Abstract Selenium polysaccharide is easy to be absorbed by the human body, with small side effects, and has good effects on antitumor, antioxidation, and improving the body’s immunity, which has become a research hotspot in recent years. In this paper, the biological activities of selenium polysaccharide in immunomodulatory, anti-virus, anti-inflammation, and protective activities are reviewed, which provides an effective theoretical basis for its research and application.
