| The three dimensions and its practice of the spread of health qigong in Chinese medicine colleges |

Abstract To response to the call of The Opinions on the Implementation of China′s Excellent Traditional Cultural Heritage Development Project, Chinese medicine colleges should study health qigong from three dimensions including value concept, system design and action strategy. The research suggests that, at present, to inherit traditional national sports culture, Chinese medicine colleges should first emphasize the looseness, cleanness and softness of health qigong, observe their physical and mental state and further the concept of keeping healthy through the practice of mind and body. Secondly, Chinese medicine colleges should make good policy and norms of good health qigong campus and cultural interpretation and inheritance in terms of system design. In addition, Chinese medicine colleges should deal well with the communication between the spread of the educational value of school in leading health qigong and the spread of the humanistic value of community in leading health qigong in terms of action strategy.
