[Abstract] Objective To explore a method to predict the learning and memory ability of rats with vascular dementia (VD) by constructing a multiple linear regression model based on LASSO. Methods Forty male clean grade SD rats aged three to five months, weighing (175±25)g, were divided into model group and sham operation group by random number table method with 20 rats in each group. Random number table method was used to select five rats from each group for prediction model validation, and 15 rats from each group for prediction model establishment. The model group was prepared by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion in stages. The common carotid artery was not ligated after isolated in the sham operation group. Morris water maze was used to detect the learning and memory ability (latency) of rats. After 12 weeks of modeling, 42 blood biochemical indexes such as total protein, total bile acid and total cholesterol were detected. The multiple linear regression model between latency and blood biochemical indexes was initially established and the model was tested for multicollinearity. LASSO regression was used to screen the predictors of blood biochemical indexes to further improve the model, and the error rate was calculated to verify the feasibility of the model. Results Compared with sham operation group, latency of model group was significantly prolonged (P < 0.05). Variance inflation factor values of total protein, total bile acid, total cholesterol, and other 26 indexes were more than 10, indicating multicollinearity of the model. LASSO regression screened ten indexes such as total bilirubin, triglyceride, and cholinesterase, and established multiple linear regression model of latency: W = 51.887-0.384x1-0.104x2-0.154x3-4.988x4-1157.079x5-7.308x6+7.639x7+0.183x8-0.025x9+34.528x10 (x1: total protein; x2: total bile acid; x3: total bilirubin; x4: total cholesterol; x5: apolipoprotein A; x6: high density lipoprotein cholesterol; x7: triglyceride; x8: carbon dioxide; x9: cholinesterase; x10: immunoglobulin M) Model correlation coefficient R = 0.852, goodness of fit R2 = 0.725, regression model statistical value F = 5.016, significance P = 0.001, error rate was less than 5%. Conclusion The mathematical prediction model of ten blood biochemical characteristics and latency period established in this study has an obvious linear relationship and a high degree of fitting, which can not only assist in judging the success of replication of experimental VD animal model, but also provide a convenient and fast detection, which is expected to provide a reference for early prediction and intervention of clinical VD patients.

39 Research progress on the correlation between tumor stem cells and EGFR-TKI resistance mechanism of lung adenocarcinoma#br#
CHEN Yu1 CHEN Jie2 LI Yajun1▲
Lung cancer is currently the malignant tumor with the fastest increase in morbidity and mortality. Among them, the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation rate of adenocarcinoma accounts for the highest proportion of lung cancer patients. For such patients, epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) targeted therapy is its main treatment method, which can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells with EGFR sensitive mutations. However, acquired drug resistance severely restricts the use of such drugs. Cancer stem cells (CSC) are small part of cells that exist in tumor tissues, which can promote tumor cell growth, invasion and migration, multidirectional differentiation, and resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The specific targeting of CSC combined with conventional chemotherapy may achieve the goal of stabilizing remission or curing tumors. Therefore, this article reviews recent research progress in the mechanism of acquired drug resistance of CSC and lung adenocarcinoma EGFR-TKI, and provides new strategies and directions for future research.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of sedative tolerance in ICU patients, so as to provide reference for formulating corresponding medical care measures. Methods Electronic medical records of 372 patients undergoing sedative and analgesic mechanical ventilation in West China Hospital, Sichuan University from February 2017 to March 2021 were retrospectively collected, and they were divided into the tolerant group (60 cases) and the non-tolerant group (312 cases) according to the incidence of sedative tolerance. Univariate analysis and logistic regression model were used to explore the factors associated with sedative tolerance in patients. Results The age, scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ (APACHE Ⅱ) in the tolerant group were lower than those in the non-tolerant group, the body mass index, proportion of patients with drinking history and repeated intermitten push injection were higher than those in the non-tolerant group, the use time of sedative was longer than that of non-tolerant group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that age, APACHE Ⅱ score, alcohol consumption, duration of sedative use, and repeated intermitten push injection were independent influencing factors of sedative tolerance (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients who are prone to sedative tolerance after sedative and analgesic mechanical ventilation, clinical attention should be paid to the use of sedative drugs in severe patients and management standards should be formulated, and measures should be actively taken to reduce the occurrence of sedative tolerance and protect the safety of patients.

DING Leilei1 JIA Chengpu2 FU Li1 LI Li1 WANG Tingting1▲
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome (MS) and application value of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in MS. Methods A total of 968 physical examination subjects in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into MS group (241 cases) and non-MS group (727 cases) according to whether they had MS. The differences of clinical data and laboratory indicators between the two groups were observed, the correlation between NLR and MS metabolic indicators was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, the influencing factors of MS were analyzed by logistic regression model, and the diagnostic efficacy of NLR for MS was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results In MS group, age, male proportion, smoking proportion, alcohol consumption proportion, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), uric acid (UA), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), NLR were higher than those of non-MS group, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was lower than that in non-MS group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that NLR was positively correlated with metabolic indicators of MS patients including BMI, SBP, DBP, FBG, HbA1c, TG, UA, and hs-CRP (r > 0, P < 0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL-C (r < 0, P < 0.05), after adjusting for gender, age, smoking history, and alcohol history, the above correlation still existed (adjusted P < 0.05). Analysis of influencing factors showed that advanced age, high BMI, high SBP, high DBP, high TG, high FBG, and high NLR were independent risk factors for MS (OR > 1, P < 0.05), while female and high HDL-C were protective factors (OR < 1, P < 0.05). ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of NLR for diagnostic MS was 0.745 (P < 0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of MS is affected by age, gender, and a variety of metabolic factors. NLR is closely related to MS, which has certain diagnostic value for MS.

123 Overview of definition, diagnosis and treatment about head sore in ancient Chinese medicine literature#br#
JIANG Lan1,2 SUN Liyun2
The name of head sore in ancient books has a complicated evolution. With head sore as the key word, we systematically sort out it from ancient traditional Chinese medicine literatures, including the interpretation of definition, etiology and pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, differential diagnosis, treatment, prevention and outcome. The disease is generally divided into white ringworm and fat sore. It is a superficial fungal skin disease that occurs on the scalp, mostly occurs in children and is contagious. The pathogenesis is mostly related to the dampness and heat of the meridians and viscera, exogenous wind-heat and insects. As for treatment, it is suitable for clearing heat and removing dampness, killing insects and relieving itching. It is characterized by external treatment and there are many types of external preparations. After illness, it is necessary to prevent infection and get early diagnose and treat.

128 Experience summary of Professor Yu Chenghui in treating hypertensive nephropathy#br#
LIU Qiong1,2 JIANG Yan1,2 WANG Xufang1,2
Hypertensive nephropathy is a common cause of end-stage chronic kidney disease. Professor Yu Chenghui is a famous expert of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Jiangsu Province, who has rich experience in the treatment of kidney diseases. Firstly, he puts forward the “damp heat theory” of chronic nephritis, combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation, and believes that hypertensive nephropathy is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity. The location of the disease is initially in the liver and kidney, and finally in the heart, spleen and lung. The basic pathogenesis is deficiency of liver and kidney, dampness and turbidity, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals. It can be divided into four types: yin deficiency of liver and kidney, spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness, qi deficiency and blood stasis and turbid toxin accumulation. The main treatment is nourishing yin and suppressing yang, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Giving consideration to both the specimen and the body, strengthening the healthy and eliminating the evil. Daily emotional conditioning and diet conditioning also play an important role in the control of disease development.

132 Clinical experience of Zhang Minghe in the treatment of renal damage in systemic lupus erythematosus#br#
HAO Jinqiu1 XU Yunsheng2 FU Xinli3
This paper summarizes Professor Zhang Minghe’s clinical experience in the treatment of renal damage in systemic lupus erythematosus, and introduces the academic idea of treating renal damage in systemic lupus erythematosus by stages and syndrome differentiation. Professor Zhang believes that the main cause of the disease is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, congenital deficiency, external heat toxin or internal heat accumulation, blood heat removing blood stasis, blood stasis and heat beating, and lying in the renal collaterals. Treatment should distinguish the primary and secondary of deficiency and excess according to syndrome differentiation, flexible selection of prescription and medication at different stages of course evolution around “deficiency of origin, blood stasis and heat toxin”. At the same time, we should pay attention to the combined treatment with Western medicine and take the advantages of the two to improve the prognosis.

150 Clinical experience of Wuzhuyu Decoction in treating headache#br#
WANG Jiandong HUANG Xiaobo
Wuzhuyu Decoction, first seen in Shanghan Lun, is a representative prescription for jueyin disease with headache. The author thinks that jueyin disease with headache should not be limited to parietal headache. Some migraines and eye distending pain can also be classified as jueyin disease with headache. The person must be accompanied by afraid of cold and fond of warm, which is especially true for the head afraid of cold and wind, pale tongue, white fur, stringy pulse, or accompanied by digestive system symptoms, such as nausea and vomiting, salivation, epigastric fullness, etc. The pathogenesis is deficiency cold of liver and stomach, upward counterflowing of turbid yin, add and subtract Wuzhuyu Decoction was used as the prescription. In addition, Wuzhuyu Decoction can also treat headache with phlegm-fluid retention and some chronic headache, which expands the application of Wuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of headache. As for the dosage of medicinal evodia fruit, the author thinks that the dosage should be increased or decreased according to the severity of the disease and the patient’s constitution, 3 g-6 g-9 g. The dosage of medicinal evodia fruit should not be copied from the ancient prescription, and it should not be too rigidly adhered to the pharmacopoeia, otherwise, the drug dose used for serious diseases is low, making the treatment effect is not good. On this basis, it is the premise of safe use of Wuzhuyu Decoction to pay attention to the quality of Wuzhuyu Decoction Pieces and decocting method.

GU Wencui1 LIN Hongxia2
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of contrast medium leakage after CT enhanced scan. Methods Data of 51 patients with contrast medium leakage after CT enhanced scan in Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) from January 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively collected and included in the occurrence group. Data of 51 patients without contrast medium leakage after CT enhanced scan in our hospital during the same period were collected and included in the non-occurrence group. Baseline data of the two groups were recorded and analyzed, scanning sites, injection sites, and contrast medium injection rates of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of contrast medium leakage after CT enhanced scan. Results The proportion of patients with combined hypertension or diabetes mellitus or malignant tumor, forearm vena injection, and contrast medium injection rate were higher than those in the non-occurrence group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that hypertension, diabetes mellitus, malignant tumor, forearm vena injection and rapid injection rate were independent risk factors for contrast medium leakage after CT enhanced scan (OR > 1, P < 0.05). Conclusion The contrast medium  leakage after CT enhanced scan may be affected by a variety of factors, and the injection rate should be strictly controlled according to the specific situation of patients. For patients with the above risks, the contrast medium leakage should be closely observed and treated in time to ensure the quality of CT enhanced scan and the safety of patients’ lives.
