With the rapid development of today′s society, people′s living pace is accelerating, and the diseases caused by emotional factors are increasing. Research shows that the occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma are mostly related to sadness, anger and other emotions. Chinese medicine believes that intense emotion or incomprehension can lead to dysfunction of viscera and qi and blood, and eventually induce hysteromyoma. Its pathogenesis can be divided into "worry impairing heart" and "worry impairing spleen" and "anger-in impairing liver". In addition, in the treatment of uterine fibroids, the therapeutic idea of "combination of Xing and Shen" of traditional Chinese medicine also plays a prominent advantage, it pays attention to "adjusting the mind" on the basis of "curing the body", which can not only alleviate the negative emotion of patients, but also can greatly improve the patients′ physiological function.

168 The three dimensions and its practice of the spread of health qigong in Chinese medicine colleges
LIU Jiali GONG Bomin
To response to the call of The Opinions on the Implementation of China′s Excellent Traditional Cultural Heritage Development Project, Chinese medicine colleges should study health qigong from three dimensions including value concept, system design and action strategy. The research suggests that, at present, to inherit traditional national sports culture, Chinese medicine colleges should first emphasize the looseness, cleanness and softness of health qigong, observe their physical and mental state and further the concept of keeping healthy through the practice of mind and body. Secondly, Chinese medicine colleges should make good policy and norms of good health qigong campus and cultural interpretation and inheritance in terms of system design. In addition, Chinese medicine colleges should deal well with the communication between the spread of the educational value of school in leading health qigong and the spread of the humanistic value of community in leading health qigong in terms of action strategy.
